Jack was recommended from the Lamborghini Arizona group as many others go to him, I now know why. Impeccable service and quality. Jack removed my old silver wheel weights, cleaned the barrels, and installed gloss black weights to match the wheel color. It looks better than factory. I'll be bringing all my vehicles to him for future wheel and tire needs! 10/10

Jack is the most knowledgeable wheel and tire guy I have come across. From finding/ordering a certain wheel you want, to informing you about wheel/tire specs, he is extremely helpful in getting the right setup for your car. I m a two time customer who came back to switch up the look of my car. Cool shop, my friends and I recommend!

If you have any kind of wheel you care about, this is the place to go. Jack is a super cool guy and great to work with. It's a small operation and by appointment only, which in my opinion is a good thing. He even went out of his way to color match the wheel weights when the 2 shades of bronze he had on hand weren't quite the same match as the OG anodized volk bronze finish. Not a single blemish on the wheels during the mount/balance and a truly detail oriented place to go. You get what you pay for and Jack is definitely the real deal

Jack did a great job! First of all he helped me when others wouldn t, secondly, he squeezed me in when it was uneasy, thirdly he did a phenomenal job in a timely manner, and finally when I took off and left some thing at his office, he turned around and drove it right to me! There is no better service when it comes to your wheels and tires! Highly recommend him.

Found this shop here on Google and the reviews are all dead on - Jack is the man. Took care of some issues in 2 days that I had going on for months with other shops. Found the issues quickly, didn't sell me on anything I didn't need - even sent back a tire for being slightly outside of acceptable tolerances and still had my car back to me in two days. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable, willing to explain things I didn't understand and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing. Jack even texted me at 7:30pm the night I picked my car up to see how the car felt on the drive home. BTW - prices are competitive with other competent shops, but I would pay 20% more for the peace of mind Jack provides.

About a year ago Jack at ICE did an amazing job helping to find the perfect wheels, and then he powder coated them to the color I wanted. I recently hit a curb and he restored the wheel back to its original condition. I will continue to work with ICE and recommend friends and family. Thanks again Jack!

Jack is the best. As another reviewer stated, I also have many tire and wheel shops around me but I choose to drive from the West Valley to go see Jack. He s a true master of his craft.

Jack is the best. He can create anything you want for your vehicle. He is honest and easy to work with. They were priced well below the dealers and got the tires and wheels done faster than the dealership quoted.

Let me put it this way, I have a big name tire shop less than a mile from my house and I chose to drive almost an hour to Ice Performance. I can t think of a time that I received this level customer service! I originally called to schedule a time to get new tires and hoped that I could get some advice on which tires would best fit my needs. Jack, the owner, ended up spending a good amount of time on the phone with me helping pick a tire that would not only fit my needs but that I would love! Seriously!! Once I got there for my appointment Jack actually brought up the spacers I had on my car. It turns out another performance shop had set me up with the wrong kind. Jack got me set up with the correct spacers and not only did I end up with a better size and look, it stopped the wheel shake I had been experiencing for the past two years!! DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! Im telling you, I spent a fraction of the amount that his average customers do and I have never been taken care of so well by a company. (By the way my car drives better than it ever has with my new tires and spacers! SO happy with my purchase!)

If you re detail oriented and care about quality, this is the shop for you. I have had tires mounted, balanced and installed here, and mistakes from other shops corrected.They have even repaired a brand new Japanese Work wheel that was bent during shipping. They warned me the repair may be visible- it was almost invisible. Flawlessly repaired and tires mounted and balanced.Jack has always taken the time to evaluate my needs before ordering tires and educating me on my options while making recommendations. This is his industry and he knows what he s doing. Never disappointed, always more than I expect.

We had a great experience with Ice Performance Tire and Wheels. My wife and I brought in a Range Rover Sport with factory wheels, wanting to get them powder coated in black. We went to the shop and met Jack, the owner. He was friendly, very knowledgable and helpful. He explained our options and made a couple recommendations based on his experience. We were very happy with the outcome, they wheels look great. He also arranged to help us get some window tinting while he had the vehicle in his shop. There was an unexpected delay during the painting, but Jack's communication was excellent and we were never left wondering what was going on. He took a lot of pride in making sure everything was done with high quality. I highly recommend using Ice for any tire or wheel needs. I know we'll be going back to him.

Great place to learn about and buy tires. Very personalized service with great pricing. Jack knows his tires and wheels. He takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you have. He also took the time to clean the inside and outside of all 4 wheels and let me watch the balancing process. How many other shops do that? Highly recommend.

I found this place by pure luck looking for wheel services. I had several issues and questions. Jack went out of his way to take care of me, hooked me up with an amazing set of HRE P101 rims/tires, mounted them on my car the next day, was very knowledgable and helpful. He is even helping me in my process to sell the rims/tires that came off my car. I'm really happy to find this place and plan to use them for all my cars going forward. Jack is my wheel/tire guy! Highly recommend!

Jack is so knowledgeable and professional. He changed out my wheels and installed my tires I came from another shop let's just call it the biggest around and they put on lug nuts that were to small and we're a danger to me and my family he showed me why it wasn't safe so I purchased ones that he had in stock and he installed them! Thanks Jack for keeping my family and I safe awesome job!!

Eve Based on the recommendations of a relative, I called I.C.E. and talked to Jack about getting a set of tires for my 2017 Chevy Truck. Life happened and I was not able to get back to him for six months. When I called he remembered me and every detail of our conversation.I drove the 40 miles to I.C.E. I was a skeptical that there was going to be much of a difference. I was definitely wrong!!First, when I went in Jack greeted me and treated me like I was the most important customer he had. I watched as he went through his process of balancing and installing my tires. It was something that has to be seen to be believed.I have to say I was shocked at the care he took with a 2017 Chevy Silverado. He treated my truck and I the same way he would have a millionaire with a Lamborghini.When I left he shop I was stunned at the difference in the way my truck handled.Bottom line, It was worth the 40 mile (one way) drive to I.C.E. I will never go to another tire shop again.ry customer is important.

Excellent shop and service! I took my Subaru STi here for a new set of performance summer tires. Jack was more than helpful, showing me several options for my wheel setup (18x9). In the end, he found me a smoking deal on some Federal 595 RSRs. These are hands down the best tires I've had on my car to this date.Thanks ICE!

Jack knows his stuff! We ended up searching out ICE Performance Tire & Wheel while on the hunt for new wheels for our 2020 Tesla Model 3. The discount tire guys around town seemed to have little to no knowledge of the EVs, and kept recommending junk that looked bad and couldn t handle the weight and torque of the 3s 450hp. I finally just searched for Lamborghini Wheels thinking that if the shop could mod Lambos, Ferrari s, and Porches, that they could handle a Tesla. I was right. Couldn t be happier with the 20 HREs modifies to fit the proper offset and bolt pattern.

Although I live in TX and can t physically take my car to them. If Ice was in Houston I would 100% take my car to them. Ice Performance has been a wealth of information on Instagram, he knows his stuff no DOUBT. I now somewhat know what to look for when when getting anything related to my wheels and tires on my ride. Make sure you stay PROPER. MATCH mount King for sure.

Great service and by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to wheels and tires. Went to larger wheels and somehow they were able to improve the ride quality from what is was with my factory wheels. Have been going to discount for years and will never do it again after the experience I had with ICE!

Ice performance and the owner are truly one of the most upfront businesses I have been to in a long time. He will educate you on what s wrong and what you need to do to fix it and does not try to upsell you on pointless things that don t really work just to make a buck. I have been going to him for years and will continue to do so and refer all my friends and family to his shop as well.
