As I was relocating for ((lvl2>><<) reasons from far yonder, was referred to Copper State MHRV park by a trusted Safford fella that lives uptown. Meg, like Little Women, the Property Manager from day ONE that I called from my hip storage unit in Thatcher, has been a dream to work with, even thorugh severe medical issues and such, giving her word that my spot would not be taken before I could figure out how to get the (bleep) other fella to sell the RV needed other side of town. Lo and behold, and the DAY of eye surgery, she took my Advocate papers I wrote with pen for the next day to hand them in on others behalf to the SSA, and insisted after hours that she type up all the copies needed to hand in for the deposit and 1st months lot rent. The day myself and (redacted) went to the office so (...).could finalize lease, a younger fella either gen y or z pops in, says hi, shes like oh hes the owner, with a biz partner etc im like heck yea! All the while sharing family stories already with Meg around the stacks of papers she had to catch up with and before (blank) she was facing the next week. As a Dbacks Season Ticket holder as well as our Synagouge being founded in the valley of gold (Oro Valley) , we felt comfy as a cowboy & a CoNsistentcy, owner of word, could at the time at that pultry verse juncture! New owners are trying to be secretive and it makes them seem shady. This was a clean, family friendly, decent park with good rates. Is still pretty quiet, but now people speeding through the park are not addressed, maintenance is non-existent, and ALL amenities are discontinued! Has NO public restroom, 'clubhouse', or community area. (had 2 restrooms and access to a community kitchen under previous owner) New owner offers a laundry room, and it's a gamble to use. Update::11/22 we now no longer have access to the school bus stop because New Management decided she would chain and lock the gate that goes to the bus stop!!!

These people that are management do not care about residents all they care about is making money and that comes from more than 10 people and my including myself they don't care about their residents.... They evicted me they told me they did not have to give me a reason why they were kicking me out and then they go and charge me for a whole full 30 days of rent and 19 days late fee when I had already moved out by the 17th and do to me not being able to go to court I lost a case of the eviction even though I I have proof that I have had moved out already go figure not a place to live.

Nice improvement, clean neat. It would greatly help to turn it into a gated community for protection purposes.

It's very reasonable on there rates and most spaces are evenly spaced..location to stores,town ,and grocery stores not bad

Owner is mean. Does not care about low income people. will not work with people. Owner does not care about disabled people
