I will never have any of my vehicles worked on by Rask's ever again,nor will I recommend them to anyone. I was drastically overcharged for rat damage and charged over $700 for spark plug remove and replace. $25 each for plugs themselves, AutoZone sells them for $13. What a ripoff

I would not recommend using these mechanics, I took my vehicle in for an overheating problem, they quoted me $900 for a fan clutch, an alleged new water pump, a radiator flush & a radiator cap...the problem was not resolved & I did reach out to them to make them aware of it & never got any reply....The mechanics I'm using in West Sedona just made me aware that the fan clutch & shroud were installed backwards so yeah....I'd stay away from this shop, very simple jobs or perhaps an emergency if you have no other choice.

We're heading back to Washington from Arizona on the first day of travel and had a fuel leak (broken fuel line). They found the problem, and we were on our way in two days as part came from Phoenix. Came and picked us up at the resort close buy as we stayed in our 5th wheel. Awesome service.

I visited Rask's Auto because I popped my back tire on my car while on the 17 headed home. I am so so grateful for the service I received. I am currently 6 months pregnant and had my 2 year old with me and was in no position to change a tire, I would have tried any other time :-). I was able to get in and out with no issue and made it home safely. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and thoughtful and truly made what could have been a stressful situation a breeze. If you are near McGuierville and you need car service please go here. They will take care of you and treat you right. If I lived closer they would have a permanent customer in me but I also know if I have issues on the road I just need to make it there.Service: Tires

On the way to Sedona from Scottsdale, my car started having issues and I happened to stop right next to Rask s. Curtis and Yolanda were able to help me get in and out within an hour. They were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend their service!

My boyfriend and I were traveling from out of town when our skid plate fell off. This was due to another mechanics mistake after our last oil change. Thankfully it happened right next to this shop and they were able to help us in a pinch. I had no previous experience with this shop but it was obvious they have integrity and pride in their work. They pointed out that our tire tread was almost gone and said that our other mechanic absolutely should have told us that. We are so thankful for their saving grace. We don't live in the area but if we did, this would be our shop of choice!

Curtis does my oil changes is making modifications to my new Jeep by adding side steps, a new front bumper with winch a new rear bumper he installs accessories that I have directly shipped from vendors to his shop which makes things so easy logistically. Always the professional, Curtis knows his way both inside and outside the engine (anything nuts and bolts!) and is always extremely friendly and courteous. First time I met Curtis, I showed up with a bolt in my tire and within 15 minutes my Jeep was repaired and I was back on the road.
