My sister and I, both in our 80s, were driving to Illinois when our car signaled that we needed coolant. We stopped at Mac's in Safford and a wonderful young woman found the type we needed and helped us to put it in the car engine. We were so grateful for her extremely helpful spirit and promised that we would write and tell the owner about her service. Unfortunately we lost her name and the email address. Hope this fulfills our promise. She said she has been working there for quite a few years.

I have used Napa parts for all my driving life. This Napa is like the one from my home town. Reliable and helpful.

Great place to shop clean store and very nice staff they have kept my wife's Tank her Jeep 4.0 running its 23 years old. And they have helped me maintain my Ram 2500. We count on these qualified parts specialist's to help m as obtain our Rides. Thank you all!!!!

Helped me get the correct wipers and put them on for me. Better service than I was given at Autozone, in fact Autozone was really no help at all. Thank you Mack's Auto supply. Wishes I had gotten the young man's name that was so helpful. Caucasian and light brown hair.

Bought an AUTOMOTIVE PART that did not work, went back to return it, they would not take it back because it was installed, used and oily. Well of course, what do they expect? Automotive parts to not get dirty or oily when installed? They also said because they cant resell it. Well hold on now, they shouldn't sell faulty parts in the first place. The part I bought I could have got on Amazon for $50 cheaper AND Amazon would have taken it back if it didnt work. Really bad business model they have especially when Amazon is on the verge of taking all of their business.

If you go into the store pretty friendly staff, not to knowledgeable but they try. If you think you are going to get service or help by calling them forget it. They put you on hold and then Don't ever answer.I was on hold for over 10 minutes and I just had a simple question about a tool that they might have in stocks.Never had a good experience there.

Quick service. High prices. But well worth the good quality products.My experience is if you need anything they either have it or will order it for you and it will arrive in two or so days.

I don't really have a problem with Napa or its parts birthday got to me was I have a big sign out front that says they are in Lincoln supplier of welding supplies I walked in to get some Lincoln welding rod and some girl tries to tell me that this stuff they sell is made by Lincoln I'm a welder don't lie to me I know better I think they need to remove that sign this sucks old not one product in there that was supplied by Lincoln but yet they'll tell you that Lincoln makes it if Lincoln made it it would say Lincoln on it not Firepower junk Rod by the way

Always have Loved the quality of the Auto parts here and I used to be an employee here back in the early 2000's always friendly service and reliable parts, may not always be the lowest prices, but always able to get anything you could need for the best quality in automotive parts. Also I need to add, that if you know NAPA Auto Parts, you'll know that they don't just deal in light truck and automotive parts and supplies, they also stock and deal in 18 wheeler, semi-truck/heavy truck and tractor, pretty much anything with a diesel engine and I've always loved about NAPA, pretty much the only place here in town that has everything you need for the Diesel automotive, freight and agricultural industries... Oh by the way I forgot to mention, they also sell welders and welding accessories... Awesome plus for anyone in this town lol! Oh yeah there's more, they ALSO sell boat and recreational vehicle parts and supplies! Finally!... Did I cover everything guys?! I have always told everyone, since I'm a mechanic and I work in automotive repair for a living..."You want quality and reliable parts and supplies for your vehicle, whatever you drive, YOU GO TO NAPA!" Sure, you can get it cheaper at AutoZone, Orielly or whatever DISCOUNT AUTO PART STORE you go to, but, IT AIN'T NAPA!!! STRESS THE WORD "DISCOUNT" THANKS NAPA FOR TEACHING ME THIS LESSON!

Too expensive. Our friends order from Bisbee or Tucson for cheaper price and have it delivered to the safford store. Very young staff with no knowledge.

Good auto parts place. Knowledgeable employees. Only thing is that it's kinda hard to find stuff in the isles.

Robert always knows what part I need even when I can't describe it correctly, he gets it ordered then calls when ready to be picked up. I'm not forgotten like at the other parts stores.
