We are full-time RVers and were traveling from Mesa, Arizona to New Mexico on April 6. Our truck broke down east of Peridot on U.S. 70 and we called up Coach-Net, which is our RV roadside assistance provider. They were able to arrange for Magnum Towing to give us help. We are very thankful it was Magnum Towing. Operator Clay was very helpful, friendly, and understanding. His son who helps him was also very hard working and polite. They went above and beyond and were even able to help get us into and arrange an RV spot for the week. He first carefully towed our Airstream travel trailer to an RV spot and then went back to get our truck. They also recommended a local and trusted mechanic who was actually able to fix our truck within in 24 hours. Luckily, it was a relatively easy fix.

Thank you! Got to us along the highway in a timely manner. Very courteous! Explained what he was doing with our pickup and camper. He was cautious with our rig. Very satisfied with his service.

Clay and his son are a great team! We broke down literally 50 miles from anything. We had also just picked up our car that morning from the dealership when it broke down on our vacation to Tucson. No one wanted to come out. Magnum was recommended by the closest Jeep dealership. He was there quickly and him first questions were are you safe and do you need anything water, food anything. They arrived with cold water in hand. After getting to the dealership he overheard that there were no rental cars available to go home until 2 days later. He helped us find an Airbnb. Great customer service!!!!

Our car broke down yesterday night. Magnum Towing (Clay and son) were able to help us right away. Both of them were very helpful, friendly and polite. They went out of his way to help me and my family. Later the same night, we had to take my car to Gila Repair to get it fix. Clay didn't charge us for that extra trip. I'm extremely grateful and amazed for everything they did for us.

Amazing experience with Magnum Towing! Prompt, efficient, and incredibly professional team. Was traveling from Houston to Washington State, my insurance agent couldn t get someone out and this team did. I appreciate the quick response and friendly assistance. Definitely a 5-star towing service!

Clay with Magnum Towing took the stress out of a very stressful time for me and my daughter!We woke up to a dead car (we had replaced the battery the day before thinking that was the only issue-we were wrong) at the camping cabins at Roper Lake. I called my insurance and they said they would find a tow for us. After an hour, they still had not so I started calling around myself.I called a few shops in town and the only one that would "maybe" be able to work on our car closed at 5 and would need us there no later than 2pm. I called two towing companies and one said they were booked for the day and the other said they wouldn't be able to get to us until 4pm. I then called Magnum and it was the best decision I made!Clay said that he could pick up our vehicle, but it would be after 2pm. I explained to him the situation and that I had to pick up my husband the next morning who was hiking on Mt. Graham and I had no way to let him know that we wouldn't be there. He then recommended Eric at Gila Repair because Eric is open late. I called Eric and he ensured me that he would be open late and would be able to work on our car.My daughter and I were meeting a 93 year old woman in town to discuss family history. My daughter's friend could pick us up and take us, but we would not be able to be with our car at Roper Lake and at the meeting. Clay put my mind at ease and said that he could pick it up and we did not need to be there. He picked up our car and delivered it to Gila Repair (who also was amazing) with no issues.Thank you to Clay for all of the help!!!I would highly recommend Magnum Towing!!!!!

They are very friendly and accommodating. Customer service is not a thing with most companies anymore but Magnum Towing is the exception. I called two other companies and got maybe we can help. With Magnum I got a it might be late but we will be there and it was affordable with no after hours up charge. If or when I need towing I will definitely call them and no other company. thank you so much.

Nobody ever wants to pay for a tow truck, let's be honest but if I had to call for one Magnum Towing is who I would call. I was having a really awful day and Magnum Towing was so kind and literally saved my day. They communicated with me how long it would take to get to my location. Did not take very long at all. Gave me and my son a ride to our house and was less expensive than the competitor tow company that we called. My son even got to see how the buttons for the tow truck works. Seriously such nice genuine people!!!!

Magnum Towing was very professional and timely. They went above and beyond to come save my family and I on Christmas when every other towing company told us it would take 6 hours to come help. Magnum was there in 35 minutes. Without them we would have missed our holidays with the family. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and sacrificing time away from your family to get us back on the road quickly! Also, thank you for taking the time to treat the car with the utmost care. You were great!

Clay does an amazing job! I had a 1Ton truck pulling a 40 5th wheel that broke down. Clay & son came out and pulled us into town with no issues! Clay is thorough and well experienced! He even allowed us to keep our 5th wheel at his tow yard until the truck was fixed. Clay definitely understands the customer is #1. Highly recommend Magnum Towing!

Magnum Towing did an amazing job taking care of us. The first thing they asked me...were we safe and did we need anything. Clay arrived quickly, got us to a great mechanic, drove us over to the hotel and offered to help while unexpectedly in town. I cannot provide enough thank yous and appreciation for Magnum's hospitality and assistance.

Magnum towing responded immediately and provided by far the best towing service I have ever had. Towing a rig as big as mine is no easy task but they made it seam easy. Their pricing was very competitive and if I ever need tow service from Safford to Tucson again they will be the company I call. Thank you Magnum towing.

These guys were great! Came at the drop of a hat in the middle of the night to make a 45 mile tow for me. They knew exactly what equipment they would need to deal with my specific problem, and we're very careful not to make it worse. They were cheerful, professional, friendly, and even laughed at my jokes. Great folks, highly recommend

My car broke down this morning in the half way through the black hills on the way to work in Morenci. I called Magnum Towing to see how far out they would tow and they immediately said they would be able to help me out even while I m at work. Their rates are super affordable. Clay and the team were amazing throughout the whole process. He even went to my home to pick up my spare keyfob since I couldn t leave work to meet him (no vehicle lol). He delivered my vehicle to Kempton s promptly and texted me a photo confirmation and left my information with the service desk. They are professional, kind, friendly, and eager to help. Thank you Clay and Magnum Towing!! If you ever need towing to Safford from the surrounding areas, GO WITH MAGNUM. They go above and beyond.

We broke down about 5 Mi inside of New Mexico and couldn't find anyone to tow our F-350 Dually and 38 ft fifth wheel because of the distance we needed to travel. We called Magnum and he had no problem driving over an hour plus each Direction to Haul to wherever we wanted to go. This company is all about service and this is a real review. I would use them again in a flat second and they're affordable. And the tow truck driver had old fashioned values and was extremely kind.Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

I broke down August 4th in Arizona on i10 just 20 miles from NM. I was coming from LA heading to Miami. The differential went out on my truck. Magnum answered my calls all day, making things easier for me while I had the pressure of finding someone to grab my trailer and complete my load. He charged me a very fair price for the tow to his yard, and a super fair price for my truck to be there a couple of weeks while I came back up for it.When I came back up, he literally hooked up my truck to the tow attachment because thats not something i ve ever done.All I can say is, Magnum is proffesional, curtious, fair, and most of all patient and understanding. I vouch and reccommend this company, will forever be grateful.Service: Car towing

Broke down outside of Safford. Magnum Towing saved the day! Very professional, super friendly. They even stopped at Circle K for coffee. If you ever need a tow Magnum is the place to go!

My wife and I were on our way home from out of town when my wife's car needed to be towed back into town from highway 191. Magnum towing responded quickly and was able to help us out fast! On top of that my truck wouldn't start and magnum towing went above and beyond on helping me out and attempting to jump start it in the middle the night! My wife and I are extremely grateful! We highly recommend magnum towing!

Magnum Towing are angels posing as tow and vehicle lock out gurus! Easter afternoon and my son and daughter in law locked the keys in their running truck with their baby inside. I'm a panic we called for help, they showed up with professional urgency and hady 15 months old grandson back in his parents arms within minutes. Thank you!!!

Not only did they enthusiastically help out, but they demonstrated great empathy to our need, and provided a quick follow up when the job was done. Magnum towing in Safford hustled over to my stranded Dually and got me to my destination in about an hour on thanksgiving day. The crew was good and efficient and we were on the way in no time. Thanks for saving the day Magnum

It was wonderful I am a college student here I didn t know much about calling a towing company but they were very friendly and helped me a ton! They were even will to pick up the keys from me cause I didn t have a car 10 out of 10 recommend them!!
