Got caught in some rain on my roadtrip and realized my wipers working too well and needed to be replaced.I had walked in, and Daniel was quick to help. He then found which ones I needed and help me put them on. Made the stop quick and easy. THANK YOU

Had a dead battery, Robert was the best, he installed the new battery and we had a great conversation. His customer service is by far the best. He said he's a retired gear head and you can really tell he loves what he's doing.

We have all been there. One of those days one bad thing after another. I walked out of the store and now my truck doesn t start. Hood up trying to figure it out and here comes Daniel. One of the staff at AutoZone. Helped me out I was surprised. Haven t had that kind of service in a while. Not these days. Not anymore. Thank you so much Daniel!!

Daniel helped me find the problem in my battery, get it, and change it all under 10 minutes. all the times me and my dad have gone there everyone has been very respectful and helpful. Would recommend

Today I walked into Autozone and made an honest mistake. I addressed the young lady behind the counter as "Sir". I IMMEDIATELY apologized and addressed her appropriately as "Ma'am". This unfortunately not good enough. Her demeanor became somewhat unprofessional. She asked other employee if she was a woman... began with the deep sighs... Began to inform me that she worked hard to get into her position as a woman in this business... and so on. I replied it was an honest mistake and again apologized. To me, I don't care if your a woman, a man, a sasquatch, alien from out of this world, you're behind that counter for a reason and all I expect is decent customer service. That's why you were hired. To stand there and act like you don't make honest mistake (which everyone does) is hypocritical. Nevertheless, there are plenty of automotive establishments in the area where I can get my automotive needs.

CONSUMERS BEWARE! DO NOT do buisness with these people. They will steal and take advantage of there customers in any way they can. They refuse to make it right for customers when hiccups emerge or brand new parts purchased from them do not work.This store manager and her team severely lack basic customer service knowledge and experience. The manager is very rude and demeaning. She will escalate the situation when a customer has a complaint. AutoZone customer service is the same way, which would explain her attitude and the way she treats customers.Do yourself a favor and spend your money at Napa right next door or go down the road to oriellys.

Wrong parts.... I purchased the part and then after my car was in process of repair, I realized the part was the wrong one. They said they would have to order the part, another two day wait. I had to be assertive, not allowing them to just brush the situation off. I held them accountable, suggested that they get the part to my door, within the next couple hours and even suggested they. Call their area manager for approval, because I was going to. I had my part in an hour. But why did it have to escalate to that point.

I went in for a battery/alternator check, addressed and diagnosed within minutes. Bad battery. Associate Daniel Rivera tested/diagnosed/and replaced battery, also addressing the corrosion on the terminals. Thanks Autozone, I'll be back.

Every time I come here, (which is quite often) I am met by two grumpy old men who move extremely slowly in everything they do. From talking on the phone to finding parts in the back. We're disappointed to hear you didn't receive the expedient service you should expect from any AutoZone. We should be speedier next time. Thank you for shopping at AutoZone.Reid:Yeah, you definitely should be speedier. You say stuff like that in response to all the negative reviews. "We should, we should, we should". We already know you should. What are you gonna do about it?? And no need to thank me for shopping there, because I most definitely did not end up buying anything there. The part I needed showed up as in stock on the employee computer but it was nowhere to be found. So instead, they offered to sell me a 6 pack of what I only needed one of, and it was over $300 instead of just $68.

Won't do business here again. Need parts and have to pre pay for them but I can't personally pick them up. I'm told if I pay for them I have to be the one to pick them up that my helper can't. It's for the safety of my personal info. Well I can't always be the one to pick it up so I won't spend my money here. Policy is always good but should be flexible in some aspects!

Had the correct air filter. Woman employee, who tried hard, had trouble entering my car information into the computer (Sonata and Santa Fe do not sound the same). She was able to check the codes for the "check engine light" so that was helpful. I asked if the employee could put in the air filter (as it always has been done for me and I am unfamiliar with the particulars). She said "This AutoZone doesn't do service." I asked if she would ask her coworker (male) if "he would help put in an air filter in a car for a disabled person." He was enthusiastic and said "Sure, he would try" and something about YouTube being helpful. He was able to put the air filter in for me. AutoZone employees don't know how to put in even an air filter? The whole experience was more time consuming than it should have been. Plus, this is not the standard of service I am used to having been at other AutoZones multiple times in multiple states.

I usually receive great customer service at this store but today the service was not so great. We waited in line and were there for a car battery. We stood in line and asked the female attendant we needed help with our battery and went to the area of the batteries instead of helping us she ignored us and assisted other customers.

Went in and got a o2 sensor and exhaust for my truck and John W. Was one the coolest interactions I ve had with autozone employees. He needs to be promoted. He was super chill with me and super cooperative

Their website is broken so when it says things are in stock, you have to wait until the next afternoon to get them... All the clerk did was apologize for the inconvenience. That was nice and all, but I needed the part I found on your site that said it was in stock...

Service is hit or miss. Usually it's great but i have had an employee or two be rather short with me and one actually laugh at me once. 90% of the time the service is great and they take a military discount but that other 10% is pretty rough.

I would like to say that I had a great experience after having a bad experience at the local 2728 AutoZone here in Safford Arizona. The district manager helps me out and help to solve a problem with some customer service issues I was having I will gladly go back to AutoZone anytime now for any part that I need feeling that I could get the help that I really needed

A friend told me AutoZone has a code reader that customers can use to find out what the "Requires Maintenance" light means on your car. I went in and asked, and found out they indeed let you use them, free of charge. It was quick and easy, and I was out of there with the needed part in less than 15 minutes. Thanks!

Good selection and prices on automotive parts and accessories. Staff is competent and friendly. They will help you check your battery, and even help install new wipers free of charge. Store is clean and well organized.

Usually not to hard to locate what you need, it's not a large store. This is good because it seems there's never anyone there except the 1 maybe 2 people stuck behind the counter. Staff not overly courteous but not rude, just doing a job.
