Michael was wonderful in assessing and explaining the service options with me. No unnecessary upselling. He is personable, competent, and honest. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location for service.

Milton and Thor knocked this oil change out so fast and with no issues. Milton helped me out so much with his customer service. They were short staffed but made it work. By being short staffed they can t always get to the phone in a timely manner but they are providing wonderful service to another customer. They also offered military discount. So if you re in the area just stop on by and get an oil change.

I just got my oil changed at this location and Gabriel helped me. He was great! This was the best experience I ve had at any Jiffy Lube location. He walked me through everything they checked and let me know my break fluid was low- which I had no idea. They even vacuumed the floor of my front seats, which no location has done for me before. Definitely recommend this one!

Shout out to the team working on 11/17/23. Getting an oil change can be a chore. But the positive attitude of all the employees made a mundane task enjoyable. Watching them find joy and laughter, at the end of a long Friday I m sure, is the reason I will come back.

Although oil changes can be something of a hassle, this Jiffy Lube location makes them easy peasy. They always offer deals / accept coupons, and the best advice. And their services are done so quickly and efficiently! 14704FLR location went above and beyond to fix a simple problem presented by another jiffy lube location. Issue is to long to list! Thank you to Braydon G., Kyle R. & Michael L. for doing your best to fix a very rough and lengthy day. I appreciate your customer service and thank you for actually caring. Unfortunately, I have lost faith in my current JL location and will be driving the extra distance to visit your team in the future!

My Jeep recently shut itself off as I was driving down the road. Once it regained power I immediately took it to the dealership. Long story short, I had to pay diagnostics to find out the computer shut down the car because the oil was so old and bad. I just had my oil changed at JL about 4 months and 4k miles ago. The mechanic said the oil was so black and burned, there was no way that oil was only a few months old. So not only was I out about $90 for an oil change that I didn t get, I had to pay $280 at the dealership to get everything fixed because my car s warranty didn t cover a fraudulent oil change at Jiffy Lube.

The team members at this location were terrific! Timothy K. especially projected outstanding customer service and communication. My oil change was definitely done in a jiff! I live in Glendale and will most definitely be coming back to this location.

Shortly after my oil change, I took it to a mechanic after some engine issues appeared. A mechanic at a separate place let me know my car's oil level was about ~1qt to little.Pretty sure Jiffy Lube misread the amount required for my vehicle (5.8qt) and assumed it was the standard 5qt for their car. Hence not filling enough oil to my cars engine.Beware, make sure to check your oil level after they work on it.Edit/Update: Oh I am definitely in your system, I get regular emails from you guys after that oil change. Super-friendly guys but not very knowledgeable. They looked like newbies, had to ask me where the dip stick was like they'd never seen a diesel before. Ended up turning me away because they told me my vehicle was leaking oil but it wasn't. It's just an old Diesel and has oil on the engine all the time.... Which I've been told is normal for an older diesel. I went to Valvoline instant oil change and they changed it in 15 minutes flat like usual no problem. These guys just need to brush up on engines and take some more training classes and get a little more experience. I do appreciate their warmth and friendliness 5 stars on that.P.S. I totally understand rejecting it because they didn't want it to be a liability. I think this is just a case of having the experience to know that this is common for older diesels and doesn't reflect a true oil leak, and also could have been better determined with more testing such as checking while the engine is running and they will see that it's not dripping oil which is what I think Valvoline instant oil change does. Good luck guys! Always new things to learn and ways to improve. You'll get it!

These guys are amazing ! I want you to picture my situation. I was in the process of getting everything situated for my family vacation. Everything was scheduled including the service on my vehicle with another company I d prefer not to throw under the bus now (as that s not the purpose of my review). When I arrived at that shop on a Saturday morning there was no proof of my appointment. I went back and forth with the management there, but they advised me they couldn t fit me in that day despite my appointment. I was obviously frustrated when nobody there was any help but was recommended jiffy lube in Scottsdale by a friend after complaining during conversation. I arrived at jiffy lube expecting the worst since it was a Saturday but was greeted by some of the most helpful employees I ve ever encountered. I was put at ease by their willingness to help! Especially after leaving that other place on such bad terms. After advising the employee of my horrible situation, I was rest assured that not only would the work be done but that they could have me out the door way sooner than expected. I appreciate a company that goes above and beyond for its customers to make a mistake better. Especially when the company that s making it better, wasn t at fault for the original issue. Thank you again Patrick and team for getting me taken care of. You ve earned a customer for life.

We've used different places for our basic auto needs, but neighbors recommended this place and they're by far the most trustworthy not just to do ONLY what needs to be done, but to do it well. Be careful going to the close-by places that might even be a few bucks cheaper, bc they can charge you for things you don't need, which cost more in the long run. These guys are respectable, helpful and most importantly honest, and that's why they keep their repeat customers. We're really glad to have found them

Great experience today as it normally is! The store manager was great, he didn't try to over sell me on anything. I was out in 45 minutes with a car in front of me. I enjoyed the cold lobby during the heat of the day and the customer service. Again the store Manager is great, coming back because of him.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

A year and half to 2 years ago, used to have great service. The last several months, every time I show up there is a car or two waiting to get serviced and a barrel blocking the entry stating they are closed. Today was the 3rd time this has happened.

Dear Franchise Owner,I d like to inform you about the true lack of professionalism of you staff. Today 03/04/2020 on or around 10:15am, I drove to this location for a basic oil change. The team leader or supervisor was kind and asked what I would like done, and later escorted me to the lobby. After 10 minutes I exited the lobby to inquire why my car wasn t being worked on. Your staff (3) of them indicated they could only work on one car at a time. Keep in mind, your facility has (2) operational bays and (3) employees, yes (3) employees.(3) young and supposedly skilled men cannot conduct (2) oil changes at a time. Really?Well, you just lost a customer. BYW, I drove down he street to the Car Wash facility and I got a package deal; discounted fuel price, oil change and a car wash.To the public......don t use Jiffy Lube, or at least this location.

Customer Service was nice, but the oil change was WAY over priced. They charged me 80 bucks for synthetic blend oil. Unfortunately for me they were already under my hood with the cabin filter out and half the windows wiped down so I felt too guilty to just leave.
