They quoted me a price and called me back saying it s gonna be $2000 more, I told them to stop the work and I would get it towed. They made me pay $900 to get my keys. And threw the transmission and pieces in the back of the truck, worst customer experience ever.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

After realizing that used cars are a much better value (lower insurance and no/low monthly payment) than new, I found these guys a couple of years ago. When the issues are above my skill level to repair, Shift Right/QC Auto Repair are my fall back. Amado and the guys over at QC Auto are the best. Excellent service and easy to communicate with. They are up front with their pricing, which is reasonable and cheaper than other places will price you for. There was an issue a couple of days after my transmission was fixed, and they were able to replace the parts quickly and it was covered under their warranty. We took our truck here for a second opinion after we were told we needed a $7200 transmission from another shop. Personally I ve never herd of a transmission that expensive. These guys took the time to do things right. All we needed was a new battery and a few other minor things. All said and done they saved us over $6000! Their price was very fair, they were honest and have a life long customer now. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Transmission

Ignorant person sitting at the desk answering phones. When asked to do an estimate for a particular thing he provided a response of "ya I cant tell you how much" ......so I stated, "so there is no way to provide an estimate?" In which the response was not unless you pay the 1200 for us to pull and inspect.....scandalous as best. The most unethical interaction with an automotive repair ppace in my life.

I thought I had found the best auto repair in Queen Creek, boy was I wrong! I brought my truck in for A/C service and was informed that they could not find a leak and they replaced the expansion valves for $569 just in case. The A/C worked for 2 weeks and went out again. I took the truck back and they still could not find a leak, so they recharged the system and told me to return if it got hot again. Two weeks later I took the truck back and even though they still had not fixed my A/C issue they kept my truck for 2 days(I dropped the truck off early on a Monday, and I had to call them before they closed to find out that they hadn't even looked at my truck yet). They called me the next day and informed me that there was a recall on a bracket and hose(that was not covered by the dealer), and they replaced it for $750. The air was cold for 2 weeks and got hot again. I took it back to them and they told me that now that they had found a leak in the condenser and that it was going to cost $950 to repair. They could have replaced the whole A/C system for less than $2000 but chose to nickel and dime me out of $1300 without ever fixing the A/C. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you are ok with paying them "to try" and fix something.Service: A/C installation & repair

*Quick update! 2k miles later, tranny gone. They won't honor the warranty because I didn't come in at the 2 week check up. Something they replaced broke, & they may have replaced it before it wrecked the gears, they told me.They did say they'd work w/ me on the price, whatever that means since they wouldn't honor a coupon before. Maybe it was bad parts. Maybe shoddy work. When I've got the $ to get it fixed, I'm going elsewhere. *They were dishonest. How can you be sure they do the work they charge you for? Allow me to explain. They would not honor their coupon. After presenting the coupon, it was examined as if it had never been seen before. I showed the coupon was valid for $100 off transmission work. Showed it was for shift right in Queen Creek. I was then told that the value of the coupon was already factored in the price. Why wasn't that mentioned when I specifically asked if there were any discounts or coupons? Why wasn't it mentioned 2 weeks ago when I received my original quote & explained my financial concerns? Why wasn't it mentioned when I brought in my truck yesterday and was asked what my original quote was again? Why wasn't it on the invoice? I was told there wasn't a way to get the coupon now that the invoice had already been printed up. I asked if someone of higher authority be contacted. After the owner was called, I was told again that the coupon had been factored into the price already. Once they realized the absurdity this, I was then told the coupon had to be presented at the time of service, not after. There's nothing on the coupon that would substantiate that. Shift Right is dishonest.If shift right will lie about their coupon, then why assume they're truthful in anything else they do?

I brought my 2002 Explorer in to these guys and had AAA tow it there. They took my information down so I did not have to drive all the way down there with the tow truck an called me when my truck got there. They were the most reasonably priced shop in town. I went down the next day to meet them because I felt better to meet the people working on my truck vs just letting a stranger work on it. When my dad and I got there we found Jim who is the owner and talked to him for awhile he is a down to earth everyday guy who cares about people and has owned shops in California and Hawaii too. While we were talking he informed us that the mechanic was tearing down my transmission and invited us to go talk to him and look at the parts. The mechanic was down to earth also and very detail oriented. I actually got to physically see and touch the parts that were broken to verify that it needed to be replaced. The hard parts on the transmission were extra and that's one thing that broke he worked with me on the price and helped me to stay somewhat in my budget. The best part is that he gives you a 12month 12,0000mile warranty but you can also buy additional years of a warranty for $100 a year which was nice. I got my car back and it drove better than when we bought it in January. I would reccomend him to anyone one thing that he said to me that stood out is "we live in the town and see people at the store and I want those people who I have fixed their cars to come up an thank me instead of point a finger at me and saying that's the guy that ripped us off".

Amado and the team at shift right in queen creek are grade A! Highly recommend them for transmission work to your vehicle. I blew my transmission over the weekend took the vehicle in Monday morning and they had it completely rebuilt and got me back on the road by Tuesday afternoon. Not only were they fast and efficient, they did it for a great price without all the gimmicks. Now my truck is shifting like it s brand new again, honestly impressed. Obviously i hope i never have to return to the auto shop but if I do i will definitely come to shift right in queen creek!

I highly recommend this company. Their prices are fair, and their service is prompt. You can trust that your vehicle is in good hands with Amado at Shift Right. I wouldn t consider any other shop for my automotive needs. Excellent service and customer care!

Horror story. I asked for a clutch replacement. They said it would be $700. Came back and the bill was double that.. bill was $1600. EXTREMELY RUDE! The worst part was they did the job wrong so now my whole car shakes and they wouldnt stand by their work, and told me I was out of luck. because the clutch, and flywheel are out of balance! Going to cost me another $1600 to fix at another shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE

I have gone to Shift Right/Queen Creek Auto for a few years.They are an honest company. One thing I always like is when I am ready to go on a trip they check my fluids, tires and make sure all is good. I will be going there for many more years

I have been using Queen Creek Auto for several years for oil changes and some repairs. They have been courteous, helpful, and fairly priced. They have a Automotive Maintenance Program (AMP) which is a great value.

to find a car repair shop that respects women is almost unheard of, but this shop does. I have gone there for may years and never have they cheated me ....plus they fixed a major problem I had been dealing with for 2 years at Chrylser. Finally I took the car to Queen Creek Auto and they found the problem. Nobody likes car problems, but if you know your dealing with honest people it makes all the difference in the world.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE................Took our truck in to have tranny fixed, and was quoted $1900 with in 24hours, got a call saying it was going to cost $4800 dollars.... talked my hubby into all kinds of upgraded parts that weren't needed....all because we pull a 40ft toy hauler. ..all so they could make a few extra dollars....so we agreed upon it, was told it would be 7 days, 2 weeks later, with NO phone calls, we took a drive to check on the truck, gave us some sob story that they were putting it all back together, and it would be ready in 2 days, well the time came to pick up the truck, and we were told oh yea your starter is bad, and it will cost this much,needless to say I was already highly upset, went down there, and drove away in the truck, and not even 30 min out of there driveway we break down, back to the shop it goes. by this time we are going on 3 weeks.we were assured it would be ready in time for our trip. well trip came and truck still was not ready....... picked our truck up 5 different times, and it still wasn't correct....never were we told I'm sorry for all this, or even any money back.not only was I out $4800 dollars, they had our truck for over 3 months, and still wasn't fixed.....they messed our truck up so bad, that we had to get rid of it, they messed our starter up, our AC up, broke parts on our truck then tried blaming it on my son who just had surgery and couldn't lift more than 5lbs......WORST COMPANY SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORST MECHANICS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO THEM........ AND MY ADVICE STAY CLEAR OF THEM..........read the reviews..... they pay off......

Horrible experiencing. They will do the job wrong, take a week to do it, and if something is wrong they will not warranty it. Had to go to a different shop to get the work done correctly. Waste of time and money

They had my truck for two days never looked at it never checked it out never gave me a call after they told me it would be 1 to 2 days to complete the job hundred percent bozos wouldn t trust anybody who doesn t communicate well
