Really poor service they miss scheduled my appointment and with no notice or call increased the scope of the job they preformed on my truck. This caused the appointment to last 2+ hours longer then scheduled. Would not recommend.

I've used Austin's Auto for years now on my personal vehicles, and now my company truck as well. For my most recent service, tires - Avery was very was helpful and very easy to work with. He recommended a set of tires they had in stock based on my typical use, and sent a quote back immediately. They were also incredibly easy to schedule a time with. Can't recommend them enough.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

We got our 23 year old Jeep 4.0 repaired the guys did an Awesome job. Very friendly and kept their promises. They went above and beyond to even check over the AC repairs 1 week after install to make sure everything was tip top shape. Best Honest and Fair Auto repair around these parts. Very fair prices too. Quality parts and installers are top notch. They put a smile on my wife's face. Her Jeep can keep going as long as we have these guys taking care of it. Our Jeeps name is TANK. Thank you Austin's Auto Advantage!!

so it should come as no surprise to anyone after five years of driving what is now an eighteen year old minivan you're gonna have to replace some stuff on it ...Mine was a gummed up ignition cylinder with a badly worn out transponder key that no longer fit into it.I have never been so happy to throw away eleven hundred bucks in my life. (Evenly split between parts and labor)They were friendly, honest and open about what it was gonna cost.I highly recommend them !!!

Took more than 3 weeks to fix our vehicle. And it still misses and sputters. There mechanics quit while working on our vehicle probabably cause they didnt know what they were doing. Bad slow service. Will never go back and never recomend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want frustrating service.

I had an appointment to have my F350 flatbed alignment done. They got me in right on time of the appointment. My truck was too long for their rack as it is an extended body. They let me know they couldn't perform the alignment but still took the time to help me diagnose the possible issues throwing off my alignment at no charge. These guys are very professional and honest. I would use them in the future.

Thanks for nothing! The serpentine belt on my husbands van came off on his way to work at the mine. I called today and asked Austin's if they could look and see why the belt came off and they said to bring it in at 4:00pm. My husband brought it in at 4pm and they took it back and they said it would take about an hour. They came back out an hour later and gave him an invoice for $72 for an OIL CHANGE! He asked them why they changed the oil when we didn't ask for that and asked if they checked to see why his belt came off. The tech looked at the belt for a couple minutes and said "Looks fine to me." Thanks for nothing! We didn't need an oil change and we still don't know why the belt came off or if the van will make it the 75 highway miles to get it back to our house. This cost four hours of work and $72 for NOTHING! Also, they left oil all over the windshield and half the crew was standing around in the lobby talking about how much they hated their jobs....not good!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Edit: I wrote this review while I was waiting for my repairs to get done. When I got the bill they did a service I didn t want. I only wanted an oil change. Nice what they did for the folks in the accident, otherwise I d find a different place to take my car next time.Very nice folks, good prices on oil changes. During one of my repairs there was an accident outside and the employees immediately hopped outside to help out the situation. They comforted the kids involved by giving lollypops out. These folks are really great people.

Would give them 0/5 stars if I could, or even -1/5. Towed my truck in after it broke down outside the town. They spent a day saying they will look at it at any moment, then put it off till the next day, when they finally got someone on it, the person opened the hood and walked away. I waited and watched, the truck was not worked on. When I came into the office when they were closing to ask what is happening, they said their mechanic had been working on it all day but they needed another day. When i told them that no one was working on it and I needed to get it fixed to keep traveling they said I d just have to wait another day. When I demanded they give me my truck back so I could take it elsewhere they tried to charge me $500 diagnostics fee. They had not even touched the truck. I ended up paying $200 and taking it across town, where in two hours it was fixed, by mechanics who stayed late to work on it . And charged me $150!!! DONT USE THIS PLACE

When I first drove cross-country to AZ in October 2021, I had some concerns about my car. I went to Austin s to have them look at the tires, and they told me they re splitting in half. My family advised that I should go ahead and replace them; so we paid over $500, including the warranty. On the day after my new tires were installed, the tire light came on. There was a nail in my tire. I went back to Austin s, and they patched it. Then twice when the weather changed and light came on again, I had them put more air into the tires. In December, I figured I needed an oil change, so I scheduled one. They texted me a report on my car after the service saying I needed an alignment in the future. Fast-forward to March and I ve scheduled it. It was going be about $100. After about 30 minutes, they told me that I did not need an alignment; what I really needed was both motor mounts, costing $500 total. Although I thought that was a lot, didn t want engine issues and I asked if they could order the parts and the young man said When you re ready to get it done, call and we will order the parts because otherwise they might get lost in the shop. AND they charged me $20 to tell me that, even after they were the ones recommending the alignment.I decided I was going to get a second opinion because things just haven t been adding up. Something just felt off. I ended up googling reviews on Austin s Auto, which solidified my feelings; not only from the complaints, but also the way the owner responded to the complaints. No apologies, it s always the customers fault. So unless you give a good review, he is completely rude.I took my car to another shop and I told him what Austin s said, then I asked him if he could check. When he was done he said you don t need motor mounts, they re still there and you don t need an alignment. I can no longer in good conscience recommend this business. I m very surprised that such a small-town place like this in Safford would respond to their customers in such an unprofessional, childish manner. Not only that, but they straight-up lie about the parts needed. I guess they re trying to make a quick $500, like anyone just has that kind of money to waste.Stay FAR, FAR away from this place if you value honesty, integrity and your vehicle.Services: Tire change, Oil change

DON'T GO HERE. I went in for a simple oil change and brake light replacement. A bit after I paid and left, I noticed they hadn't reattached one of the tail lights properly (see picture), and it looked like my hood was still popped. Turned out that they had actually left an oil filter wrench under the hood of my car (see picture), which could have easily fallen into the belts and caused catastrophic damage. When I went back and asked for a refund, the guy said there was nothing he could do because "the work had already been done" and then insultingly offered 10% off my NEXT oil change. I will never be going back, and would not recommend to anyone values the safety of their vehicle.

This is the worst shop I have ever used, they'll lie to you in person and on the phone. When in for an ac problem was told it's ready, picked it up when to car wash. AC still not working went back, compressor faulty out the box. They proceeded to put another faulty one in. Thrid one now and programing ac had black death according to them. If so it's due to the faulty part put in system by them. They don't honor work or word. Now this man replies with more excuses why they didn't complete the job they were paid for. Just ask around about them, I wish I did more research and not a random recommendation. He failed to mention they tried to clean lines.Service: Air conditioning

Horrible customer service. I live in morenci and had an unexpected flat on 2 tires and tried to get in the next day and they told us sorry about your luck, but we can t help you. Drive down first thing in the morning and was still told they couldn t help me until the afternoon. Will not waste my time with them again. Staff is rude every time I walk in and seem like they don t want to work. Went to Haralson s and they got me right in and fixed it in 30 minutes.

This shop is absolutely terrible. I scheduled a simple fuel pump replacement, over the phone, a week in advance. After dropping the car off with them, everything went downhill. Not only did they order the wrong fuel pump, which I was informed about only after calling them to check on the status, but this error resulted in the job taking 3 days to complete. I thought this was absurd since this was an otherwise simple job. On top of this, I believe they may have extensively damaged my car in the process. After they had finally finished the job, I drove my car off the lot, bringing it home with the new fuel pump replacement. However, I noticed my I-Drive system was no longer working that following morning. I decided to bring it back to them to have them look at it (the idrive controls were working fine before taking the car in to them). When I asked them about the I-Drive controls, I was informed that they originally needed to remove, and charge, the battery when they were replacing the fuel pump (a detail I was never told beforehand), because the battery was not holding a charge, and that it is possible that this process may have put the car into a sort of "mode" or "towing mode" that may deactivate IDrive. To me, this came off as strange since they did not recommend a new battery nor mention the issue to me before I had originally left with the car. So I went home and tested my battery, which returned with normal voltages.A few days later, the car battery was dead in the morning. Long story short, the battery was not holding voltage because there was parasitic drain. I tested the voltage at different intervals throughout the day, and the voltages continued to drop. After consulting another professional, I was told that the alternator diode may have been to blame since the battery was OK. When I asked him how this may happen, he mentioned that it may be possible if someone connected the battery terminals incorrectly. However, since replacing the alternator is a simple job, I bought an alternator myself and replaced it myself. After jumping the car, and allowing the battery to charge, I've never had parasitic drain issues again. Everything seemed fine for a couple of days, until the car failed to start, again! The idrive was still not working, I was over 1000 dollars deep into parts and labor costs overall, and now the fuel pump they put in had failed. We had another professional look at it, and they recommended that we ask Austin's to warranty the work and install another replacement. So we worked with Austin's to have the car towed back to them for them to perform the job. After it was done, I drove the car home just fine. Despite the unfixed issue with IDrive, the car was running fine. But, after driving the car, to and from work for a few days, I started having the same issues with the new fuel pump, and it fails to start again!I am still in the process of going through all the damage that may have been done. When I contacted Austin s about trying to diagnose the rest of the damage they said they would have to charge me for a diagnosis and for a tow truck to take it to their shop, which to me is comical as I've never had the issues until they worked on my car.I've tried communicating, and working with them, and I feel like they've demonstrated complete lack of professionalism and knowledge of the mechanics, or varying levels of negligence. In summary: I think this shop is either the most incompetent, or the most unprofessional, shop I have ever been to and I believe it is in the best interest of anyone looking to have work done, that this is well known. This is a small town with a multitude of other shops to go to. Go anywhere else. I actually had to buy a new car because of how long this situation dragged out, affecting my work/life balance. It has taken over a month to work on diagnosing and fixing the damage to my vehicle and my car is still not running. I gave them ample opportunity to try to work with me on helping and they did not oblige. I think they are terrible. Do not go there.

Busy but helpful. Did a walk-in to change my oils, very understanding. Beware waits if you're impatient! However, overall very nice. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot with where it's located is my main grievance. Otherwise the services themselves were good for my old car

I brought my vehicle in for a repair. The check engine light was on. I was told I just needed spark plugs and one coil pack. After many hours and 50 minutes before closing, the repair shop called and stated that the repair did not work and that they were closing for the weekend. Since I was visiting from out of town, there was no way I could simply leave my vehicle over the weekend. We went to pick up the vehicle unfixed with the check engine light still on. Much to my surprise, the repair cost was not adjusted whatsoever. The cost was approximately 504.00. When we asked, did you leave the spark plugs in, they replied that they were only able to return the coil pack, not the spark plugs? That saved us 12.00. I do not feel that the labor cost is valid as I was told that changing the spark plugs and coil pack would fix the vehicle. It did not. I contacted the company several times. Finally, the manager called me back and I told him I wanted to talk to the owner. The owner told me he didn't care what state I was from or any legal mumbo jumbo and to stick my vehicle up my (a**) rear end. I said that was very professional of you, Thank you . He said sure... I then hung up. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle across the street because I was fearful of driving a vehicle with a check engine light 500 miles with my children in the vehicle across the desert.

Nice lobby and atmosphere. Sign says dont be late and no shows will be billed but yet I waited for an HR for them to start my car after scheduled time. Then to only be told another half hour later they wouldn't align it because my cars WHOLE from end isn't perfect basically and still charged me $33. It's a 25 year old car yes I know it's not perfect. Should have asked me if I'd like to pay for the $33 front end evaluation before starting, then I'd have said no I already know what my car needs. Should warn customers if we don't align we'll still charge you $33 for turning you down.
