This location always has excellent customer service. I had recently changed from a location that was closer to my home due to many customer issues and false diagnosis/unnecessary upsells.With this location in Queen Creek I have never had an issue with staff and they have always done thorough inspections. I highly recommend this location over any other.I also want to give a shoutout to Devon who was incredibly professional in our interactions and worked to address all the needs of my vehicle without trying to pitch unnecessary services to me. He was honest and very polite. Thank you Devon!

From start to finish Hunter was very professional. No wait time. I got in right away and was serviced for my oil change and topped off fluids within 15 minutes or more. He reviewed everything and gave me my paper work with receipt and they were done.Having Hunter was a pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him and this location of Valvoline in queen creek across from queen creek costco.Thanks

Oil change was quick and easy, I was in and out in about 10 minutes.However, my battery died the very next day. They had tested my battery as part of their inspection with my oil change and said it was fully charged. So i was very surprised and unhappy the next day when it died. We jumped it, died a day later again. Took it in to get the battery replaced and they said that the positive and negative connector cables on the battery were loose and that caused the battery to drain. Asked if anybody had worked on the battery recently... and valvoline was the only one.I'll just take the extra time to go to the dealership in the future. Not worth the time saved or coupon, since I had to buy and replace the battery a few days later.

Went in for an oil change and they topped off our radiator coolant as well. Noticed it leaking an hour later, filled it with water to get us through our drive. When we took it back in they assured us it wasn t their fault. Had never had issues with the radiator until they messed with it had used them for both our cars for oil changes. Won t be doing that again.

Great customer service! Not pushy on selling services if not needed. Devon was great in helping me get in and out quickly even with busy lines in all of their service bays and during the holiday times!! Definitely recommend to anyone needing an oil change! Had to replace wiper blades and they made sure they were working properly and even replaced the one that wasn t!

I've been going to Valvoline for my oil changes for a few years now. All was great until my last visit. The price almost doubled. I asked the service technician why the HUGE price increase, and he had no answer. $65 (that price was after a 20% discount) is way too much for an oil change. Never again.

What a fantastic experience. When we arrived there was no wait. The staff were friendly and professional. They let you know what is going on. The whole concept of just waiting in your car while they go about their work is brilliant. The wife and I will certainly come back for all our oil change needs.Really impressed! Good job Valvoline!!

Staff was very helpful. Much better than the other location I visited where they didn t put my air filter on correctly and sensors went off. This location was very reassuring that they d do it right, and they did. And i felt confident they knew what they were doing.

Always my go-to for an oil change. The efficiency and customer service is always great, and that s saying something! Worth every penny, even if I can go to auto zone and do some things myself. While it seems a lot of younger employees would rather be anywhere but at their jobs, the employees here are always helpful to each other, kind to their customers and working SO hard regardless of the heat. Wish I could leave a tip, I appreciate them so much!

I look forward to leaving my reviews, especially this one! I have had some great customer service and some bad, of course, BUT I am here to proudly brag about this place and its manager Dominic! Talk about customer service at its finest, Dominic is one of the most professional managers I've come across in a long time, professional with his customers, and from what I observed, also with his team! Valvoline (Queen Creek location) is definitely my go-to place for my oil changes on all my vehicles. Thanks again, Dominic, for your outstanding professional customer service, it was nice to finally go to a business with polite, courteous and helpful staff!

When busy, there is no coordination of lines to tell you the people in front are having longer services. I waited 45 min and didn't move while 2 lanes serviced multiple cars who each who got there after me. Would have been nice to have been greeted and advised of this wait or told to move to a different line for faster service. Even a cone in the line would have been helpful indicator. By the time I asked about the wait, the other lines had filled up. Wouldn't have been a big deal except 3 workers were just chit chatting when they could have greeted customers so they didn't get frustrated waiting in a longer line when they could have been serviced sooner. I wound up leaving as did the person behind and in front of me. I won't go again unless it's right when they open.If there's no line, it's quick and they do a good job.

Dominic and his team were awesome, even with the brutal heat. They were just as thorough as the dealership. Honest in what they recommended replacing and gave discounts were they applied. Always get my oil changed here. Super fast and honest. They will check my air filters and wipers. If they are in great condition, they tell me they are good. If they are bad, they show me the options to purchase if I want and they will install them for me. I never feel pressured. I love how fast it's done. I try to go in the morning and then I'm in and out of there.

The phone number goes to a call center. Ask for this specific location for specific requests or questions bc there is no communication between the call center & this Valvoline. Thank you to Gaetano who stepped up, had a great demeanour & took charge to resolve the situation immediately AND was super nice about it! Had an oil change and they put the wrong filter in and after spending 35+ dollars and going to a few places to try to figure out why the code was telling me the mass air flow senser was bad and then I ended up replacing it, which didn t resolve the problem. Come to find out Valvoline had put in the wrong filter when they changed my oil.

I had given 5 stars originally but maybe my good service was a fluke. My wife tried to go here, and they directed her to a lane. That lane didn't move and they serviced 3 others that arrived after her before she (and the car behind her) finally gave up and left.

I was skeptical due to some of the other reviews, but because of my weird work schedule, I needed the convenience of not having to schedule an oil change.When I got to this location, I was the only person there so I didn t have to wait at all. They checked to see if they had the filter for my vehicle (I called in advance, so I knew they had it), and then did the change. It took about 30 minutes total.Kyla, Diego, and Ben were the crew that helped me and they were great! I recommend this place, but be prepared to wait if you arrive and there are more people in line. Calling ahead to verify they have your filter will save you from disappointment as well.

I strongly recommend staying away from this location if you want to remain safe in a reliable vehicle. Customer service is absolutely horrid. They claim to be trained but are highly untrained. Forgetting to check stuff. Lack of communication and very short staffed. Went in for an oil change. Notice the sign that said free battery test with oil change. Ask them how my battery was doing. They said fine. All was wonderful. Two days later My truck won't start. Simple battery test can't even be done correct? And you're relying on these people to put oil in a motor. I will never be back after having issues almost every time I've went. From them losing air filter clips to not being able to diagnose a dead battery, unable to change a bulb in my turning signal you would be better off going to Walmart.Services: Battery, Oil change

Full thing I am waiting in line. First one here arrived at 7:05am. The google page for this service said the open at 7:30am. So at 7:16am I nice young man came to my car and told me they open at 8am. He did apologize to me when I showed him the google page showed 7:3Oam. I am a customer service manager by trade and something like this can cause a huge loss of business. The hours are a simple fix and not sure why they are listed incorrectly. Luckily directly next door is a Dutch Bros Drive Thru.Service: Oil change

Very fast, very friendly, very helpful. BUT they didn't attach the filter back properly and my wife broke down in the middle of a major road with our children because the technician didn't do their job. After our last oil change, the car would not start, and we found they did not fully tighten the oil drain, there was oil slowly leaking, the coolant cap was broken off and we were not made aware of this, the cabin air filter was impeding air and not reported to us or offered to remediate, and a few other issues were glossed over.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Help to get you the best deal for services too by recommending coupons available and informing you of discounts. I bring my vehicles here when I don't have the time to service them myself.
