BMW alignment is always a pain. This location knows what they re doing and service a lot of luxury cars. They were able to line everything up and took care of me despite being down a technician. Thank you for the excellent work.

Autoshops have a bad reputation. I ve been screwed over before without realizing it. But Gruelichs is that rare honest shop. Took my Volvo to get repaired (gas leak) and I was told they had to replace a whole set of gas lines (part only came as a kit). Come to find out, Volvo was incorrect and they in fact had just the one hose that needed to be changed. This saved me $300. Most shops would not tell me this, change the necessary part and still proceed to charge me the more expensive price.I d recommend Nathan and his team for their integrity and honesty. They re by no means the cheapest place in town, but I ll continue to bring my vehicles here just because they were honest and showed integrity.

Work was fast, but took 2 days so the team secured a courtesy vehicle for my convenience. The gents at the front desk were friendly and informative. Honestly one of the easiest places to deal with. Thanks to Cody for keeping me informed!

I have been using Greulich's for quite a few years now. First in Peoria and now in Scottsdale. I really like both places - one is close to home and one is close to work. Anytime I have brought my car in they have been really easy to work with, knowledgeable and have fair pricing. As a business owner myself I enjoy the fact knowing they are not going to charge me for things I do not need. Even when I thought I may need new brake pads they informed me mine were perfectly ok. (Many places would just use my request to inspect as an open checkbook to claim they needed replacing) Greulich's is not like that and I 100% appreciate their team honesty.

The Greulich s team is amazing. They are quick, reliable and trustworthy. As a young woman, getting work done on your car can be intimidating and at other places I feel like I am taken advantage of. Greulich s treats me like an equal and doesn t try to take all my money, just what s needed to drive my car safely. Highly recommend.

My first experience with these folks was 5/5. The complimentary ride home, and their comprehensive inspection of my vehicle was awesome. I applaud their use of technology -I was able to review a color-coded survey of my car's good/bad on my phone. I was really impressed.Though, on my most recent visit their service was more lukewarm. Their service writer, Dean, was busy at his computer. He didn't greet me when I walked in and I stood there for a bit while he typed up notes. I get it -calls spill over, but it rubbed me wrong that he was okay with me just standing there.Overall, these folks are helpful and their techs are knowledgeable. They're definitely my #2 pick if i'm in a pinch for my vehicle's needs.

Had taken to dealership 2 times prior 2 weeks. Same error occurred. Bad news wast a turbo replacement, great news it is fixed and running awesome. Great responsive staff, keep sending updates and price quoted was actual price. Highly recommend.

I had made an appointment for an oil change on my wife s 2018 Chevy express van. When I arrived, I asked them to also give me an estimate to repair/replace the windshield washer fluid tank, which was not retaining the fluid. They were helpful and courteous and did a check to find out where the fluid was leaking from and gave me an estimate.

I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone. They price Gouge repairs. They gave me an estimate of $4300 to repair two catalytic converter s, I spoke to another shop and they said it would be $650. Keep in mind, this was right after I paid them $1000 to replace my alternator. The day I got it back my check engine light came on and now I m dealing with catalytic converter problems avoid at all costs.

They took pictures of things that were needed checked out which I liked. Took about an hour upon walk in, but that is fine considering everything they have checked out on my car for inspection and oil change. My new go to place! Plus if you look up coupons they are available as well

Exceptional, once provided this company my expertise in advertising, haven worked through John their Regional VP of Operations I can honestly say that whatever customer service standards which he and the owner previously built their company on for excellence in dealing with their new or previous customers, those excellent standards were very much provided to me with my servicing requirements. Through their CS representative Cash and Gary. They both went above and beyond by providing me timely repairs and with a price for their services more than fair. Additionally, their mechanic was equally professional for insuring me that my vehicle was now in good repair.Service: Electrical repair

Dropped my car at Greulich s Friday and am pleased to say the experience was far and above my expectations. After getting a quote from the dealership for my car, they were able to to the exact same job for 1/3 less. I had a good cable replaced on a Maserati Gran Turismo. Hood would not open and it s not an easy job. I feared the worst and came away 100% happy. I have used the Cave Creek store for years and they sent me to the original location due to their experience with some of the more unique brands. Great job! Great price! Thanks to Mike/Cash and the entire team including my tech; Josh along with Tommy/Annabelle.

Did an excellent job w/my front wheel alignment. They lost one of my valve stem caps and ordered me a whole new set. I appreciate them correcting such a minor, yet annoying asthetic issue.

Honestly I have had so much trouble trying to remove my back license plate from the tire shops, oil change shop, and auto zone! I had no luck. However I m so grateful for Kash & staff as they made the process smooth like butter! Took a few minutes but they were so kind and helpful with a solution! Forever got my business as I discovered they work on hybrids! Thank you guys so much again I appreciate your time and help Kash.

It's almost an oxymoron to say "honest mechanic", but not in this case! Everyone at the Butherus Greulichs is caring, honest, and they do great work!! Overall very friendly. I got there and the online reservation I had made 2 weeks in advance was not in their system, but they were great about just taking my car.I asked for an oil and for my AC to be looked at. I received a text with 13 "urgent" needs for my car. I was a little frustrated that I paid for a full diagnosis review when that isn't what I asked for.I picked my car up and will do work later because the total bill wasn't in my budget, and this car isn't used often. Overall -5 stars for friendliness, 3stars for overall impression.

I just want people to know that the $179.00 fee does not credited back even if you do the repairs at their facility. This is not common practice in the industry and not explained when you agree to the diagnostic service. I even went in with the diagnostic same code that they found out.I will also say they like to "nickle and dime" with the other services as well.I unfortunately will have to say i will not be back and i will stick with the smaller shops that value their customers money.**** After posting this review i had a very pleasant and professional call from John Sawaqed the District Manager. He fully refunded the cost of the diagnostic fee and agreed that his team needs some more training. Based on this i have changed my review and give this shop another try. Thank you.
