Danny, Jennifer and the crew at Babbitt Motor Werks continue to impress. After 7 years and 4 cars, they have been the most honest and highest quality shop I have ever worked with. It s hard to find a team of experts you can trust that aren t out to gouge customer s wallets. They dispense advice as if it was their own car going into the shop. You can t ask for more than that!

I have a 7 year old BMW X5 50i that still after 135,000 miles runs better than new, so when I needed them to take a look at my back suspension problem, they fixed it better than new and I got new back brakes and new front struts, they did an excellent job. Most importantly I needed to get it done quickly, and I booked an appointment, and they did all of the work in a Day. Very satisfied and highly recommend Babbitt!

Really fantastic experience with both Jenn and Danny on several issues with my old 2004 BMW 325. They were clear and prompt with their communication and brought their technician on when needed. They charge a fair price and gave me options on how to address the problems. Highly recommend to anyone with BMW repairs needed.

I have used Babbitt a couple of times for my BMW maintenance and always had a great experience! This time, the fuel tank was leaking and should have been covered under the extended warranty; however, the warranty company made multiple mistakes during the claims process and initially denied my claim. Danny and the team went above and beyond (through numerous communications and appointments with the warranty company s inspectors), and finally got my claim approved! I wouldn t think of using anyone else to service my car! They are honest and provide exceptional customer service!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Absolutely awesome place! I went to Scottsdale BMW an the estimate was $17,268. They didn't bother to take my transfer case apart, they just unplugged it and called it bad. Babbitt opened it up, chckced it out, did two separate repairs and instead of over $17,000 at Scottsdale BMW, it was $4,100 out the door at Babbitt. Awesome people!

Babbit has always done a great job on my BMW. My car was running very rough when I brought in including a major oil leak. They diagnosed the problem and took care of everything at a reasonable cost.Jenn the owner is very nice to work with. She is knowledgeable and straightforward explaining the issues and the solutions.My car is running very smooth now with no issues.Thank you Jenn and your expert team.

Can t say enough good things about Babbitt. Danny was unbelievably helpful and walked me through the whole process with ease. If you have a BMW, this is the place to bring it if you have any issues! 100000% going to be coming back if/when issues occur again with my BMW

Dealt with Jen in Scottsdale on a pre-purchase inspection on a 2010 Mini Cooper! They were AMAZING! The amount of detail in what they did and found was the best I have ever found! I can not recommend them highly enough!!

I have been going to Babbitt for years. Has serviced both my 03 530i along with my 91 850.By far the BEST BMW service shop in the state. No matter if is a late or early model BMW Nate is the Guru of the valley. Nobody knows there way around an 850 then Nate. Thank you for the great fast service. I had an unexpected coolant leak in my car and called Babbitt first thing in the morning. They were booked but could do it the next day. Due to prior commitments we decided to take it the morning of the first day and leave it overnight. Pleasantly surprised when they call the afternoon of the first day and said they had been able work on ir and it was ready for pickup. The charge was even less than we expected. This is only my second time using them and I will continue to use them for my car servicing.

Been bringing my BMWs to Babbitt for a couple years now. This last visit was filled with condescending attitude from the owners wife at the front desk. Oil pan leak on 335i still not fixed after giving them three opportunities to fix. Tired of the attitude received for their lack of competence. Lots of other shops to go to instead without having to deal with someone else s wife at the helm.Response to Babbitt response below> Incorrect, the oil filter housing was/is not leaking. Also incorrect, the oil pan gasket is not leaking. What is leaking is your botched drain plug repair.

Babbit only works on BMW. I called them to replace our front brakes. They got us in immediately and finished the job in 1 hour. They also checked the car for anything that may be needed in terms of maintenance. Unlike most car repair they said the car is in great shape and does not need a dime of other work done. Their pricing blew away BMW North Scottsdale and other places like Brake Master. I only wish I found them earlier when we replaced our rear brakes. They are now our go to for all BMW repairs

Very easy to make an appointment online . Dropped the 328i off displaying multiple errors, was called within an hour or 2 with a detailed quote which I accepted and the car was ready later that day. Great price and great service.

Babbitt was a recommendation from a BMW shop in the Northwest. From the time I checked in with Danny until I left, they were amazing. I had not serviced my car in over a year and had driven it to AZ from Seattle in March 2021. They did not try to oversell me, just told me what I needed to do now and what could wait until the next oil change and service. Top Notch spotService: Auto engine tuning

Highly recommend. Very experienced and knowledgeable of the bmw platform. Always professional and upfront. I only take my car there and recommend them to everyone. I am very particular who I let work on my car and Babbitt has always taken good care of me.

I've been going to Babbitt since I moved to Scottsdale 2 years ago. Babbitt is the best BMW shop in the valley. Service techs and office staff are always upfront and fun to talk too. They never over sell you on service or try and make fake issues, making Babbitt Motor Werks very cost effective. Unfortunately I have given my BMW 330i ZHP back to my father, but when I get another BMW, there will only be one shop I will got to.

Agreed on a reasonable price. Took more effort than planned. Never a question about a change in price from head mechanic or front desk! Beat that! Oh, and problem resolved!
