I ve been going to Autohaus of Scottsdale, for many years and wouldn t consider going anywhere else. They have taken excellent care of my car, and I continue to have such peace of mind,, knowing my car is in such good hands!! Everyone I ve recommended them to, has been so appreciative, of their excellent service and genuine, caring attitude. Knowing Charles and Chris for many years, they feel like family, and I m always delighted to see them!And recently, Joshua has been helping me, and providing excellent service, as well.

In my opinion, Charles and his team are always helpful, friendly and honest. Their diagnostics are amazing. They take the time to identify, explain and complete the work that needs to be done both efficiently and cost effectively.I ve been a customer for many years, almost since they first opened, and won t go anywhere else.

I have been having our cars serviced with the family owned Autohaus for years. Easy scheduling, honest assessments of the work that needs to be done. Mercedes service can be very costly especially at a dealership. Autohaus is a better value. I highly recommend you try them the next time you need service.

It was the first time I had taken a car to Autohaus. They were very welcoming and efficient. I waited for my car as I was only getting an oil change. While I was there several people came to drop off their car for service - Josh would greet them by name and he went over all that needed to get done. Everyone seemed to have been using Autohaus to service their cars for some time. Also, Josh had them wash my car before sending me on my way.Very happy to try Autohaus and will go back.

Been going to AutoHaus for maintenance & all needed services for the past few years; prices are fair & location works for me. Great team; Josh, Chris and the mechanics are friendly & extremely professional. Wouldn't trust my Audi anywhere else. Feel very lucky to have found this place.

Josh at Autohaus always does an excellent job, from the time I call to make an appointment, any information required for me to make a decision on needed repairs, I am always extremely happy with the excellent work they provide. I am an engineer, and I started my career as a mechanic and I definitely know quality work when I see it. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first experience with Autohaus and it was very satisfying. It was easy to make the appointment, they only repaired what was necessary (rear brakes) at a reasonable price. Also, Josh and Chris communicated with me at every step. I ll be back!

Autohaus was very throughout on the pre purchase inspection on a Mercedes gls 63 amg I wad looking to buy. Report was detailed with the issues. Also helped with the body paint check with meter. But the best part is the communication and and breakdown of the ppi to help me learn about the car.

I had a wonderful experience at the Autohaus. Josh was very nice and explained everything to me that needed to be taken care of. They were very thorough. I am definitely going to use them from now on. I highly recommend you taking your cars to the Autohaus!

Awesome experience. Been to the dealership twice to try to fix this problem and more than 2000 later, it was still a problem. 1 trip to Autohaus and the problem is actually fixed! Great work, service and price. Never going to the dealership again.

Incredible introduction to the team at Autohaus! Had to tow my MINI Cooper into the shop with transmission issues, but they had it diagnosed and fixed in less than three hours! These guys are so professional, helpful, honest, good natured, etc. I had always been a little nervous with a 10 year old AMG knowing the repair bills can be HUGE, but now that I found Josh and team, I am very confident that my car is well maintained and they will not take advantage of me.With my suspension suddenly making horrid noises and in need of a Series B service, they were able to show me the exact reason for the noises, were able to repair it at a great price and gave advice and assurance that the car will be in good hands with them going forward.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

I have been going to this shop for 5 years now. I had them service both my BMW and now my Mercedes. Josh and Chris have EXCELLENT customer service and support. They are always fair in price and never try to sell me un needed services. I highly recommend them for your German cars. I have recently moved to Glendale and will still make the trip to get major services done.

I typically have taken my car to the dealer for all services. Never again! Josh and his team did a great job completing my service A, trunk latch and supports, and the strut on the front driver side. Reasonable prices and high quality work!

Great first experience here with our little VW Golf. We needed 80k service + some extras and diagnostic checks, etc. Josh was patient with our many questions and guided us through the process with accurate estimates, etc. No surprises! Josh and Chris were fantastic to work with. My wife and I recently bought a used BMW and wanted to take a weekend trip to Prescott in it. We wanted to make sure it was thoroughly inspected, had the oil changed and was ready for the road. I called, it was short notice but Josh accommodated us. Their shop is excellent, and they were able to do some minor repairs without having to order parts from the dealer. If you have a European car, and want to make sure she is completely taken care of, go to Auto Haus in Scottsdale. You ll be as happy as I was!Service: General repairs & maintenance
