I went to get a third estimate from them after getting an estimate of $1700 from another garage and $2500 from GMC. They checked my car and told me that all the repairs given in the estimate were absolutely unnecessary. Their honesty and integrity made me a loyal customer. They found me the best price, I got a total of $600 for parts and labor, and believe me, I had two estimates beforehand, an appointment was made quickly, and my car was repaired in 1 hour out of the usual 3 hours. The team is fantastic, from the reception to the mechanics. They are kind, professional, attentive and smiling. I'm happy to have found them, it's rare these days for people to be honest and integrated. I would like to thank the whole team for your outstanding work and your dedication to satisfying your customers. Thank you guys for everything ....

These guys are top notch in service and quality. They aren t here to shake you down like many shops and have always been trustworthy, honest, and reliable. They have me as a customer for life and I would give them as shot as a locally owned business. One of the only shops to not sell out to a large investment firm and their prices are still better. My only hesitation for leaving a review is that I wont be able to get my own cars in next time because they ll be too busy!

Kash & the rest of the crew were fantastic! Knowing that I now have a reputable car repair shop to go to is such a relief. Instead of doing repairs that I was told had to be done immediately (I won t say who) my car was inspected and found to only need some minor repairs. I can t praise them enough. Thank you! Purchased a vehicle that was 'regularly serviced' and had a majority of its maintenence done at this location. The brother of the guy I purchased the vehicle from is a mechanic here. Car had no lights on, so when the check engine light came on less than an hour after I purchased the vehicle, I knew someone had wiped the code. I took the car back to this location for a full diagnosis on anything wrong with my vehicle, he wiped the codes and topped off my fluids and told me the only thing wrong is my catalytic converter. I'm a single, widowed mom and was just trying to get home to Missouri. Mechanic assured me the vehicle could make it home as there were no major mechanical problems, so I hit the road and subsequently broke down halfway home and got stranded. Mechanic didn't charge me for the diagnosis, told me he drove the car himself and had found no problems. I figured the ratings are good here so I could trust it. My advice? You're better off going anywhere else. I've had enough experience with cars to know this man and his brother are not honest people.

Very glad I took my car here. I went to the Greulichs of Shea and Scottsdale and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of my car (even though it was a pain in the rear - literally the back of my car was giving lots of trouble) they worked on it well. Even though it took longer than expected I am very pleased and they made sure to get me a rental car for the time being so it wasn t a huge hassle having my car in the shop. Definitely recommend them to anyone :)

They are the best at Greulich s in Scottsdale . They got my car in and out when I was in a pinch, and were kind enough to offer us a bit of a discount because of the hefty price tag. It feels great to have a working AC unit, and I would 100% recommend them for anyone looking for quick, reliable, transparent and reliable automotive work.

I went in for an alignment on my vehicle and worked with Mike who was awesome. Charged me less than the estimate and had the work done in half the time. Will definitely go back there for services.

Gruelich s is a trustworthy place to bring your car. They don t try and sell unnecessary services, they are courteous, and always get me in for an appointment right away. Shout out to Cash for exceptional customer service! Highly recommended!

I ve been going to Greulich s for years and have had work done at two separate locations yet am always amazed by their professionalism and honesty. This may be the only mechanic that when they find a simple solution to a problem my bill goes down from the original estimate. I will continue to choose them any time I need a job done quickly and correctly and you should too!

I have been bringing my cars to the Greulichs store for 16yrs. 6 different vehicles. From motor mounts to radiator issues, engines miss firing, electrical issues. I have received honest, fair treatment and cost. I go no where else to get service done. Have known Glenn Richelsoph the entire time. Remember good service isn t cheap and cheap service isn t good.

Thank you Greulich's and Michael for your affordable and thorough inspection of a vehicle I had considered purchasing. The dealer was of course defensive but really you just provided very basic facts about some needed maintenance. To me neglected maintenance is just not something I want in a $25k used vehicle. It saved me the hassle of buying a car then doing lots of overdue work.

Great family owned business to get your auto repairs done and oil changes! They do not over charge, are very communicative and reasonable , make you feel welcome while you wait for your car. They have been spot on every time with wait times and quality work. Best part is getting my doggie fix from Decker!

This business is the only one in its industry that I trust to give an honest assessment of mechanical issues. Recently, I was quoted around $1,700 by an auto dealer to repair an oil leak on a 2012 Mercedes sedan. I took the vehicle to this business and they were unable to find any sign of oil seeping. They charged me nothing for the inspection.

Shaun is the best. Went here as a friend recommended after having a motor mount replaced. They did upper arms and complete shock assembly on my Suburban. In and out 4 hours straight forward no games great pricing. Highly recommended .

This guys are friendly, knowledgeable but most importantly honest. I never have to be afraid that they are adding on unnecessary services. Their pricing is quite competitive also. They are my go to automotive guys.

Greulich s Automotive was recommended by a couple at my church for their honesty, fairness and overall professionalism. As a single woman, I understand woman can often be taken advantage of in the auto repair world since much of the time, we know very little about the subject. I felt very well taken care of here and was treated with kindness, promptness, fairness, regular communication about diagnostics and repairs, and timely service. The car was ready for pickup within the time frame I had requested. Highly recommend. Greulichs changed Everything I ever thought about a car mechanic. They spent an hour trying to locate a mysterious sound that I was sure would cost me a $1000, figured it out (a broken plastic line clip) and fixed it for Nothing! All while discovering that the new brake pads I d been told by 2 other shops were critical were actually completely unnecessary. Their customer service is 10/10. Greulichs is the real deal and I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else in AZ!Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, General repairs, Brakes

Time for a 65K tuneup. They got me in the next day and finished it in a few hours. I like the general inspection they text you. You can see what they need to do now and what issues are upcoming. They have very friendly and competent service. I also had an intermittent coolant leak. I did not happen all the time. They really worked long & hard to find a fix the problem. Their dedication to fixing things correctly is much appreciated. I gave them a 3 for kindly rescuing my cars dead battery at the end of the day. He said he had a battery in stock, but I didn t think the battery would be twice what I would pay if I just went and bought one on my own. This is the second time this garage has gouged me on pricing. $250 for a regular bottom of the line battery.I should have asked the price before I turned my car off since I already had it running when I arrived. Classic garage who will overcharge you if given the chance. Disappointed.Im lowering my stars and adding to my review because they posted a fake reply saying that the district manager was going to reach out to me to try and resolve my issue. I just wanted consumers to know, that no one ever called me. The company replied to my review to try and trick consumers. Don t be fooled Gruelichs is all about getting as much money from customers as possible.

These people are super great I've never used them before and I found on google. I called them telling him my problem and they got me in hours. I was so thankful that I could be taking care of that day. I would totally recommend them.
