Do not call these people please the old guy i believe his name is Steve Hill will over charge you he is extremely rude and cusses the whole time he is working. His daughter that you have to deal with over the phone is the same way. They will lie about prices and over charge you.

I was in a very bad situation, one of my rv trailer leaf springs snapped so i needed immediate repairs to continue my trip. the team arrived within reasonnable time and they found a temporary fix for me to drive to their shop which was only a few miles away. i had an escort, one truck at the front and one at the back.I got a new tire, better leaf springs than the original ones and it all got installed the same day. The price for the repairs was reasonnable considering the work that was needed plus all the service that i got. Very proffessionnal service, I recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you!

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING Horrible people they take super long and over charge. FYI you will pay over 300 just to change a tire that s not including a tire and road call. Even if you go to their shop mandatory 300 plus just for the change. That s taking advantage of people. Plus you will get a rude person and a horrible job. Think twice before coming here. Just look at their rating it says it all.

Horrible service. The owner is disrespectful to drivers. I work for one of the Big 3, had a breakdown, they were sent by FleetNet. Owner b!@#$ed and complained the whole time, called truckers the dumbest people he'd ever met. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

never ever stop to fix your stuff here 6700$ for hanger Bearing for semi truck .. They will rob you in legal way by taking cash or zelle .. 4 hours job will take 4 days over here.. Got fixed any how but don t know how long will go . Attitude for no reason . Added painted parts . But charged for new parts. Better stay away from these type of scammers.. My job was basically just 500$ to max 1000$ to road side .. Stay Alert and call someone else to fix your thing .. Call loves , T/A and work with professionals.

Never dealt with such a crooked place. 3500$ to replace a radiator. Threatened to keep my truck because I asked a simple question! This is a bad place! Wish I had read the reviews! State of Arizona protects people like him! Nothing you can do if he keeps your vehicle! He's a angry violent man who hides behind his employees. Which I have to say are good people! He is not! I have been in contact with Steve. He took 9 months to get our trailer ready and when we come to pickup the trailer. He started using slang words and telling us that he was out of town.I would never ever recommend anyone to use him.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF STEVE HILLI have never written any reviews about anyone.But today what happened is beyond what everyone else has written so far.Told him to change brake shoes and brake drums for 3 only.He said 4-6 hours and I will be gone by afternoon today.At 3 PM he said he will be done by next day.I told him No and he should just wrap up with whatever was done.They gave me $5000 bill to pay for all the 4 brakes ,drums,S cams and few other small small stuff which he did without even asking my permission.When confronted he cussed,pushed my driver and told him to get out of his property.Finally called Sheriff Deptt to intervene.Steve didn t give us any written estimate so he knew he was in trouble right away.I agreed to pay him $4200 after he overcharged me for about $3000..I just wanted to go away from his place.Steve said cash only or EFS or Comchk .It s not easy to pay either cash or whatever cause drivers do not carry so much cash.We offered to pay via debit card but he wouldn t listen.He decided to remove all his parts from whatever repairs he had done all day and put back our parts back on at 8pm.Which crazy person does this after working for 8-12 hours.My driver is waiting to get his trailer back and it s 12am..Owner Steve is really a very bad person snd someone rightly said needs to go to an anger management class.A nonsense and unbelievable BS character..Plz lemme know who wants to join me on this class action lawsuit against Steve.Plz guys take ur business elsewhere and stay happy Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Beware of this scammer. He charged me $2500.00 cash and said no credit card, no Debit card only EFS check or cash and did nothing on my truck. I have to take my truck to the nearest Freightliner dealership after giving him $2500.00 cash. These guys rob people so beware of this shop and other shops owned by him. They have two other locations and they rob people at all locations. He even unscrewed and took my fenders off and refused to put back after taking $2500.00 so, I have to carry those inside my truck. 0 stars for this service shop and thief owner.

I called to let him know I needed an air bag on my car hauler he proceeded to us profanity saying F car haulers and hung up on me! I d love to see this guy in person! Very unprofessional!

Terrible!!! Never use them. Our alternator went on our motor home good samaritan called them on our behalf. They were on another call and would be 3 hours. That was understandable and 4 hours later they showed up and told us what was wrong and followed us to a truckstop. They told us they had an alternator that would fit and would put it on at 6a.m. They had not shown up at 9 so I called them he said they would be there in an hour and again didnt show up. Finally at 3 pm they show up with an alternator that didn't fit. Too late to get one that day. They said they would get one the next morning and come to put it on by 9a.m. at the latest. At 12 they hadn't shown up so I called they said they couldn't find an alternator. I asked if they were still looking and he said he had checked every place. I asked what I should do and he was rude and said he was too busy to think about it. I made some calls located the alternator and got someone else to put it on.

Don't go to this place they will rob you and waste your time. Kept my truck hanging for 4 days and then, charged me cash to release the truck to me with no issue fixed. He threatened not to release my truck and asked me to pay $2k cash for nothing. I have to take my truck to dealership and paid $2000.00 for nothing. Steve and his crew(although small) were very honest, and good company. They helped diagnose my fan problem and got me back on the road after my suv overheated and me being stressed out. Never go to this place .they rob you. you cant even think . Worst service ever . They not allowed you to stay to there property not even for a min . And no other place to go . Then they said they drop yoi whereever you want to go and then they charge you &150 for that . No cab service there . No motels they change my rediater for cascadia and charge me 6995$ for it. And took 4 days , its good to go to ta and work with profestinals . And they rude af.

Very rude and unprofessional people at this place. You can not come in their property to see your vehicle fixed. One of them cursed me and another was violent. They overcharge you. They do not keep time. They treated us like trash. I will never come here even if it is the only place in the world.

Crazy slow service if you get a flat tire better expect to wait at least 4 hours and this is if you are right at the San Simon scale which is like .5 miles from their shopBetter call loves

I called to get a quote on a repair and the person who I spoke to was extremely rude and did not want to give me a quote. Stay away from these guys, don t even bother calling them. Instead reach out to Parker Engine Services .
