Greetings & Salutations - This is my second service at CarLife and happy to report that this will continue to be my one mechanic of choice for the foreseeable future. They are honest and provide value. When they say they will have your vehicle completed they deliver on their promises. Did I mention that Triage your vehicle before they do anything and recommend what should or shouldn't to done in order of priority. I would highly recommend CarLife; if you are looking for a honest and trustworthy mechanic in Scottsdale. Please tell them that "JT " sent you. Cheers!

Extremely disappointed I started taking my BMW to Carlife thinking I had found a good place that won t charge dealership prices which at first it seemed to had been a good choice I noticed prices started to increased but I kept telling myself it would of been worse at the dealership the first red flag was one time I took it for a regular oil change they told me my battery needed to be replaced although I had just replaced it at the dealership less than a year ago the vehicle did not notify me which it always does I live hours away and unfortunately I did not have anyone in my city to work on BMW s they made it seemed as if I drove the car home I was going to get stranded so of course I did. Second time I went for another oil change they came back saying something else needed to be done at this point I thought this is so familiar and the exact reason why I stopped going to the dealership but I did whatever needed to be done drove home and as I am pulling into the driveway my car alerted me that it was low on coolant I called because they even put a sticker as if they checked they said maybe it fluctuated because of the temperature well my car had a few leaks but what really bothered me is that our new mechanic showed me the air filter they had been installing was the cheapest one you could find from auto zone and you better believe I did not pay the price for a cheap filter, I know that everything comes back to us and we do reap what we sow I think we need to help each other out and share our experiences so people can make their own decisions.

I can t speak to the car service itself but the people at carlife are incredibly honest and kind they looked at my car, determined that it wasn t worth ordering an incredibly expensive part and figured out a solution that was essentially free. They basically made my day and I am incredibly grateful.

Justin was awesome. Tried to get my repairs covered through my extended warranty and was accurate with his diagnostic report. Problem was fixed the first time. Hopefully, I never have to see him again lol, but if my car breaks down, I ll definitely will take it back to him.

Sitting here waiting for my truck, very friendly, quick and costs are decent, just witnessed them give cost to a homeless gentleman who need coolant parts and service as well as squeeze him into their busy schedule and politely refuse to change an elderly woman s oil because it did t need it. This was my first time based on the neighborhood reviews and will be back for sure.

I had a fantastic experience with Martins Auto Repair. Pat helped me out and was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about what was going on and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. They got everything fixed on my car and now it s working perfectly again. If there s any issue in the future I know where I ll be bringing my cars!

Very friendly local car repair business. I ve gone to them twice and can t say enough about how personable they were. My car needed a handling adjustment after repairs and they perfected it on their own dime. I highly recommend this business.

Once the estimate was finalized the work was completed surprisingly fast. I didn't even have time to pick up the rental. The prices were very reasonable and they worked with my warranty company. I'm a big fan and will take my car back whenever needed.

They provided a very thorough inspection list of all what was needed on my car. All the work that I approved was done to my satisfaction. Being I'm selling the car I was able to provide the full report on the car to the buyer.

Great service! I needed an alignment done on my lifted truck. For some reason at other places they couldn t get the steering wheel straight, or there was always some sort of another issue, but not at Car Life, in and out under an hour with a proper alignment and at a normal price! Thank you!

I love Carlife so much that I drive all the way from across town because their other location near me closed. Not only are they extremely detail oriented, they are extremely customer service oriented. As you all know, that is not something that is commonly found anymore. Above all they are honest and provide pictures and a report of everything wrong with your vehicle as well as prioritize the severity. The pricing is very fair for the quality and service that you receive. I highly recommend them.PS.... @carlife..... When are you reopening on the westside??

CarLife for life! I have been a customer here for some time, having multiple vehicles serviced there. The team, especially Elsie, always goes above and beyond to make me feel valued. They were able to do a substantial bit of work in one day (Friday). I was able to drop my car off Thursday night, drop the keys in the drop box, then pick my car up end of day Friday.Thanks guys.Car is running great. Through mutual acquaintances, I'd heard many accolades about the quality of service and fair pricing at Elsie's shop. After 15 yrs of unwarranted loyalty to my current auto repair shop, I decided to give CARLIFE a try. My first visit was a routine oil change. While sitting in the waiting area, I watched as the front desk suddenly grew busy with both scheduled appointments and a few unexpected drop-in emergencies. Elsie and staff were swift to address each person's needs with courtesy and respect. Once my oil change was done, I received a detailed report, both verbally and in-print, about all the systems in my car; what was in great shape, what would need attention soon and anything requiring urgent attention (nothing urgent on this particular day). Her thorough, easy-to-understand explanation was a refreshing change from what I was accustomed to. To me there's nothing better than 100% transparency when it comes to trusting someone to take good care of my car. CarLife is the place for your automotive repairs and maintenance. Straightforward clear communication and excellent execution of repairs and service are the hallmarks. My sons older vehicle had some issues on components not available for OEM replacement. They located parts and installed and everything was done to perfection. Will continue to leverage their expertise on all future repairs. We took our 6-year-old car to Carlife because the water pump was sounding bad. They also identified some other things that needed attention within the next couple years. I had purchased a manufacturers warranty when I bought the car that's good for 8 years. Carlife was able to get all repairs approved and done under the warranty before it expires. They also got somebody to come in and fix some windshield chips that didn't even charge me for it. Very nice service that saved me a lot of money.

CarLife is above and beyond your average mechanic/auto shop. They're attention to detail and genuine caring nature make them my car people for life. Elsie goes out of her way to take care of her people. We've taken our cars in for routine maintenance and the "stop light" report they share is incredible. We also just had our wheels and tires stolen from our car and in less than 24 hrs she had new ones for us AND sent her guys to our home to install. Incredible business, incredible humans.... don't take your care anywhere else!

Excellent customer service face to face. Over the phone or remotely - not so much.I got a full front brake job on my bmw x3 and two weeks later my brakes started this horrible squeaking noise - very loud and embarrassing. I ve called three times in the last two weeks to speak to someone about the issue and each time I ve been told that the owner, Elsie would be in touch with me. I ve never recieved a call back.I now live in Tucson and will probably have to pay another $1200 to another car care place to fix a problem that CarLife created for me.Thanks CarLife!
