Thank you, Kira and team for the fantastic work and service today.Very happy with the results. You were the only one who followed up of three company's plus only took 35 minutes to do the fantastic job where as the two other places wanted to tie my car up for two days. Well, never fun to have car damage. Slight bump on the back end of the car while at Trader Joe's on Labor Day. But enough to require the entire back end being replaced. Outstanding service including delivering vehicle to my home. Avoided auto rental by waiting for part to come into the shop.Shout out to Carolina, Chris and Miquel. Thank you for you great service and professionalism.Hope not to have to come back and this is where I'd go, again, if necessary.Thanks to all.EllenC

Don t take your car here. I was referred here after I got into an accident by my insurance. It comes out with more issues than it went it with. The people here are nice enough but the quality of work is disappointing. My car came out with electrical issues that took three extra visits back to get it fixed. They also ordered a used part that was broken to use on my car and openly admitted that. They also admitted that the tech drilled a hole in my car door through a tube holding 20 wires. Why are there people working here that don t know what they re doing?

Have been a loyal customer for 10 years. However this last experience was not very good. All my wife and I asked for was communication throughout the process and our request was ignored. What should have taken 3 weeks took 5 weeks. We were given the excuse that there was employee turnover in the entire office. Customers don't want to hear excuses. We just want to hear we are sorry and we will take care of your needs immediately.

No, no, no. I ran from this place once I noticed how nasty and unpleasant the lady going to do the estimate was. That is a sign of trouble. Especially when others I received an estimate from were very nice.

I had a really great experience with this shop. My car was in need of a new AC unit and the shop I was originally with kept giving me the runaround. I discovered this location thanks to Google. When the receptionist answered the phone, I knew I was taking my car here. The receptionist was so accommodating, extremely friendly, and was able to answer all my questions. The repair process was smooth, fast, and was updated along the way. They did a great job, and if I ever need to get repairs again, this will be the place!

3 stars, because my car was fixed and they provide a warranty on their work. An extra star was added to my review, see update below.However, my car repairs took 70% longer than originally estimated. The completion date was pushed back on 3 separate occasions due to errors made on their part (dents that were missed, parts that were ordered incorrectly). They did eventually offer to pay for a portion of my rental car during the extra time. However, they paid for only half the extra time, and this wasn't offered until after I called multiple times to question the status of my repair after the second push-back. This was overall a very frustrating process.Update: The GM Jerome called on a Monday. I returned his phone call the following Thursday. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to contact Hertz to reimburse me for the full amount of extra time I had my rental car.

Place is amazing. When a towing service misdelivered a family members car there, they held it in their shop to protect it until other arrangements could be made. Definitely going to go here if I need anything done body work or glass wise.

An absolute nightmare. Not detail oriented at all.State Farm sent me here to repair my car. I had owned the car for 12 days before being rear ended. Brand new car. Took it here as per State Farm. Was told it would be an 8-9 day repair... It then became a 20 day repair. The first time I was told it was ready, it wasn't done until almost close. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it was a rush job. There was a scratch that was not part of the accident, there was tape adhesive on the tail light. There were bubbles in the paint of the new bumper, and a rough spot that looked like over spray. Told them to keep it over the weekend and they would work on it first thing Monday morning. Monday afternoon rolls around, finally get the call that it's done. There is now another new scratch that wasn't there Friday, it is covered in compound dust, the tail light is has buffer scratches, and the headlight had three scratches in it.Update: I was satisfied with the detail work that was done to fix the scratches, however... Upon returning home, my door locks wouldn't work. Checked the settings, and keyless entry was on, but not responsive.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Great customer service. I worked with Gia and Steven who provided me with updates every step of the way. I had to bring my car back due to minor items that couldn t have been detected if I didn t drive the car for a day or two. I brought it back and Steven and Gia put me in a rental at their expense until my car was to my liking. Having your vehicle in the shop is stressful as it is, but they made the experience as smooth as possible. Thank you, Gerber Auto Repair.

After my car was repaired which included painting, it was returned with drip marks, obvious swirls and just all around the worst paint job ever after 3 previous accidents. Their motto is they will fix if you are not happy, but now they have car again for another week. The next paint job was 100% better! Why not do a good job the first time?

Brought my car in to have my front bumper fixed; they replaced the old one, repainted it and to my surprise buffed out the filmy haze all over my headlights ( i thought i was going to have to replace those soon), that really made my day, my car looked better than before my accident. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision Repair.

Whatever do DO NOT take your car here. Currently hiring a lawyer to sue this company. This locations manager is horrible, a liar, and will steal your money. DO NOT GO HERE!

Steven Littleton was excellent as was the receptionist and manager. My F150 was returned in beautiful condition. I would highly recommend this place above all others.

I went there because they were an insurance approved auto body shop. Very high priced. It was going to take two weeks to fix a little damage on my door. I went somewhere else and it was fixed in less than a week.

Total rip off, I got a hot to the left side of the back pumper, Steve informed me that they have to change the whole pumper, I agreed, then the right side was hit before the appointment so they changed their mind, claiming that the insurance won t pay for the entire pumper replacement and only pay for the left side and I need to pay for the right sideI felt that this is a steal, as the insurance would pay to replace the entire pumper not the cost of the half of itStay away from their folksService: General repairs & maintenance

I am disappointed in the manager because the customer service was poor. The job was decent but the customer service was too bad. The way the manager treated me as a customer was ridiculous.
