Came into town for some work and needed a repair on my vehicle. Was recommended to go to Inline the service from the girl answering the phone from the start was so polite and caring extremely helpful. They gave me a quote with no pressure at all to do repairs. My son was able to do some of them between his busy schedule there is no price gouging at all. Went in and had them look at my vehicle and they could have told me I needed a bigger repair but was able to do everything they could to fix it with out it being a major repair. Been to many other places though my travels they would have just said I need a new radiator to make it easy on them. The shop felt just like back home sitting at Uncle Chicken back in Texas. All the staff was so friendly would recommend them hands down.

David and his staff are wonderful! I called him at 8 in the morning and explained to him a little about what was going on with my truck and I explained to him that it was the vehicle I do business with and needed it to be fixed ASAP. I dropped off the truck around 8:30 and by Noon they had the problem diagnosed, had the right part in their store and fixed it. I am 100% happy with their work and was surprised at the low prices as well!

I can not say enough about Dave and his crew. A couple years ago we need a new transmission for our Ford F350 crew cab dually diesel and they were able to get the job done. On top of that they knew what gear vendors were and took care of the secondary transmission for us as well. So when we thought we needed a new power steering pump on our Honda Odyssey we trusted them. They went above and beyond. They checked everything before assuming it was the pump. It seemed to be the rack and pinion, which would have been $850, but before jumping the gun, they installed a couple of clamps, cleaned everything up and ran it again to make sure. They could have done the rack and pinion and I would have been none the wiser, but they were totally honest. It was the clamps. They saved me over $700!!! Unless you have two months to wait for a moderate repair (while your still paying insurance and possibly a vehicle payment)...don t do it! I had an oil pressure problem on a 5.3Liter Chevy, notorious for this problem, with about four or five possible solutions or a combination of. These guys are usually really good, but my last experience was horrid. Owner was behind, backed up. I get it, it happens. Two weeks: ok cool I m patient. Three weeks: I little long but still patient. One month, ok what s really going on? Few straight answers, receptionist lied to me and my wife at least a half dozen times, vehicle sitting in the same place not even worked on for weeks at a time. After 45 days, I called the owner told him he wasn t going to hold on to my property indefinitely. Got the vehicle back late the next day, still the problem wasn t fixed! I just changed the oil myself and the oil filter was the wrong one they put on, the new one helped With the issue. They always have dozens of vehicles waiting to be repaired, people believe and trust the owner, but his business done me and mine wrong! Do the repairs yourself if you can or take it to a dealership. It s just to hard to find a good mechanic. Thanks a lot Cousin !

Daryl was great. Took the time to look at every possible solutions to fix the problem , fixed what could be fixed. And informed me where to get the other part that was needed , which is in the city. He was informative , friendly and professional. Great at what he does at InLine. Dave has a great asset & valuable mechanic working at his business. Thank you Daryl & Dave

My experience with inLine was equivalent to being robbed at gunpoint by a politician minus the gun.the lies are unmatched .my secretary spent (which I'd bet the farm on) well over an hour a day trying to contact those people.my truck was there for almost a year.it is a f350 in which I I upgraded to a a stage kit.bigger turbo,injectors etc.<Over $15,000 dollars later and having to call from my friends and families phone I had to end up going myself to pick up and get a guy out of california to come fix it.....never even an apology or explanation, nothing..Daryl is the only one that made an effort to get the truck on the road.dave and nikki (secretary) would blame Daryl for not fixing it and Daryl would be working on three other vehicles in the shop.My advice to anyone that needs a mechanic ...take it to a real automotive shop or try and catch Daryl after work and get him to work on it at your place.whatever you do DONT pay them until the job is completed and to your satisfaction.still waiting for an explanation,reimbursement or hell even an apology...its going to cost me upwards of $5000 more to repair my truck correctly.if I'd known then what I know now I'd sold the truck for scrap and come out ahead.Oh almost forgot..while the truck was there for 11 months it got "broken into" and only got a portion of payment for the stolen items off my truck instead of replacing them like I had asked.

These guys are great, they are honest and very attentive to my auto problems. I would recommend them to anyone and their prices are affordable, they have even helped me without charge.

These mechanics are the best I've had work on my vehicle in all safford,thatcher. I don't even get estimates anymore because I know no one will beat them and there work. A+++

These guys are great, very knowledgeable, reasonable prices, and if they happen to make a mistake, they will make good on it. Hard to find honesty and integrity in auto repair, but here you find it every day.
