Best Auto Body Shop in Arizona by far! My Chevy Silverado Long bed truck looks like new! Roy Tate, Assistant Auto Body Manager, was bodaciously awesome and his quote, service, professionalism, and all around helpfulness was 11 out of 10! Roy even helped us with a broken part that Chevy sent to him for our truck. Our truck looks like new! No evidence of bed crunch nor deer attack. The Auto Body Manager Roy was super personable and helpful!! Also, he really knew his stuff and helped to put our fears at ease! All staff very customer-service friendly. They listened intently to our request and addressed our needs. Kept us current as to progress on work that they were doing for us. Our autobody-part paint request was done in a timely and professional manner. The paint job as exactly the match that we needed for our vehicle. Would happily use their service again. Kempton's Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was getting the runaround from my insurance and when I'd call the shop they were very honest about it's status. My car looks brand new again and they also detailed it very well which I was not expecting at all, but was so happy they did. Roy was extremely helpful. I do not recommend Kempton's. I have never done business with them before but took my truck there after I got in a accident last month. When I dropped it off they estimated that it was going to be 8 days. It ended up being over 3 weeks. I was okay with that until I went in to get it and it was completely dead and the door was open. They told me it was like that when they got it (I drove it in just fine). He told me it was shorting out and couldn't help me. They had to jump it for me so I could leave. They switched the cables when they jumped it and it sent sparks. They finally got it started but I had to replace both batteries and the alternator on my own. They also did some new damage to my back bumper, that I fixed on my own. To top it all off they charged insurance more than $200 in work that did not get done.When I tried asking about it, I was told not to worry about it. I tried emailing management with no response after 2 weeks.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

My daughter was hit by someone backing out of a parking space causing damages to the doors. We took it to a different shop and they couldn't find a door. I called Kempton's and within minutes they were able to track down a door and get my vehicle in for repair. They did a quality repair in a timely manner. Very happy with everything there. Highly recommend.

I had to get my front bumper put back on, and Kempton Auto Body did an excellent job! The staff was also great all around: the technicians worked quickly and repaired my vehicle perfectly, the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous, and management made sure all of my needs were met. To top it all off, the work was very affordable. Kempton Auto Body took a very stressful situation and made it easy for me. Thank you guys!Service: Body & Trim

Worst place ever !! I had damage to my right rear end to my pickup. They told me it would be a estimated 10 day repair and would be giving me a call for a update. Never heard from them once, I had to call them continuously for a update. Finally when my vehicle was done a month after I had taken it in, I went for pickup and my tailgate was scratched, my backlight was broken & my check engine light was on. I walked in and spoke to them,showed them the damage and told them they needed to repair it because it had not been in that condition when I had taken it in a month back. They responded they couldn't do anything about it because they had no pictures of the vehicle before when clearly they did because I was there when they took the pictures. That same day as I tried to put gas in it ,it kept spitting the gas up..turn out they tore one of the valve lines down under as well for the gas. It's horrible enough that there's not many places here in town where you can take your vehicle and when you do they don't do things correctly and it costs you money. Never take your vehicle here, it'll come out worse then when you took it in.

I've utilized Kempton Auto Body on several vehicles. Ginger is extremely helpful at the front desk. Clay is knowledgeable and makes sure the work is to your satisfaction. This was my first time taking my vehicle to Kempton's Auto Body. Super pleased with my experience. Roy was such a great help. He got me in on short notice and my vehicle issue was fixed within a short time. They did a great job and even washed my vehicle. I would recommend this business to everyone. Ask for Roy!

I highly recommend these guys! I talked with a few other auto body shops in town about having a repair done on my van but when I walked into kemptons auto body they went above and beyond!! As soon as I walked in they were really friendly and ready to help. They got my van in right away! And had the repair done in less then a hour! I have heard mixed reviews about Kempton's, but I took my car there for repairs on my car. Roy I'd awesome! He kept me up to date on everything happening with my car on a weekly basis. It took longer than expected, but that's because Roy went above and beyond to battle with my insurance company on the justification of replacing the hood to my car and they agreed. My car looks just as good as it did when I drove it off the lot! If I ever need any other repairs he is the guy I'm bringing it too!

Someone ran into my vehicle and caused a lot of damage to my car. We immediately called Kempton and they were able to take our car in that same day. They worked with our insurance to get an estimate. Roy worked on our car and was very professional and would answer my questions when I called. My car took a while to get completed, but that was because of the national shortage of parts. They were also able to fit my car in for an oil change, last minute. I really appreciate them.Service: Body & Trim

My wife and I took our car in to get the bumper repaired. Roy, took care of everything. Kept us updated the whole time the car was in the shop and got the best value for us. Fixed the car and it looks brand new! Even cleaned and washed it for us! They did an amazing job repairing my car - looks like new. They kept us, as well as, the insurance company updated through the entire process. The turn around time was within a week. Everyone we dealt with at Kempton Auto Body was professional and friendly.

I had damage on my front end of my Malibu... Brought my car in and the team did an awesome job from the estimate to completion they were professional and prompt. I receive a couple fone calls during the precess to inform me of details. I am beyond pleased with the service and to top it off, they detailed the outside and inside of my car when I got in I felt like I was driving a brand new car thank you thank you thank you thank you I love it!!! I will definitely come back for my next services.

We recently spent approximately 6 hours at this dealership purchasing a used vehicle. There were several instances where they either did not have cars available that they had available on their website or a vehicle that was obviously not of sufficient quality to be on a used car lot, one that was shown in their website was sold and so on. Our agent was just learning the job and was very slow with the paperwork. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the dealership under certain circumstances.

The secretary was awesome helping me with my claim. She took the time to help even though she was very busy. All the men in the auto shop were so helpful and courteous. Roy was great, he answered my questions and buffed our some scratches on the side of my car free of charge. He also helped me apply touch up paint to a small spot on my car. Great customer service, definitely went above and beyond.

Staff was very friendly and professional. We took in our vehicle to get fixed and they did a wonderful job, I highly recommend this place. They kept us updated and when we called to ask questions they were very helpful on answering all of our questions and concerns. They were very understanding and nice. This is my second time taking one of my vehicles to kemptons. They have amazing service and did a great job with my Lexus. Ron and Bethany went out of their way to mediate with the insurance company and help get my vehicle on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
