I would not advise patronizing this establishment. Despite retaining possession of my motorcycle for a duration of 7 months, they were unable to execute basic drop-in modifications tailored to the make and model of the motorcycle and yet charged me as if they did. This deficiency was corroborated by legal proceedings.

They got my CT90 running GREAT. Kyle and Mike were extremely helpful, cost conscious, and detail driven. They use all OEM parts if possible and keep the labor to a minimum. I will be back soon to get the carb looked at after breaking in the new rebuild they did. With some patience, they will have you taken care of!!

So far, not so good! Bike has been at Mike's for 1 month. They have never called me once, I ha e chased them every single time. Bike still isn't done. Will keep you posted. Can't wait to see how much this is going to cost! Would not recommend them . He did make a a comment about how Harley takes forever to fix your bike and they are way over priced . Not looking good!

Let me start off with saying I absolutely hate HATE, writing bad reviews for locally owned small businesses. In a day and age of mega dealerships, superstores and corporations they are becoming ever more rare. And I normally I go out of my way to support these businesses, unfortunately this time I feel obligated to speak up to save others a great deal of trouble, stress and money.Starting with the good, Mike (the owner) and staff seem like good people individually. I d have no problem sharing a beer or ride with any one of them. Mike also honored the quoted price.Unfortunately that s where the good news ends. The job was originally quoted to be done within around four working/business days and turned into 16 calendar days. The shops main skilled mechanic was out sick with the flu which would have been understandable if not for the complete lack of any communications. The shop also seems very disorganized waiting way longer for simple and easy to find parts then I think is reasonable after 20+ years of riding and being around motorcycles myself.Had that been the end of it, I wouldn t have felt obligated to say anything much less post a review. I took the motorcycle today to a European car shop ( Sports Car Service Center) that works on my separate classic European car. They took one look at the bike and found the exhaust leaking on both sides, if you put your hand near the junction in the exhaust with the motorcycle running you can feel it quite easily. I now need to pay them to redo the job the correct way.I paid 600.00 including a discount for paying in cash included putting on a windshield and faring, buying two used mufflers and having the carburetors re-jetted. Not terribly cheap not terribly expensive, until you figure the job not being done correctly. So complete lack of communications, not the best customer service when I had to call several times and go down in person to find out what was taking so long. Plus having to have another shop redo what should be a relatively simple exhaust system, pictures below. For the record the bike is a 2011 Ural Gear-up, which the owner said they would have no problem installing a exhaust system on.

What is quoted will not be the price you pay, no customer service, and I feel like they robbed me. Kinda like holding the bike for ransom of you don't pay what they want huh? Please don't go here

Top notch shop! They do metric or American bikes. Best prices in town. Unmatched knowledge on bikes and always have new bikes for sale.

Fantastic service and excellent mechanics! The owner Mike will go out of his way to be sure you get excellent service, he and his team delivers it! My bike runs better than it has in years and I could not be happier! The cost was extremely fair. If you are looking for a great shop to take your bike, this is it!

DONT DO IT. If you get bad vibes from the get go-listen to your intuition. Took bike in for 2 new tires. Next day, both won't hold air. Had to go back multiple times to get fixed. Zero communication from owner. As of today (I'm having to trailer bike up to AJ to do it all over again..The owners customer service skills suck.I won't be going back.2004 heritage softail.Update: fix a flat was put in the rear tire at mikes.

Had to replace my V&H exhaust. I was extremely frustrated with V&H as I went thru two of their exhaust in 70k miles. The guys at Mike's recommended D&D Exhaust Systems based on their personal experience. Bike runs and sounds great. Great service from a great shop. I am a big fan on Mike's and now D&D Exhaust. Thanks

Brought my front wheel in with the tire mounted to get a balance. I was told they wouldn't balance it unless they mounted it. So he would have to remove the already mounted tire (which I doubt he would do), then re-mount and then balance, which would be a 30-minute job for $60.Took it to Manic Moto down the street. $15 wheel balance done within an hour. $30 if they mount and balance.First and last time I go to Mike's. Unfortunate, because it puts out the vibe of a cool small town bike shop.Service: Tires

I actually did not make a purchase or have any work done by them. However, Josh took the time to answer some questions I had and was able to point me in the right direction. When I do need work done on my bike, this will be the place for me.

Didn't even go to the shop. Called and asked if they could help out. Dude on the phone acted like he didn't even want to be there. My bike started acting up when cold, and never used to do that. Couldn't even finish explaining what else was going on with it.With service like that, over the phone, I'll go somewhere else.

I asked to fix rear brake light and to replace brake fluid and water for coolant. Also to check brakes and adjust. They claim the brake switch was no longer available. I call Honda shop and got the standard switch and put it on myself in about20 minutes. Had to adjust back brake myself. They charged me over 600 dollars just to change fluids. Big RIP off.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Brake service & repair

Famous mikes change my tires and performed an oil change on my 14 hayabusa to the tune of 300$. It was 100 more then quoted. I paid without a scene. Now fast forward a couple months an 300 miles later I m cleaning my bike and find a rear brake caliper bolt is missing. MISSING!!! There response? Not hey we will put the 10$ bolt in? I m sorry? Nope. There response is we didn t do it. I m shocked by the level of compassion and service I received. They put my life in danger. My wife s life in danger and couldn t even be apologetic. I will never return and will make sure to post on all public forums as to the level or lack thereof I received. Also how(if it was missing prior to service) did they not tell me it was missing when they removed my wheels to mount the tires? Piss poor performance famous mike. I d hate to see what your famous for.Services: Tires, Oil change

I do not own a motorcycle - This review is for Mike himself. I was next door picking up food at Taqueria Mis Amigos - (best food ever by the way) - and my truck battery died and would not turn over! Mike came over to help with jumper cables, battery charger, along with the folks at Mis Amigos offering their vehicle for a charge/jump! Great people - Thanks for the help Mike and Amigos!

DO NOT BRING YOUR MOTORCYCLE HERE. Came to pick up my bike after them having it for nearly a year and had multiple fairing pieces missing, a lost license plate and a disassembled front caliper which I hadn t even asked them to work on. After a bad first experience with this place, I trusted them to make up for it the second time and I couldn t have been more wrong for doing so. They have ZERO idea what they are doing when it comes to electrical work as well. They lost multiple pieces of my motorcycle, including my license plate, and had me bring in 3 different CDI s that they all said were bad and that they tested each one, claiming to have 3 technicians all look over the CDI s. Turned out it was just a single wire running from the CDI all along. Never received the 3 CDI s back and wasn t reimbursed for them either nor my missing pieces from the motorcycle. When I came in to pick the bike up, the battery was dead and when I offered to come back with a new battery, Mike told me if I didn t take the bike right then and there that he would charge me a $25 storage fee for the bike every day starting then. (other reviewer talks about having a bike held hostage, this is what Mike is known for apparently) Utterly incompetent staff and ran by a complete crook. Do yourself a favor and take your bike ANYWHERE else and save yourself the money/headache. I warn every rider I know to stay far away from this scam of a business.

Worst experience ever. There shop Forman nick is a huge crook. Tried to sell me work for 1200 dollars that took 90 dollars to fix. They also tried to sell me a battery that they said was O.E. That I had just replaced three months prior. Worst part is when I talked to Mike the owner who I trusted he just basically told me to pound salt. Want my advice Go to Bloody Knuckles in Mesa. Shawn is fair and honest.

Do not go here. They will rob u blind. We took a mortocycle there to get checked out and see whats wrong with it. They charged over 400.00 just to try and get it started and never even started it. When I asked the owner how in the world can they charge me so much just to try and get it started he pointed to a bike and said u see that bike, they are in the hole 2500.00 with me and I replied you mean to tell me u can charge me thousands of dollars before u can even tell me what is wrong with it and he said absolutely. The owner was rude and was disrespectful and refused to explain to me what he did to the bike, when he had it for almost a month. He said he didnt have time to sit there and explain to me cause his lunch was getting cold. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to take their mortocycles there.

Nick has done major work on my nearly 40 year old bike. Excellent communication, excellent work, all done at a fair price. I am very pleased with Mike's Bikes.
