Waited 45 minutes for any worker had to go inside & ask where was everyone. All the workers were talking! The Mexican worker gave us all kinds of attitude didn t think we needed to balance the tires. Gave us attitude & said he never balanced his tires. Told him I didn t care it was my money. I have bought many set of tires from Haralson tire but now have no intention of going back due to his ugly attitude. He needs to be fired.

Calvin was very straight forward and fielded all my questions and requests with the greatest of ease. They got the tires I needed, when I needed them, and were even able to service my van - all for a fair price and within 18 hours of first inquiry. What more could I ask for? I ll be returning for sure.

I had a horrible night where I hit a big pothole with my car and blew my tire 2 hours away from my house. The worst part is I was stranded on the highway in the middle of the desert, and it took about 2 1/2 hours to finally get towed. Haralson was closed at the time so I had my car towed there since it was near a hotel. The next morning I woke up, went to the shop, and was able to get my tire fixed within 45 minutes. After an undesirable night, I was not very optimistic with the following morning. However, I was very satisfied with expeditious assistance and professional customer service. Thank you very much! I 100% recommend this place.

I was here last year. Did the excellent job? I came back today and you did a very excellent job today. As well whenever I am down from Iowa, I will stop in and have my oil changed.

Great service. These folks got me in for an alignment and out of there pretty quickly. I always appreciate that, however they have a nice and comfortable waiting area inside if you have a wait at all.

Had an emergency flat tire repair on my 4x4 and they immediately got me into their shop and fixed it. Charged $20 which was very reasonable. Really like using the local businesses like Haralson Tire, they indeed are Pros.

Just moved to Safford and needed an oil change. I'm very happy with the service. Less expensive than the place I used in Tucson and didn't try and take advantage of the fact that I am female getting needed service for my car.I did get a referral from my daughter and Dad.I will definitely return for services needed for my car!Service: Oil change

Definitely disappointed. The owner, Shawn Haralson, is not an honest man. I was offered a discount on tires if I gave him a discount for my services. He had no problem taking advantage of the discount he got from me, but I walked out paying full price. When I questioned him he gave me excuse after excuse and then ghosted me. Should have went to Big O. I m giving two stars because the tires were really good, because they were the most expensive brand!

I've gotten tires at this place twice, and both times the service was great. They worked fast, and were extremely helpful the whole time. I will definitely keep going here, they do great work

I really wish I would have gotten the guys name but he saved me the other day. After I had already traveled 2 hours, I stop in Safford to stretch and notice I'm missing 2 lug bolts. He did not have what I needed but proceeded to call every auto part store around. He finally found me 2 lug bolts at the Dodge dealership. After getting those I went back and the guy had them put on and checked all remaining lugs and tires. He had me back on the road in less than 45 mins of me noticing. he wouldn't charge me a dime! Thank you so much.These are good henost people!

WE had just purchased a 5th wheel and I noticed it had a flat after inspecting the tire i found that the previous owner had put 14 ply tires on which have higher pressure than like 10 ply, any way the valve stem had blown out of its self, I took all four tires to these guys and with a smile they put new heavy valve stems in and said have a nice day. Thank you guys for the great service and help. I will definitely shop there again when I need tires.Service: Tires

Great speedy courteous service! I went for an oil change - no appt just walked in. Although their oil change guy was fully booked, they had an extra mechani working, and he was happy to do it.

Had an issue with a leaking tire due to a previous shops poor work, stopped by haroldson s and they fixed the issue with no charge. They were fast and professional!

I had a tire blow out. I took it in to Haralson and they fixed my right away. Staff was great to visit with and they were very helpful getting my tire replaced.

We had a horrible issue with our vehicle and travel trailer this week. We love to store them locally and I am actually from the Greatland (Alaska). Our travel trailer had nearly flat tires and I always assumed to use free gas station air filling machines. I couldn t find anything online in Safford, AZ. I called around and Haralson Tire Pros were highly recommended.They Are HIGHLY Recommended!!

That place is a joke I will never take anything back over there not even to check tire pressure the mechanic didn t even know what he was talking about couldn t give me an explanation all I can say is don t take ur vehicle to that place!!!!! One star cuz I had too

This store informed me they don't have time for flat repair. I was happy to pay to repair a tire that they had repaired and it keep leaking but they will not schedule me in and don't have time to fix it.
