Very slow. Guys just sat around working in one bay at a time. I have been to others and they are much faster. Management needs to address it afterall took far longer than 5 minutes for me and the other card there.But the service was good once they got to my vehicle but they literally went from Bay to Bay to Bay with the three or four people which took a long time and it definitely took longer than 5 minutes to do my oil change.

Great service!! Staff was friendly and helpful! They were fun to talk to and even cracked a few jokes. Wait time was about 20-25 per car which is pretty good to drain oil, change filters, check tires and refill oil. They didn t try to upsell anything I didn t need. I will definitely go back for all my oil changes!

I had scheduled an oil change online but should have called to make sure they had a filter for my car since it's a newer model. They didn't have it but luckily there is an autoparts store near by, the gentleman said he would give me $20 off which was more than I had paid for the new filter. When they were done servicing my car I had let the nice girl know I hadn't paid yet when she said "you're good to go," and for my honesty she didn't charge me. It was also busy and kind of loud so I think the communication between the mechanics got lost.

My service at Take 5 was very easy. I didn t need to leave my vehicle and was done in about 30 minutes from wait time to start and finish. The only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it was a little pricey and once you pull up and get the pricing, you can t back out. I will say that they did apply a discount saying that there was a sale going on, which didn t make it too bad. It was definitely very convenient. I will likely continue to use them for my routine oil changes for the convenience.Service: Oil change

Just came in for an oil change. The price we were quoted on the phone was $40 less than what we were charged and we made sure to be specific. Very disappointed in that and the lack of an itemized receipt. Would not recommend as I feel like this is an integrity issue.

This place in queen creek was awesome! They were super friendly and on point with everything! Sharing information every step of the way! Will definitely be going back. Thank you guys for servicing my scion xb and awesome job with the shop super clean and organized definitely very welcoming keep up the awesome work!

The gentlemen working there were kind and made sure I was taken care of, but I can t just ignore the wait. It took AN HOUR to even be pulled into a lane to get my oil changed. There was only one car waiting in front of me and another car in the lane. They had two lanes open but were only working from one. Again, the guys working were extremely sweet and apologetic but the whole premise of this place is to be in and out that was definitely not the case as my appointment took about 1 hr and 20 minutes in total.

This place opened and to be desired. Asked how much and if had coupon. He said online but didn't really know the fees - young guy.Could of said let me check or I will have one other guys let you know fees never did so needless to say I will not go here. Valvoline they answered there phone everything I called very professional in queen creek explained how long take and mechanics know what they are doing.This place the guy acted like he didn't know much still learning fresh out mechanic school but little lierie if he knew what to do on my car. Beware.Not very professional at all. Prices super high and if you call ahead of time no one ever answers phone at all and I called 2 separate days

Took my car there on November 10th had the oil changed had to go back cuz it was leaking due to them leaving the oil plugs slightly loose. And now I'm having engine problems with only 3,500 mi driven on it. I normally wait until the computer light says it's time to change the oil which is about 5,000 mi. Ended up taking it to a mechanic for servicing because of the engine problems which he said no it's not what I thought it might have been, timing chain due to the codes. Doing a timing chain is beyond my skill set at the moment. The mechanic who I'm very impressed with said let's check the oil and it was ungodly dirty. He said in his opinion there's no way that you're oil was changed in November. Essentially the dirty oil is causing the sensors and phasers which is another type of sensor for the timing system to not be able to read write throwing codes. They are in process of doing a deep clean of the motor and I'm very thankful it's not the timing chain. I will never go back to these guys again. He even took a picture of the oil filter and it look to me like it was the same one I purchased from O'Reilly's when I did the oil change previously myself.So frustrating to think you want to use a service like this to save some time and they do a bad job.See pictures below of oil drain from the vehicle. Looks closer to a 10,000 mile plus quality.

Manager was very helpful and patient. It's still a new place so might not have your oil filter but an Autozone is 5min away. They also have a small team so it takes about 0 to 45min from start to finish. Otherwise a great experience will go there from now on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Only 2 people were working, and one other car was being worked on. It took them about 30 minutes to change the oil in my car. They also didn't wipe the oil of the front of the hood. They're not bad, but they could have been better.

Normally I go to Valvoline but I m unemployed so I m not driving all the way to Gilbert. We decided to try this location. Upon arriving we were given water bottles for our wait. Shortly after we were advised of systems being down so certain things had to be done manually and would take longer. We decided to stay even though we would have a wait but the entire crew was friendly, professional, apologetic and just communicative thru the entire process. I will definitely return to this location. Stay warm guys, this rain definitely makes it hard to work thru.Service team: Jose V, Brigham E and Kailee C, manager. Kudos!

The negative - The wait ahead of me was only 2 cars but it took over an hour to get in. The oil change from pulling into the bay to pulling out was 19 minutes, so I am not sure why it took so long. The pricing is very high and was not prepared as I could not find pricing online. Synthetic only available. It was over $100 for an oil change.The positive - staff was courteous and polite, asked numerous times if I wanted water and apologized for the long wait. They offered me a discount on the next visit because of the wait.Service: Oil change

Had to wait 30 minutes to finally pull into the bay. And when I did I finally saw the prices of the oil change. High mileage, synthetic oil change was $102. It's funny how they don't put pricing on their website or anywhere until you finally drive into the bay. Told him thanks but no thanks and drove away

Joseph & Luke had me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, had a full oil/filter change. Yes, they did their jobs & offered me plenty of extra services (i.e. new wipers, cabin filter, engine filter.) I ve owned my truck for over 1.5 years now & never changed any of those, so I caved & had them switch them all out. Got a killer discount & saved some money. Thanks! If you want quality service go to the Valvoline oil change on Ellsworth and Queen Creek.Long waits at this Take 5 and poor customer service. Was told, We can t see you today since we can t work past a certain time due to the law . But Valvoline saw me no problem.

***UPDATE***I have responded to their comment and emailed them. Still waiting to hear from them.Pricing is higher than my regular place for not as much. They were closer to my house so I thought I would give them a try. We waited about 5 min before anyone greeted us and then sat in the bay for another 10 before anyone started our service. Not sure if they were short staffed or not but there was only one other car being serviced. When reviewing the check list on the receipt it said that washer fluid and air filter were topped up and checked. Never once saw those done. Tire pressure was never checked, lights not checked, and battery was not checked which is something my regular place does.

This is by far the BEST service I have ever received. The manager, Kailee Cortese and Assistant Manager , Joseph Shipman are true professionals. Jose is also very knowledgeable and extremely customer focused. I highly recommend getting your vehicles oil changed here over any other auto stores in the Queen Creek area. Extremely efficient and customer service focused at this Take 5 oil change location. Joseph, Kailee and Jose need to be promoted! You do not want to lose these professionals to the competition!

Friendly service and didn t try to upsell me. Used a coupon and got my oil change for $56 (7 quarts on a Hemi). Prices can be higher there so make sure to google a coupon.

Staff was nice, unfortunately they were also very busy, my oil change took well over 40 minutes.Also it appears my skid plate was not properly torqued when it was put back on and an hour and a half into a road trip it fell halfway off and almost caused an accident. I had to remove it completely as the other bolts were now gone.I hope that Take 5 will make this situation right.

Just went down there today and got professionally taken care of. From the start, before I even drove up to the bay, I was offered a bottle of water while I was sitting in line! I pulled in and was informed of the services I needed and wasn't jerked around into getting stuff that I didn't! Only two people were on shift got three other cars and I out the bay door in less than 20 minutes. Amazing service, professional staff, they even noticed I was a veteran without me saying anything and offered me a military discount! They have my business for life!

Don t go here as they have no clue what they are doing. Went here a few weeks ago and then the next day noticed a few drops of oil on my driveway. I didn t think too much of it but it started getting worse over next few days; so I took it back and asked them to double check the oil filter and drain plug. They assured me that everything was good and the oil leak was coming from elsewhere. I took it to another shop and they found the oil filter was not tight at all and was leaking everywhere. I had to spend more money to get it fixed correctly. It should have been done correctly from the start. Your claim to fame is oil changes so one would think this would be something you are good at. For 100 dollars or more you would think they would get it right. Beware as they don t know what they are doing here.Service: Oil change

Should ve checked the reviews before going to my oil change at the new Take5 on Riggs & Ellsworth. I was initially excited to have a quick oil change place on a corner that I pass by regularly. I took my F-150 to get the oil change done at noon today. When I arrived there was one bay open, one car being serviced and one other car waiting in front of me. A guy brought me a bottled water, which I appreciated, but the wait was over 20 min sitting at an idle waiting. They eventually opened a second bay. I was able to pull in for service almost 25 min after arriving. After telling one of the employees that all I wanted was an oil change, he proceeded to ask me about wiper blades, air filter (both of which were fine). It took 2-3 guys about 20 min to change the oil. I didn t check on the pricing prior to arrival, but was a bit shocked that a synthetic oil change was $102. I know everything is more expensive these days, but $102 for ONLY an oil change is ridiculous. Also considering it s far from a 5 min oil change (about 45 min total) with only two other cars there besides me, I won t be returning anytime soon and neither will the three other cars in my family.

Car wouldn't start after oil change. They said it was battery but didn't have jumper cables. Had to wait for my friend to show up with some cables. It was hot. They were nice about it but the shop seems to not have proper supplies for these types of scenarios.

Waited 25 minutes behind a car already getting an oil change. Had to listen to every sales pitch on fuel additives, windshield wipers, new air filters and all the other stuff they try to talk you into. No thanks. I m headed back to Jiffy Lube
