I just bought a car from here after I had a total loss. I drove from out of town because kemptons always has good prices. Jordan was great to work with and helped me find the nicest vehicle that I wasn t even looking for. Even with my bad credit he helped me out and I got to leave that day with a car that I love! It was a great experience and only took a couple of hours. I don t think I ll ever buy a car from anywhere else.

Family owned and operated by two brothers Kyle and Kip Kempton One of my best friends Kasey is a salesman and let me tell you they are the very best at what they do have been taking care of the Seballos family for decades now and when it comes to a Chevy wouldn't go see anyone else they will make happen and are not just taking care of locals I've seen plenty of PHX Tucson peeps come down and buy cause city was overcharging 10/10

It didn t seem to be vacuumed inside of my truck. There was still dirt in the cup holders and seats. I had to spend another hour at home vacuuming it all out. Other than that I have no complaints.

There s not a better dealership to buy a vehicle than at Kempton s! They have always supported the local community while providing the best service to their customers.They were able to help me get my dream car: 23 Corvette Z06 for MSRP! Most dealers would charge excessive market adjustments. They are honest and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend purchasing every vehicle at Kempton s from here on out! Thank you for all you do!

*UPDATE AT END*Very disappointed in service department. Received a card from them about recall item on car. Called them to set up appointment, making it clear we were coming from 2 hours away. Got there this morning and they did NOT have the part. Not impressed.UPDATE: I am upgrading this review from a one to a four because when I spoke to them on the phone they took responsibility for the mistake and actually sent someone to our house (4 hour round trip drive) to replace the hood latch recall part. They really did want to make things right and they did.

When I made my initial appointment (a wk prior), I tried to explain the issues (smelling like my car was gonna overheat (just traveled 10total miles tops) and I felt like Tom (I didn t know the business was now part of Kempton s) was listening but not listening. He kinda cut me off and our conversation ended. On that day of service, I was about 15mins early for my appointment. Vonda was kind in enough to bring me home as previous appts. Shortly before 4pm (6hrs later) I called the office to ck on the status of my car. Was told (after a short silence) I ll have them pull your car in and ck it over , you were smelling coolant right ? I was needing to start dinner (before I head to work) and was told to hold off 30mins (it s was about 45mins). Then I got a call back and was told there was a crack in the coolant reservoir. I was picked up and given the bill, estimate and told again about the crack (Tom). Now I explained to him that there was no sign that coolant was leaking on our driveway. He said there wasn t ? I said nothing on the sidewalk , road or driveway . Vonda said it s underneath the reservoir near the radiator, she was explained . Paid my bill and left .

Looking at vehicles here I was pressured, rushed more or less Forrest into deciding to buy a truck from them, giving up my savings to buy a vehicle that was overpriced and very high in miles the ending result signing for a vehicle that was too high priced payments were fair, but the insurance was impossible to get ended up not being able to afford the vehicle with my credit vehicle has been repossessed and sold for more than half of what they actually sold the vehicle to me for and they actually expect me to pay nearly $20,000 for this vehicle even though I do not have it I will never go to Chevy dealer ever again they are not trustworthy after receiving phone calls from the person that sold the truck to me and finding out that they believe I speak a certain way. I can tell you right now I do not talk like this. I do not go tell somebody that it s in their best interest to deal with me, that is not how I talk I will not take back what I have said because it is how I feel. I will never go to another dealer in Arizona looking for a vehicle because now I don t have a vehicle but yet I m still responsible for paying for something I don t have.

I would recommend Kempton to anyone. The atmosphere is great. We felt comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They re not pushy, we didn t feel smothered, we could look at a vehicle and not be bugged. Brad and David were awesome. They went out of their way to help us. Got us in an 2023 Chevrolet Equinox. They answered any questions we had, walked us through everything . We highly recommend.Them. Thank you guys so much..

David and the team at Kempton we're straight shooters, no bs, no crazy fees, nothing but smooth sailing for the entire process of buying my Ram 2500. It was nothing short of a stellar experience, and honestly, utterly unexpected. Kudos to David, and the management team. I drove 3.5 hours to get there and was not disappointed. The sales process was easy, and I would definitely recommend them! And yes, this is a real review, and yes, I can't believe I'm saying I had amazing experience at a car dealership, but I am! Thanks again David.

We went to town for groceries and lunch with my Mother in law. Came home with a Duramax! We had the absolute best purchasing experience with Brad. Never once did he try pressuring us to make a purchase. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address concerns. The financing was so low pressure and simple because all the efforts he made to make it easy. I highly recommend purchasing from Kempton and have already referred friends to Brad for purchases. It s a great feeling owning the truck of my dreams and it s being the result of superior customer service.

Had insurance work done on front bumper and hood. Scheduled appt a month in advance. I had to call for an update after dropped off and I got different stories from different people. My car was kept for 2 weeks. Was told that they had other vehicles to work on; not just mine. Then picked up car and wasn t happy with paint job and the bumper kept popping out. Was told I would get a loaner vehicle and when I called 2 times to get it scheduled. The two I talked to were rude. Finally got my loaner and it was filthy and smelled like smoke. Then they dropped my car off the next morning and they glued my bumper on and didn t fix the jagged corner on my bumper. Got glue on headlight and bumper. Didn t have it long enough to fix it right.

Very enjoyable experience. Art has always been excellent sales person. Been buying vehicles from him over 10 years. Walked in and 5 hours later walked with my jeep I'm absolutely in love with and so happy got my dream car
