Zavala's did an amazing job on repairing my car they were honest about everything and very helpful. They didn't take long to do the repairs and kept me updated as well. When I went to pick my car up they had detailed the inside and outside and it looked like when I first bought it! I highly recommend them if you need body work done on your vehicles.

We are so lucky to have Zavala's in Safford. I originally went in to get some help color matching a small piece of trim on my Bronco Sport Badlands so I could paint my own tow hooks. To my surprise, Armando and Ebelin offered me a quote to paint them for a very reasonable price - Very much worth me not having to disassemble the entire front end in my home garage. I also mentioned I had purchased aftermarket LED lettering for my grille and asked on a whim if they could install the lights while they had my bumper off anyway. Armando told me they install OEM lighting all the time and definitely have the knowledge needed to get the job done. Folks, they are a body shop, I did not expect this level of accommodation since they do not advertise services such as custom paint jobs or accessory installs.The results speak for themselves - I am in love with the work they've done, even though the services they provided are not something they normally advertise. The lighting wound up being trickier than expected but Armando made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend their shop - The end result is phenomenal, the pricing was extremely reasonable, and they communicated well during the process. If you inquire, they might even agree to take on custom work you might have.

I took my car in to get my rear bumper fixed. Someone had hit me while I was parked and at work. They were extremely professional and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in their shop. They cleaned the inside of my car and the body work and paint they did was amazing. Will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs auto body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Evelyn and Armando were wonderful to deal with. I took my pickup in because someone backed into the passenger door. When the insurance company wanted the rental returned Evelyn called and arrangements were made until the service was complete.They not only fixed it, they cleaned it. Armando noticed an issue with the running board on the side which I had for about a year. He asked if I wanted him to take care of it. I said yes. He fixed it,an added benefit to the excellent service they provided. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are magicians. We were on a road trip when our car was broken into while at the beach in Mexico the day before we came to Safford. We were in a real pinch as we only had 3 days before we had to continue on our road trip. Zavala Auto Body went above and beyond to find the necessary part, quickly get it delivered, color-matched, and installed all in the span of 3 days! And for a good price to boot! These guys are truly the best.

Bought a used hood to replace a damaged hood. Had them match the pain, do light body work on the hood. Helped me install the hood, line up hinges, fenders, & hood latch to ensure a good fit. Color match was as good as it's going to get for 20 year old truck with fading paint. Really pleased with the results, excellent customer service. Zavala is the best in town. We took our Toyota Camry for body work after a rear end collision and it looks brand new. Easy to work with and affordable. The team was amazing! Accommodating with my crazy schedule and matched my paint so well! Armando did a great job on my repair! Had animal damage it took half of my front bumper. Took it to them to fix it and they did a such a good job! Had no problems very satisfied with their service and very good people to talk to and they handle the insurance didn't have to be stressed out of anything. I so strongly recommend them.

Our car was hit 4 days after we purchased it. We took it into Zavala Auto Body to get repaired and they were beyond professional and helpful. They went above and beyond during the whole process and kept me informed the entire way through. They even helped us getting a rental in the mean time. Absolutely amazing. Hit an animal and it did quite a bit of damage. Zavalas was professional, quick, responsive, reputable, and all around amazing. My insurance company provided issue after issue, lied, and refused to take responsibility for their errors, but Zavalas remained professional and completed my car quicker than anyone else could have even with the delays placed on them thanks to Geico. They kept me updated the whole time. They reached out to me to make sure I stayed aware of everything going on. Will only bring my vehicles here.

Zavala s Auto Body did an amazing job on my 1966 Ford Mustang! They straightened out a lot of small problems and some big problems, including rust! We couldn t be happier and would highly recommend them for any of your auto body needs! All the staff were so nice to talk to and easy to work with! Go check them out! Thanks Zavala s!!
