These guys wanted to help me with a project that was far off the beaten path but necessary for my truck topper to remain dry and dust free inside . They went and got the boss and rather than sticking with "in the box" thinking, he and his guys were determined to see me safe and dry and taken care of at the price i could afford .. they thought and looked and measured and talked amongst themselves and, do you know what??? They came up with a real creative genius working solution!!! They were amazing friendly kind and SMART in that old fashioned country way! It's people that make community and I'm so grateful to be part of a good one!Thanks Rett and Crew you really made my day...actually, my winter !

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Paid out of pocket for a windsheild, they also handle insurance claims. Called and next day had me in for replacement.

The installers names areJared and Chris they have worked together for a number of years and the whole job of replacing all the windows and new entry glass sliding door went great they rock from start to clean up

They were very nice and informative. Let me know all the details and prices upfront. They helped answer any questions I had about the process along the way and even the day of. The gentleman that installed the windows were AMAZING they were so fast and made sure they always had a clean work area even when the job was completed. The windows looks so beautiful..... Down side note I need to hurry to fix the others so they can look all as good as my other 3 windows. Thank you all so much I will definitely continue to go through this company for all my glass needs.

We're traveling through, our windshield got cracked by some rocks a semi's tires kicked up. They had a windshield for our Tacoma the next day. Install took less than hour. They offered to drive us anywhere we needed to go while we waited. Super nice front desk people. Price was exactly as quoted.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

We had windows installed by Boulevard Glass in Nov. of 2021 and have yet to even SEE the screens that were purchased along with the windows, 18 months later. They were initially back ordered due to covid and the company kept telling us they would contact us when the screens were delivered . After over a YEAR of calling and nagging the business, we were told that the screens were placed under the wrong name and that they would call us when the screens were located. That was almost a month ago. It is very clear to me that they would have swept this all under the rug (and continue to try to do so) if we would not have been consistent about nagging them to give us what has already been paid for. Even that has gotten us nowhere.It s a shame, because they did beautiful work on the windows but I ll eat my hat if the screens ever happened to be delivered to us. I hope you have a better experience than we did. I might recommend you take your business somewhere with better customer service.

Boulevard Glass is literally your 1 stop shop!! The staff there is the top well trained staff I've seen in a business..No matter the situation, their level of kindness is above all!! I am supposed to pull RV up to the mountain today at 4pm..I called in my claim at 9AM and the worked me right in..My truck will be done at 1:30 pm..Can't ask for better servive..

They weren't just great, they were fantastic. Besides their courteous disposition they actually gave me such a great deal by only charging me $19.95 for my first chip on my windshield. There,everybody gets treated the same way. So I say, come on down.

The staff was truly great! I called and got a quote and called a few other places. I found that they were cheapest and decided to set up an appointment. The First Lady i talked with gave me my quote and set me up for my appointment. About 15 min later I get a call back from them saying the could get my windshield cheaper than my quote! I mean who doesn t like to save money? They didn t have it in stock but got it overnight and were ready for me when I came in. The staff acknowledge me as soon as I walked in. And btw the new location is amazing!! It was nice to actually be able to park my car in their parking lot. My children and I had to sit in the store while they did the work. The lady who greeted us gave my children crayons and paper to occupy them. And one of the lady s husband got the employees lunch. He even gave my children food. It was just an all around great experience. I ve been to them twice and been satisfied both times. Thanks Boulevard Glass! Y all are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

Boulevard Glass replaced the broken sunroof on my Kia Optima. I dropped it off in the morning and they had it ready to go just after lunch. When the sunroof exploded (known 2013 Kia issue) the track had broken also. My insurance company did not agree to replace the track, just the glass only. But Boulevard helped me out and come up with a solution that would remedy the issue. Now I have a sunroof again! So In short, extremely quick turnaround and very impressive customer service!

I was unsure of how to handle the insurance process when it came to getting my windshield changed, but they handled all the paperwork and even called my insurance themselves! They were quick, reliable and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone!

Customer service was excellent. Everyone in the waiting area was courteous. They even dropped me off and picked me up when the windshield was fixed. I'll refer them to everyone who needs glass repairs done.

I love this place. We only use them they are honest and very respectful. the only complaint I have is the secretaries need to be on the same page as everyone else, and say attention to what they are being told about what needs done. I had to repeat myself four times and they still got it wrong. The owners Rhett and Aaron are amazing.

Great folks! They came and fixed my SUV's rear window and were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them and intend to tell all my friends about them. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is superb.

Great customer service. We came in as a walk in and we were done no more than 30 mins for our chip repairs. Very professional and thorough.Also super reasonably priced! Would recommend this place to anyone with any glass repairs.

This company is completely incompetent when it comes to even the basic administrative tasks. I've requested a guy come out twice now, and both times their guy either came without calling ahead of time like I was told, so I was still at work, or 3 hours before my scheduled appointment so I wasn't home AGAIN! They have been a total waste of time and I will be calling a different company from now on.
