I called different places & decided to give Sun Devil Auto in Queen Creek a try because of the friendly service over the phone (I was even informed about coupons on their website). From the moment we walked into Sun Devil Auto to the time we picked up our vehicle, we received EXCELLENT customer service from James. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & honest about the service being provided. Because of the quality service he provided, we dropped off our daughter s car in order for them to check the AC system. Thank you James & the mechanics who worked on our car!!! It s refreshing to finally find a place where we can receive honest, quality service!

Great service, super friendly staff. Impressed with the professionalism that I witnessed with every customer that came in while I was getting my oil changed. Didn t try to sell me on any unnecessary service even though they did a full inspection on my car. I ll be coming here from now on.

We have been going to Sun Devil for many years and if we have moved we always find one close to us and our service is always outstanding. Matt helped us out today with my Pathfinder and he did an amazing job

Building has ZERO interntlet/phone connectivity. None. No phone calls. No internet. No Whatsapp. It was creepy and isolating.Went in for an oil change. The team got me in right away and took care of me, without an appointment--though the man at the desk made it very clear that they expected appointments be made.So much upselling! Too much, honestly. They texted me a report from the technician about SEVENTEEN issues my car apparently had. When I asked questions about the report, the desk man asked me if I had heard this noise, that noise, or some other noise that are signs of the problems and I hadn't. None of them. Not one of those noises. They recommended filters be changed by showing me pictures of the filters currently in my car that were still their original color.One of the 17 recommendations was to change a battery I have a 5 year warranty on with their company and then pretended they couldn't find record of the warranty but I needed to replace it RIGHT NOW. Called the specific Sun Devil I had the battery replaced at, they looked up my warranty by my phone number and said this SD should have been able to do the same.Hard to trust people clearly trying to push their sales.

Although I had to be rescheduled twice, ultimately the gentlemen at Sun Devil auto in Queen Creek were super helpful and very efficient. I was able to use a coupon even though it had expired and the price before the coupon was very competitive. I will absolutely return to this shop for any and all subsequent car needs. Thanks, guys.

I was very impressed with Sun Devil Auto. Paul helped me and he was very kind and professional. He was understanding of my situation and accommodating. The crew checked my car thoroughly making sure it was safe to drive. I was really happy with the great service and I will definitely go back for service on my car. They did a great job w the repairs on our daughter s vehicle. We have a Carmax warranty, and they worked with them directly to get the repairs covered. Will use them again!

Have been going to the shop close to 3 years, I've actually given them plentiful amounts of money with repairs I have needed over those years, even with numerous auto shops to choose from in Queen Creek. I have been experiencing increasingly worse customer service in the last year or so. Recently been having tire issues, requiring two patches over the last couple of months on same tire. On my way home from work that same tire alerts for under inflation. I call right at 4:20 p.m. (I have to return to work next morning by 630am as I work at a hospital) stating I'm on my way towards Queen Creek could be there in about 15 minutes and explain my tire issue. I wanted to make sure I could stop in. The gentleman states his people will be clocking out at 5:00pm, so it depends on what's going on. I explain I need it checked out, I have to return to work early morning and would appreciate any help, he states to call when I'm closer. I tell him I should be there quickly, placing me there about 4:40 p.m, hopefully sooner. At 4:37 p.m, I'm around the corner and calling to let them know I'm almost there and now he says "well I don't have anybody to look at it everyone's leaving for the day." Super stellar customer service right there, as far as I understand the business hours are till 6:00 p.m. First I'm being told that everyone's clocking out at 5 p.m. Then only 15 min later 5p suddenly turned into 4:40 p.m. I'm not saying that you had to fix my tire, but being that we live in a large city, requiring transportation for almost everything, including work, it would have been nice to have a little bit of courtesy and service especially after spending thousands of dollars at the shop. I won't be a returning customer I will look for a business that hires people who have hearts and actual work ethic. This is my opinion, but I imagine if the help I needed was more lucrative, meaning something they could make money on, quickly, I bet they would have stayed for that.

We were having battery issues and took it into sun devil and they got someone to immediately come out and check battery level. Max checked the battery fast and had great customer service. Highly recommend.

Took our recently purchased used Mini Van in for a oil change and a look over. It was extremely busy when we showed up. The staff were great, happy and helpful. Gave us an reasonable estimate on how long it was going to take and when we returned back it was completed. They checked it over and gave us some quotes on some work that will need to be done. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we will be back to have more work completed. Thanks again for service.

Do not take your car there unless you want your car dented and Sun Devil Auto won't Take responsibility. My car was in their possession for 4 days. When I picked it up there were 3 new dents in the driver side door. The manger was made aware, he claimed to have reviewed the security footage from the parking lot and insisted that nothing in their shop could have caused the dents. However, I find it hard to believe that they thoroughly reviewed every minute of the footage over the 4 day period. Additionally, there are various ways the car door could have been dented while in their shop. Whether the damage occurred within the shop or in the parking lot, the fact remains that the car was dented while under their care, and they chose not to address the issue. Therefore, unless you want your car to potentially sustain damage without any resolution from Sun Devil Auto, it is best to consider alternative options.

4/2/2024Their usual very good level of service was missing today. They did not have my oil filter in stock and miscommunicated between the service tech and the Service Writer that cost me an extra 45 minutes for them to reorder that filter from the local auto parts store.You would think they would check the day before for upcoming work and order for day of repair service.Service: Oil change

Queen Creek Sun Devil is my go-to auto maintenance and repair shop. All employees are patient, considerate and willing to answer questions or recommend solutions. This has always been my experience. Paul Fox, in particular, was efficient and helpful when I needed a tire replacement -- and in dealing with the warranty agency.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went there for an alignment and they refused to do it because my rack and pinion was loose and was also leaking power steering fluid and was told my pump was bad . None of that was true. I checked them myself and then took it to Big O s and they also said nothing was loose or leaking then proceeded to do a great job on my alignment. Go to Big O s if you want to actually get work done

They were honest and upfront about my car. Thought I had an issue that most spots probably would have just fixed what I asked, but they did an inspection and found I didn't need service. Will definitely use them for my vehicle needs in the future.

Failed emissions test on a 2019 vehicle. They got me in right away, and made the resolution simple. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The shop was also very clean. We have found our auto repair shop in Sun Devil Auto. Thanks !

1 star, since no one could be bothered to call me back as promised with a quote for a pretty big job. The guy I spoke to sounded less than enthused and rushed. Need car fixed to drive across country, guess I'll keep looking.

Took a set of new wheels and tires in to be mounted and balanced, received the wheels back scratched and paint chipped. Asked that they fix them, didn't seem too much to ask, but apparently it was as I got no follow up calls. So after a week I emailed asking how the wheels were coming as was told they were ready. Get to the shop to pick up what I expected to be mounted and balanced wheels, I was given the wheels and tires back still damaged, also received a set of new wheels which is great. Now I have to get another shop to mount and balance the wheels and tires , no big deal as I wasn't charged right? Well I was informed that the manager said he would not mount and balance my wheels and that I should not come back. All for just asking for something they damaged to be fixed? Don't come back? Not a problem. I will say this though, no follow up call from the manager and he never said I will get you new wheels but we won't mount them, also when I spoke to him about the damage he said he would have had a tire shop mount them if I were him. Well if I were him I would remove the tire logos and advertisements from the building and guest area since you know they are NOT a tire store. I will say that the employees there are great, but not a great experience in my opinion from the manager.

I would not go back to this Sun Devil again since the new management took over. I brought my car in for an oil change and to check the front and rear AC. I was there for almost 4 hours, paid close to 400.00 and all they did was the oil change and recharge the front AC. The rear is still not working at all. Before I left I told Sid and he was just kinda like "oh well it must be something else then." As I was leaving. Not great. This store also didn't have my filters. This has never been an issue before with any other Sun Devil. Just not a great experience. It feels like my time and money was not respected and now I have to spend another day trying to get the rear AC fixed elsewhere.

Management keeps changing, we'll see if the service stays the same. Great service, good prices, and I trust them with my vehicle! They do amazing work here. It is my go to place for all car maintenance needs.

They have a free AC check sign but charged me over $100 for a diagnostic before checking if I wanted it. I asked them why they charged me for the free A/C check. The guy said the free check only covers engine codes. If they have to do any work it s extra. Rip off

Great and honest shop. Completed a brake booster and attempted an alignment. Alignment couldn t be finished due to the truck being too big and heavy duty, so they didn t charge for it. Stay away from this place!!!...Ever since David quit (because he saw the poor direction this place was going) it hasn't been the same. I took my vehicle in for a simple tire patch back in October and they absolutely destroyed my rim. The manager at the time accepted responsibility and had me set up to bring it in to get it repaired. However, life happened and it took me a couple months to follow up to get it repaired. I emailed to follow up and then called multiple times, with the promise that the NEW Manager Matt (who has short man syndrome) would call me back... well he never did... so I finally went in today to get it addressed and immediately he tried to tell me that there is no way they damaged my rim. He told me it's from hitting a curb. The crazy part is I have photos from the day it happened (which I posted). If you look at the photos, you can tell by the angle of the damage that there is no way it was from a curb! You can even still see the grease they use to put the tire back on, is the same angle as the damage! I'll be contacting corporate and reposting on BBB.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car in the day prior (thursday at 330pm) for a ac compressor kit replacement. They told me the job would be done by end of day friday. Called at 4pm friday after hearing nothing all day long; spoke to the brand new manager, it was literally his first day at this location. He informed me that they had not even looked at or started on my car. So now, ive taken a day off of work, used a pto day, and now will have to use another if not more because people here are incompetent and cannot communicate effectively. The gentlemen who helped me was john . He set the expectations that the car would be done Friday. Well, he was wrong. In fact he didnt even create a work order for my car.
