Great if you need quality parts at a fair price. I went in for a fuel pump. Way better priced than elsewhere. Add in my military discount and it was the icing on the cake.

These Guys are Great !!! Johnny The GM and Christian went above and beyond to help me out. I drove from Texas and ended up needing a radiator replaced and some other minor issues fixed on my car . These guys have great Customer service! Johnny Helped me even replace and fix issues on my car and Christian changed my radiator for Me !!!! Come on Somebody it doesn t get any better that That !!! Hands down best Advance I ve been to ever . I don t get this kind of service even in Texas ! Thank You Guys and God Bless You Both !

Great customer service! My battery was clicking I came to advance auto and Johnny helped me he came out tested my battery and checked my alternator too, turns out my battery wasn't good. Bought a new battery and he installed it less.then 5 minutes! Thank you!!

Terrible experience at this location. They would not stand behind a battery that was only 8 months old. Told me it was probably my car's electrical system and they would not provide any coverage. Said they don't make the batteries, they just sell them. Suggested that I go elsewhere. So we did and got great service at O'Reilly's. This manager did not care at all about the customer or sales. He is just there to get a paycheck. Really poor customer service. I would never go back.

Thank you everyone who was working 12/18 around noon or 1p. Ashlynn (I think that's what her name was I believe) helped me out with my car battery in my Subaru. Helped me narrow it down to that and not the charging system. Got the battery replaced and my Subaru gave me further headaches after. The crew was able to help track down the needed sensor and provide emotional support while my car was giving me headaches. Thank you so much!

Go to this location over any of the others. I have been having a terrible luck & found that my battery was dead in my Jeep. I had gone to another location last week and they told me that the battery was not in stock and that I should just see if my current (dead) battery would hold its charge. When I stopped into the N Northsight store #15240 location to see if they could help, without question Phillip was able to assist me with the battery sale and installation. Even though the battery is in an extremely inconvenient place, without hesitation he jumped in to help me. Not only that, but he went above and beyond to help me top off my coolant and when I explained what issue I had been having with it leaking, he pointed out a potential issue that could be the cause. I am bringing my car into the garage that recently replaced the fluids and hoses and having them take a look tomorrow.Bottom line, if you need help & want a quick / efficient & helpful stop, go to this location. It was a great experience and helped my stress go down this week.

My wife battery died on her audi stopped in and saw Johnny ans Kenny I was done with a new battery installed and registered and out the door in 30 minutes. Great job.

The staff is super helpful helping me find the right parts that I need for my car. Always giving an option or two to save some money or go with something more premium. Recently I've done all the basics like windshield wipers, air filters, cabin filters, headlights, fuel injection cleaner, catalytic converter cleaner new gas cap etc. Just got an ODB-II reader and ready for the next check engine light to see if I could do it myself with the help of Advance Auto Parts

If I could add more stars I could. Coming from NH where you barely ever need your battery replaced I'm useless when it comes to cars. I did go to this location to replace the battery a few months ago. My car was giving me trouble starting and because of how new the battery I insisted the problem was somewhere else. After buying new fuses and relays, it didnt work. Went back and asked for a free alternator/starter test. Alicia did the test and found that the battery was dying. I still had my warranty with the previous battery and she so kindly replaced the unit. She even helped clean some corrosion off the battery and let us know our coolant levels were low. I'm in my car now and it is running amazing! Thank you Alicia! I'm sad to hear you're moving away soon! Paul and I really appreciate your help!

Poor form Advance Auto. My son moved to Phoenix from Pittsburgh for a job a few months ago. His 2016 Escape needed a battery for which you advertise free installation. Given the price of the battery, even with my 25% off, really isn't free. That said, after the sale you declined doing the installation as too complex. However, where was your offer to take return on the battery!! Silence. He took your battery to Walmart who was willing to do the install for $10 until they saw it was a 2016 Escape and declined to do the install. Their batteries were half the price of yours with the same warranty. They had to give him a jump so he could continue to find someone willing to install the battery he just purchased. Pep Boys did it for a price that was completely acceptable and in just under 40 minutes. For their excellent service they should have at least had the battery purchased from them, they were also much less expensive. Poor form on your part, you left someone in need hanging with very few choices and little advice. So if my son needs a repair from someone who will work with him and help him in a time of need, I would send him to Pep Boys. If he just needs a part for a really low price, I would send him to Pep Boys or, maybe even send him to Walmart. I'm sorry, but you haven't given me a reason to send him to you. It is poor form to take advantage of people who do not have the technical knowledge you have and trust in what you advertise.

What an all-around bad experience with Advance Auto, both with their online ordering and the atrocious behavior of their associates at the Northsight Blvd location in Scottsdale. I was looking forward to doing business with them and had even requested some commercial account information for my business. Their lack of customer service skills, coupled with an appalling lack of social skills, has left me convinced that I will continue paying a little extra with O'Reilly. For a few dollars more, I can save a fortune on aspirin and antacid. One part has now taken 8 days and counting, 7 phone calls, 3 disconnects, several hours, and one "errand" returning a defective part to a defective store. At this point, it would take a whole lot of convincing for me to buy anything else from Advance Auto Parts. *NOTE* The 1-Star is because they made me.

Purchased 2 suction cup stick on window shades to use when traveling to keep the sun from glaring & burning driver and passenger. One window shade had been opened & taped shut. Evidently a previous customer had purchased it & returned to the store broken. Since there were only 2 in stock, my husband bought both:( Sure enough, the window shade that had never been opened works as represented, BUT, the window shade in the pkg that had been opened & taped fell apart after raising & lowered <3 times. Dishonest store staff/mgmt! We kept the receipt & plan on taking it to an Advanced Auto Parts near our home as we were traveling on vacation.

went to two different stores and could not get any help with what I needed. Drove by Advanced Auto Parts and decide to give them a shot. Dawn was extremely help and very knowledgeable with what I needed. Highly recommend this store over any other Auto Part stores in the area.

Due to the pandemic they won't come out and do the code in your car but they will give you the reader to scan it yourself and bring back in to decode it. AutoZone wouldn't do anything for me.

Good prices/sales. Employees aren't particularly friendly or helpful, but that seems to be par for the course with most part store chains like this.
