I recently visited Walmart Auto Care for a new car battery replacement and air filter replacements, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Raul, Olivia, and Breanna. Their level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Raul, Olivia, and Breanna greeted me with warm smiles and a willingness to help. They quickly assessed the issues with my car and provided expert recommendations. Their knowledge and expertise as mechanics were evident throughout the entire process, putting me at ease knowing my car was in capable hands. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. They took the time to explain the repairs needed, ensuring I understood every step of the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.I left Walmart Auto Care feeling grateful to have met such a fantastic team. Raul, Olivia, and Breanna are undoubtedly the best in the business, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs. I have no doubt that any future customers will be just as impressed with their service as I was.Thank you, Raul, Olivia, and Breanna, for your dedication and outstanding work. You've gained a loyal customer, and I'll definitely be returning for any future repairs. Keep up the fantastic job, Walmart Auto Care Team!

Showed up for four new truck tires, and the ones showing available online were not available at the store. Undeterred I selected an alternate brand and was told it would take one to two hours. I waited a while and then wandered around the store. After 90 minutes I returned to find my truck was in the same spot and a vehicle a jumped ahead of me (Cali plates, go figure).I was told it would be another hour and a half, I took my keys and left.It wasn't that busy, and neither were the "techs", so I have no idea what the hold up was.Would give zero stars if I could.

Everyone here is ALWAYS extremely nice and helpful. New front tires @ a fraction of the cost of other retailers w/out the BS of someone trying to sell you something you dont need. I have to edit my original review because today I had to bring the car back due to it wobbling. Upon inspection, the REAR passenger tire had the tread coming off of it. Why nobody caught this during the initial tire inspection and I installation is beyond my comprehension. So I had to buy another 2 tires because the rear driver's side tire was also showing alot of wear on the very inside. I asked DOUG if he had anything to say as to why the problem was not noticed on my original visit to install 2 new front tires on the 24th of October, he looked at me with contempt and said, "NO." He then turned and walked away from me as I proceeded to ask his name, he ignored me and kept walking towards my car, opened the door, muttering and sticking his knee into my driver's side leather seats. I called out to him again, sir, can I please have your name, he completely ignored me. After about 2 minutes or a little less, he walked up to me and said, NO, I have nothing to say. I walked away and went inside the Walmart to ask for a manager, the person who helped me at the counter was very nice, told me to take a deep breath and relax (in a nice way) while she called for a manager. I waited about 5 minutes while explaining to her that I could not believe how I was just treated, and for Doug to have walked away like that muttering who knows what, was totally unacceptable and NOT the way Walmart handles customer service. There is a greeter at the door when you come in and then there is a person who says goodbye and thanks for shopping at Walmart, but no one to say I am sorry we forgot to tell you that you could of had an accident or worse with the condition of your back tire, that we overlooked upon our vehicle inspection for tire service? So then the manager arrives, looking quite aggravated because as he stated to me, he was supposed to have been gone an hour ago. He stared at my paperwork for several minutes and after hearing what I had to say, he also, said nothing, nothing about my question as to how something like that could have been overlooked and nothing about how Doug had treated me. I then asked the manager to please go and look at the tire himself to see how serious the matter was. He walked off and after a few minutes came back with a whole different attitude and although he did offer an apology, he again made it a point to tell me he was supposed to have been gone already which is why he said he reacted the way he did when he 1st came over. This whole experience went from pleasant to very disturbing in a matter of 30 minutes. I still want to know how a tire with the tread ripped and torn on the inside was overlooked by someone who had the car up on a lift and who supposedly did an inspection? I am not going to let this go, @Walmart corporate is going to hear from me.

I was charged $56 for lifetime rotate & balance without anybody telling me about it when I bought 4 tires here. When I noticed it and tried to get my money back, they refused. Do not go to Walmart auto for your tires.

Walmart doesn't check your coolant/antifreeze like every other oil change center. Ours was bone dry. Never going there again and you shouldn't either.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got tires. Good experience. They got it in on time. The only issue was they sold the tires I picked out a couple of days before so I had to get ones a little more money. Bait and switch I don't think so just a mess up.

Well, if you are woman I strongly advise you not to go to this Walmart for a tire repair. Let me explain. I brought my car in for a tire repair because there was a visible nail in my tire. When I went to pick up my car, the technician informed me that I had two nails in my tire; and since one nail was located in the sidewall I needed a brand new tire to the cost of almost $200. Since my car is brand new, I wanted to see if I could get a tire that matched the others so I declined the replacement. Upon returning home, I checked the tire and could not find a nail in my sidewall anywhere (even where it was marked). My boyfriend checked when he came home and could not find the other nail either. So the next day, I went back to Walmart and asked the technician to show me the nail in the sidewall. This is where the story gets interesting. So, the technician looks at my tire and cannot find the other nail either. He consults with the young man who took care of me the day before to gather information about where the other nail was located. The previous technician told claimed that he had removed the nail from my sidewall yesterday before I left. WHAT???? You removed a nail from my tire without letting me know!. Is that typically what is done when someone has a nail in the sidewall of a tire?. Especially since that nail was the one requiring me to purchase a brand new tire.Of course, I did not have to be a genius to know that the technician was being untruthful. My tire did not deflate at all overnight nor could anyone find a hole in my tire from "the nail" that was taken out. I was then told it did not deflate because it was a "slow leak". Ummmm.... any hole in a tire would deflate somewhat over 16 hours. Just blatant lies. So, I took my car to Discount Tire in Queen Creek, got the tire repaired for free and was informed that there was no indication of any other nail or leak in my tire. So, BUYER BEWARE.

Got my oil and filters changed 2X by Walmart now and have no complaints. This one had kids working the counter and in the shop (18-23) and they were so informed and helpful when they interacted with me and other customers. This Auto Center is definitely a good place for basic car maintenance and repairs.

I almost always go there for oil changes. never had any problem. this time however, had my new 2018 vehicle, NO dash lights on or notice from car that oil changes needed, just my experience and comfort level. was 3rd car in line before open. remember, just oil changes in this line. 2 hours later, car still not ready. I watch as service tech enters my car and literally messes with my settings on screen and dash. 4 minutes!! unnecessary as nothing needed to be reset. then watched, and began videotaping, as she and second tech hang out under the hood a good 3 minutes. then they see me with camera, get upset, and suddenly, car is done!! Not the right way to do a job, and say too long, like this review, lol. don't trust them anymore and quite frankly bothered that I will most likely spend a sick amount of money now at dealer for oil changes,

First visit, tech lost my keys. All dozen or so times I have taken my vehicle here at 8am, they have never had an oil change take less than 2.5 hours. If you have all day, it s an okay place to bring your vehicle. If not, would not recommend. Similar to watching grass grow!

I had my oil changed the other day. When I got done, the cashier and the Automotive Care said that my oil drain plug had been stripped from whoever did the last will change. I informed him it was that Walmart store and he quickly said it couldn't have been and blamed it on something else. I left very frustrated. This morning, as we were leaving for church, I noticed a large oil puddle in my driveway. Upon returning home, I called the local Walmart store and talk to the motiv manager, who Pawn me off on a individual name Curtis. I came in and talked with Curtis and explained what had happened. I do not know who this young man was, but he knocked it out of the park! He not only listen to my concerns and apologized, but went back and completely fixed the problem without charging a penny. His excellent customer service was something I wish every employee could demonstrate. While I was waiting for my oil change, I had overheard two different employees within the store tell different customers they could not help them because they did not work in that particular Department. The employee then walked away without trying to even find them assistance. This young man, Curtis, could be a leading example of excellent customer service! I wish I knew his last name to give him the kudos, but I hope that he is well recognized. He will be the reason I am returning.

Dropped my car off knowing that the wait was going to be about an hour and 15 minutes. The guy told me he would give me a call once my car was done. After about an hour and 45 minutes I went to check on the progress and see when my car would be done to find out it had been done for a while and nobody called me. When I mentioned to the guy who rang me out that I never got a call, he responded with a rude oh . No apology or anything. Poor customer service. This was my first time using this particular Walmart, but next time I will be going somewhere else.

I had a headlight bulb that burned out twice in a week. I initially visited this location and a very nice young man had helped me. When it burned out the second time I returned to this store and explained what was going on. The manager, Brenda, seemed very concerned and began investigating. She called a tech, Melissa,a asked her to take a look at it. While Melissa was was doing that, Brenda realized a less expensive bulb could have been used and also the original young man had thrown away the second bulb to the pack. She apologized extensively and assured me she wanted to rectify the situation so she refunded all my money and retreived a pack of the more expensive bulbs to replace both of them. At this time Melissa return with the entire pigtail and showed me there had previously been an electrical fire and that's why the bulbs were burning out so fast. Yikes! Both Brenda and Melissa went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Well done ladies, it was much appreciated!

Had my oil that was way overdue changed. It was a great experience. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and we're done before I expected (only by a few minutes but still, early is early!). I have no issues using this auto Care center for routine things like an oil change.

We were able to park right outside of the auto center doors to purchase a replacement car battery along with a heavy garage shelf, which was great. The battery was out on the shelf but David was available at the counter to help us and pull one from the back.He checked the warranty info for the old battery to see if we would have anything coming back to us.Very friendly and helpful associates!

We dropped off our car at 8:00am 7/17 at store 4451 queen creek Az in order to have one tire replaced. We were told that a tire employee was supposed to be in at 9:30am we were fine with that and came back to the store at 10:00am I asked what the status was around 10:30am and the cashier stated that both of the tire employees have not even started work on our car, they were working on another car that came way after ours. It is now 10:53am and we are still waiting, and I have decided to never patron Walmart ever again. This was the first and the last time that I will be using that Walmart tire and lube. Extremely poor service, organization, workmanship. I guess we should have expected this from Walmart.

Brought in my boyfriend's truck for an oil change, while he was at work. They would not add my phone number to contact me as soon as they were done so I could come back and pick it up. I told them I live across the street and would be walking back. None of them seemed to care at all. Two of the guys just stood there with the most indifferent expression on their face. Not friendly or helpful at all. They clearly have no clue what actual "good Customer Service" is. Wouldn't know it if it hit them across their face! Although, they probably need just that. And unfortunately, it looks like I have to take it back because they did not reset the "check oil" display. So, it still looks as though it needs to be done. Go elsewhere. Not worth the price, waste of time, and frustration.*Before this experience, I would have probably given them a 3 or 4 star rating.

Services took way longer than expected. A full inspection was supposedly done however two days later when I took my vehicle into dodge fluids were low, tires weren t as stated. I feel that random numbers were entered.

The place is ok but I once had to wait 30 minutes because the old man in charge of customers was too busy talking with a girl that could have been his grand daughter... . Tried to get attention but he just was rude and pretended to not see me... . I actually ended up going without being able to talk to anybody and get an oil change. You get what you pay for... I guess

Don't buy tires at Walmart. We had one blow out after 4500 miles on my wife's car. They refused to replace it because she didn't buy an additional warranty. Go somewhere else that actually sells decent tires.

Great warranties. Service is slow, but the warranties, I think, make up for that. I never pictures getting car batteries or other parts from Walmart, but now I see it's totally worth it!
