I brought my car in for some small scratches on my front bumper. I wanted to get an estimate since I didn't have an appointment and they were so helpful. They were able to get it repaired same day and so affordable! Overall it was great service and I definitely recommend going to see them! Everyone was so nice and helpful, overall great customer service! Thank you, I will definitely be back!

I brought my Tesla to New Look after getting rear ended, and had a great experience. I am meticulous and their work is flawless. Nichole made everything easy and kept me informed. I checked with several shops before choosing New Look. Can't say enough about how easy they made it. They installed a new trunk, bumper, and other parts. My car looks better than when I took delivery from Tesla.

I used Gerber for some body work on my Model 3 and was happy with every step of the process. Communication was great, repairs were quality and timely. They also made a very quick follow up on a very busy day for a headlight connection that came loose a couple days after the repair. Recommended.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

A perfect experience from start to finish. The entire team at the 84th street location (big thanks to Rosie, Allan and Chris) were incredible. Every step was filled with communication, professionalism and kindness. Had a great experience with this body shop. Got the work done, and were kind enough to transport me to and from work after dropping off the vehicle for repair. They also cleaned my vehicle after making the repair! Very impressed, and will use them again for sure!

Hey Guys,I met with, and interviewed Michael Owner/Principal. And personally toured his shop. Saw Work in progress on at lease a dozen vehicles. STATE OF THE ART equipment. (I am a little bit of a Car Nut.)Seriously! Great Stuff. absolutely first rate skill set on the people I saw working.And BEST OF ALL and what is Most Important to me personally,is HE KEEPS HIS WORD. Wow.check them out. you will find someone who is genuine, is real and very competent.I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend New Look Collision.Check them out.You will be glad you did!!!

What tremendous body work they did on my truck. They returned it very clean, inside and out. It looked new! Items left in the truck (including pocket change) were left undisturbed. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and honest. Special thanks to Russ for making this situation a pleasant experience.

Michael the owner is very easy to talk to..Took me on a tour of his shop and is the most clean and state of the art shop. They have every tool that a person needs to take the project from an accident to a new car!!! WOW!!!I had a conversation with some of his employees and let me tell you that they enjoy what they do for a living.BEST Collision Center in the City !!RAUL VARGAS

Second time here with my new M5. These guys do incredible work, and they are highly competitive on pricing. These guys are also exceptionally honest! Ordered in an expensive part as a precaution (we weren't sure how extensive the damage was), and let me know that part was not needed and I was not charged. Rare to find real integrity like this nowadays.Highest recommendation.

I am from New Mexico and was in Scottsdale for a long weekend vacation when a door trim panel fell off my 2002 Infinity QX-4 in a Costco car wash. I called on a Saturday very close to closing time and Sierra in the front office told me to bring my car over and they would look at it. Russ McCannon, Body Shop Manager, not only looked at it but installed new double-edge tape to secure the panel to the door body. I could not believe the customer delight that I experienced with Sierra and Russ just prior to closing! This company and these wonderful people really made my day and entire weekend. They truly deserve your business too!!

I was very impressed with the way I was treated by everybody at the company from Dawn at the front desk to Brian the GM and Michael the owner. They have a first class operation and do amazing work, it is obvious they are very passionate about what they do and have been doing it well for a long time! I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

We live in Southern Colorado. When we hit a deer with orr car, it had to be repaired by a certified Tesla auto shop, hence the need to transport vehicle to Phoenix. Our insurance help was quite a nightmare, almost nonexistent. But once we contacted New Look Collision, they helped smooth things out, and basically had to run interference with our insurance people. They kept everything on track and the car was repaired to perfection. Their communication with us was impeccable. We will certainly be changing insurance companies, but for any repairs on vehicles, I would use no other than New Look Collision in Scottsdale.

I m writing a review here to educate others about this business. We rely on each other s honest opinions of businesses, especially automobile services.. especially if you re a young woman who doesn t know any better and could possibly be taken advantage of right?? That s the cultural belief anyway. Well, if you re reading reviews to try to make an educated guess, just like I did before I chose New Look - you ve found the right people. Give them a call, get a free estimate and just meet them and see for yourself. The team at New Look (now Gerber) is exceptional. And I don t say that lightly. Truly everything, in every area was exceptional. From the customer service (which I can hardly call costumer service, bc it was more like how we all wish our fellow humans would treat one another, like family), to the price, to the workmanship, Work ethic, the efficiency, convenience... it was all 5 stars hands down! Rosie and Allen above all else, their kindness was so appreciated. They didn t treat me like a random off the street, just the next costumer - they treated me with kindness and respect and they listened.And I also wanted to mention, I think I read about every single review on here and there was only one review that was less than 5 stars. If you re like me, and you see that and get a little worried, I invite you to do what I did - go into his profile and read his other reviews so that you can get a feel for the type of perspective this person has on life. I think you ll see, that s an important factor.Wishing you all the best! Just last week my bumper was falling off and barely operable. Being in sales, I drive a lot and need this fixed fast. I found Allan at New Collision Center online and he expedited the process that most places told me would take a few weeks and he got it done the following Tuesday. I'll be coming back strictly because of Allan. Thank you sir!

These people are awesome. Someone rear ended me so bad they needed to order 3 pages of parts. Not only did they do a great job but got it done incredibly fast.Nichole was super helpful and friendly as well.Would rate them 6 stars if i could.

Horrible and shady business practices.As far as the BBB knows this business is closed but they are still doing work and operating as a business. This address also pulled up gerber collision, caliber collision, and. North scottsdale collision centers.Do not bring your vehicle here.They churn out insurance accident work. If you complain about anything they basically blackmail you into trying to force you to get the work done here.Im still trying to undo all the damage they did to an car for a simple estimate.Dont believe anything Alan the service writer tells you and read anything he asks you to sign.Beware!

Wow! Really WOW! My car was the victim of my kid's 35 minute long school drop off line and it now looks better than ever! Thank you Nichole and Michael for walking me through the process and taking such great care of my car!!

So I came in for a small ding and get and estimate he literally said let me try something really quick if you don t mind! I was surprised such a big place was willing to test something for free! They were able to help me out for a small scratch for 90% less than the previous place I went to get and estimate. So refreshing to see good service in times like these. I would recommend them for anyone looking for anything small or big

Had a great experience at new look scottsdale, my 17 Subaru wrx sti was in really bad shape now it s looking like brand new! amazing staff from the front desk all the way back to the mechanics they made sure I was completely satisfied A+ team thanks again!

The girls and guys at New Look took care of everything and let me know what to expect. It was covered by insurance, and work is beautiful. Honestly I would expect all that, but they also made sure I was satisfied when a complication came up that, in hind sight, was actually my fault
