I bought a new Jeep Gladiator Willys from this dealership and had nothing but the best experience. From Smitty the salesman to John the Sales Manager and finance. I went looking for a used vehicle and they got me into a new Jeep with a full warranty and a better deal than the used ones. Hats off to Horne CDJR!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Diego and John were a cut above the rest. I'd been working with them all week trying to help my dad and my husband find vehicles as we couldn't get to the dealership until Saturday. We were in a situation where both my dad's and my husbands current vehicles pretty much quit.....just done. With my dad's fixed income and mine and my husband's budget, Diego knew right away which vehicles he could get us into. John was absolutely instrumental in getting us financed. These 2 gentleman were just great. And I can't leave out Smitty. He jumped in and helped me get all the insurance information printed once the sales were complete even though he wasn't our salesman. These guys were just fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

Having issues with my truck starting. Dropped off on a Friday and picked up the next Tuesday. At first they said they are looking into a quote for a fuel pump. Then days later they said they couldn't replicate the problem and still charged us a lot of money. What a waste of time to deal with this place. Avoid it at all cost.

I can not recommend this dealership for anything. Everything they do is nickel and dime you. $428 for an oil change!? Not to mention the four hours it took to do the entire thing. $132 for an engine oil filter that I found online from Fran $15 to the OEM for $75. $20 in labor to install a cabin air filter ! This entire establishment is a rip off. From purchasing a vehicle to their maintenance department. 10/10 I can t recommend this place, don t waste your time or your money. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will say that I won t ever bring my vehicle back for any maintenance nor will I be back to purchase a vehicle again. GG

my "new to me" 2013 Patriot looks OK but exhaust pipe looks like pix #2 when one is down on their knee checking underneath; which i discovered after I signed the agreement and when brought to their attention later , the salesman (Ted) said it was something I did while I was out testing the vehicle. pix #3 -- kick panel; and surely was,"kicked" hard.(no pun intended) Vehicle sold to me as full sale price, Kelly Bluebook!!!A coincidence incounter with the previous owner revealed the truthabout the bumper.would I recommend this dealership ? DAAh

Place is a complete disgrace. Took my truck in for an appraisal and offered me $7k. Could tell the girl doing the appraisal didn t know what she was obviously doing or even worked in a dealership before. Come to find out she does the deal making. Then took it down the road to the Chevy dealer and got offered $14k. If you are going to do business with a local dealer make sure you go where they actually care about the community and not themselves.

Service department is a waste of time and money. Went in needing to fix several issues with my vehicle and was ignored when telling them the services I needed done, apart from one issue. They kept insisting that I was missing a 'vital' part, that is not needed and only helps with how smooth a vehicle drives. After a week a nearly $500 later, they tell me they cant fix the issue ,even when I provided them the parts, because there were too many modifications. The only real service I was provided was a battery change... a battery change is not worth $500.

Stopped in just to see if the service department could take a quick look to tell us why the check engine light on our Dodge was on. Took the tech less than five minutes and they charged us $90. Perhaps we should have been better consumers and asked before hand about the charge or perhaps the service writer should have told us. If we only knew the cost for this we would not have done it. Was going to go there for repairs and other service but forget it now.

So I went in a short while ago and got a 1971 Monte Carlo I paid good money for. Now I know it's some what expected to have issues down the road but not even 24hrs in I had to buy a new alternator and battery and they weren't willing to help with that. Then a day later I had to get a new starter. A week into it my back deferential started making a grinding noise and I found that their was water in it (no rain or driving over puddles since I got it) I also found that one of my headers was cracked my AC stopped working and found some questionable welding on my frame that I'm going to have to get looked at and confirmed by a professional. Still to this point there's issues that were subtle in the beginning that I tried getting fixed that have now completely killed the car like electrical and fuel delivery issue. Like I said it's expected to have to work on these cars but not so soon and not issues that could of been taken care of if had been inspected by the dealer. Be cautious when buying a classic or used car frome here.

I took my vehicle in to get a tire patched and have two checks lights read on the engine and transmission. Nobody called and I waited four hours for it to be finished, so I finally called and they said it was done. When I got to the counter to pay the tech informed me that the lights had gone away so they didn't bother to check them. The lights have now come back three more times but who knows how long they'll have my car for so I haven't taken it back in. I bought the car a year ago from them and this is the fourth poor experience we have had with the service department. I can t have my wife take it in anymore because they won t listen to the problems she tells them are going on. Won t buy or service here again.

These people will do what ever they can to make you happy. We were treated excellent and got a fantastic deal on a new Dodge Caravan :) I couldn't be happier with the whole group of people that worked with us. Super disappointed with the whole experience we had. We went in to possibly trade in our car. We wanted to get a trade in value for our car. A man went outside and check it out and asked to drive it just to make sure everything was good. Well, he smoked in it. To say I was mad was an understandment, but I let it go. We didn t find a truck that day so we left. We got a call a week or so later saying they had good news and we needed to come in so we can in ran the same numbers on the same truck (there was no new news) and they told us it was going to be over $100 more a month than what they had told us previously a week ago. To top it all off I have just received two letters in the mail from different banks saying we applied for a huge loan. What!? So I called and was given no answers. I was told I would be called back and no one ever got back to me. We took our business to Kemptons right down the road and have been VERY satisfied.

If you want top notch service Adam will take care of you. Especially if you tell them I sent you;) Bought a commuter from here and the price was right and even though I said it didnt need to be cleaned and gased up they insisted. Will go back for my next vehicle purchase for sure.
