A few months ago Service King in Queen Creek was recommended by my insurance. They did an amazing job... I received information from them daily on the progress of the repairs... I posted an extremely favorable review at the time... And although reviews are always good for business recommenddations are even better... I have told my friends and my clients about the great service.The friendly staff and the reasonable prices at service king in queen creek... To take it one step further, I had a headlight ouch.I didn't know where to go but then I remembered my friends over at service king... Thought I would stop by 2 see if there was any chance that they could repair it.They asked me to go in and sit down and have some water and wait.And in about fifteen minutes they had it all fixed... They are amazing... Thank you.You guys, you'll see me again.Hopefully not too soon but you will see me again...

Let s just start by saying that this started due to a little fender bender so that was no bueno but it ended in a great way. TBH my car has never looked better. I am amazed by the detail these guys put into restoring my car to how it looked originally. This all went through my insurance claim so I m not sure what to compare it to but the process was seamless, and I mean seamless. From the start of my claim, I took my car there the next day met with the shop. From that point on that was the most effort I had to put forward.Extremely detail oriented informative repair shopThe text updates are perfect from the start you receive detailed progress from their system through text message updates. This includes the estimate which included detailed images of the damage of your car and also existing damage and the actual estimate. This goes on daily which automatically sends you detailed progress of the work and approximate completion. They stated it would take about 12 days total to repair my vehicle from the start of November 30. I was so surprised to receive a message Wednesday stating my car was ready. That was 5 days early.They also have an enterprise rental within the shop that from my experience going through insurance was seamless as well.Called enterprise 30min before I arrived to the shop, Car arrived by the time I was done with the initial meeting. Keys to hand and off I went. Then you just bring it back when you pick your car up and leave the rental with the shop. Can t make it easier than that.The entire process was one of the most convenient experiences I ve had in a long time KUDOS KUDOS.The one thing I would fix is if you re calling the shop, it was a little hard to get through at times and it sends through a system to connect you with the local office which was tricky at times. This isn t even a negative just feedback. Definitely recommend this place for any collision or body work needed. A+

I was hit in a parking lot and was stressed out over the damage on my newer vehicle. Through the individual that hit me their insurance led me to crash champions and I couldn't have gone to a better place . Very professional and knowledgeable on what they do . Safe environment and trustworthy. I dropped my car off and in exactly a week had my vehicle back and I can't even tell where the prior damages were . Daniel was super cool to work with and I was updated through text messages which was very convenient. Thank you for your services and efficiency!

Great service and got my vehicle done at recommended time . Flawless repair and zero complaints! Clear communication throughout the process and text reminders with web viewing to see where they are at with vehicle repair . Was able to leave enterprise rental car there as well . Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. They keep you informed of your repair progress with text updates. The damage to my car was repaired perfectly and they cleaned the car inside and out to boot. I highly recommend Service King

Worked there so I can tell you how these people really are. 30+ yo Dan and sally would talk behind my back like if we were in middle school so who knows what they whisper about you once you leave and also would look into my personal belongings so don t expect your privacy to be protected here

I don t normally share reviews but this place deserves it.I got into an auto accident and their insurance sent me here to get my car repaired. I have NEVER been more pleased with a service before. They are VERY communicative and they did excellent work on my car. I got messages at least once a day from these guys regarding the process of my car. It was finished 3 days before my estimated pick up date. I did go back so they could re attach a part better and they still took good care of me and did it all within a few minutes.This team is very wonderful. I am so glad I took my car here. Wow! This about sums up the incredibly superb service that I got from this company! From start to finish, I was blown away! The competition pales in comparison! From getting me in quickly to getting me on the road again, this company lives up to it s name! They are one of the only companies in town that does estimate and starts bodywork the same day. I think that they should all do that. They were great with giving me updates on progress and finishing way ahead of schedule, in 4 days. Do not go anywhere else. This is the second time we have used Service King. Both experiences were great and both times they finished our vehicles ahead of schedule. The first vehicle we had to return back for something very small and they fixed it right away. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Took my car here after reading the reviews alot of them said how after they took their vehicle in it was finished before the estimated date. Was also recommended to me by my Geico rep cause it's Geico xpress was explained they work on your car first ahead excellent win win right? Well not only was my car not finished ahead of estimated date was delayed extra days after? With paying out of pocket for a rental car each day this defeats the purpose of bringing it here?

I went to this place based on my insurance company. Instead of looking at only the damaged caused from my accident they inspected the entire car. Yes, my hood and front bumper had been repainted before my damage is rear left quarter panel. The rest of the car has never been repainted. You could plainly see there is only one coat of paint in the damage area. Service King refused my car because of previous paint. I ve never seen a body shop refuse work in such a manner. I d prefer they d just said they would be in over their heads.

Best experience I've had at a car collision repair shop. Fantastic service. I was updated through text messages on almost a daily basis. They were able to let me know where my car was at and let me know the progress that it was going through a period my car was in and out and about 3 weeks. Fabulous staff and fabulous work done. I would definitely give them a five-star rating and recommend this collision shop to anyone!

My suv was sent there by my insurance to be re worked on after another company failed to meet repair expectations. They took my front bumper off and the parts that go with it because they couldn't fix it and put them in the back of my SUV on the carpeted area of my car with no plastic or tarp just the dirty peices on my carpet and leather seats etc. When I came to get my vehicle I pointed this out because I was upset that they would put the dirty parts in the car without any plastic to cover them . After I said something then they went and put some plastic bags down . They also charged me for taking it apart and telling me they couldn't fix it. First guy calls and tells me they can't fix it. I said I would pick the car up . The next day he calls again and says yeah there is a charge for taking it apart .

After being T-boned I knew the Insurance company would be totaling my car. They sent me to Service King to assess the damage and do my valuation. From the moment I arrived Brian made the experience easy. He had a great attitude, an amazing sense of humor and kept me informed every step of the way. I recently had my car repaired at Service King. The repair took a week but was well worth the wait. I am completely amazed at how they were able to repair the damage to my car. It looks brand new! Not only was the repair great, but customer service was fantastic as well. I received daily notices of how my car was doing and I'm pretty sure they even washed my car and shined the tires as well. Very organized and clean; they obviously know what they're doing. Well done Service King. I'll be using you again for sure.

I was sent here by my insurance company and the whole experience was outstanding. The quote was returned the same day. They have an Enterprise car rental on site if needed. My car was finished on time. Best of all, not only did they repair the damage perfectly, they buffed the outside and detailed the inside as well. My car hasn't been this clean and shiny since I bought it.

Took my F150 in for collision repair. Very friendly and professional. They took my car right in for repairs and had a rental waiting. The repair job was great plus the car detail they did when cleaning it was superb. Like a new car. I sure would recommend Service King to anyone who wants a first rate job. Staff was awesome!

I had a very consistent experience with Service King. That is, they consistently missed their commitments to me. I went with Service King because they are the preferred provider for my insurance company. Just to name a few of the things that went wrong: 1) I took my car in for an estimate and I had to call multiple times to get them to actually send it to me. 2) When I finally received the estimate, they couldn t explain why the numbers quoted, did not add up. 3) I asked the estimator how long it would take to repair my car and he said it would be less than 24 hours, but when I took it in to get repaired they said it would be a couple of days. 4) After it had been there several days, they said they needed to move it to another location to start work and it would be done in a week. Two weeks later it was finally completed. 5) During my final inspection they failed to repair a key component I pointed out during the initial estimate and I have to take it back so they can repair it after the fact. This is very painful and I will never use Service King again

Service King has had my vehicle for 3 weeks. I was told it would be done at the end of the month, then told it would be done before then. Then on they day they said it would be ready I was told it would be 3 more days. Then on that day I was told it will not be done until the next week. I was told "well we have to send it out because there is no one local to fix the exhaust" Really? The impression I get is they drag their feet, they don't care. They give you updates but then keep pushing it out and pushing it out.

This place was terrific! Close to my house and so very helpful. Managed all the repairs to our car in wonderful condition. Communication was awesome and they finished ahead of schedule. Personally were all so helpful. Hope I don t need their service for a while

Brought my 1999 Dodge Dakota sport in, after a mishap at a local shop. Sally and the guys, did an absolute fantastic job on my truck...Ive had this vehicle since I bought it brand new, it was in perfect condition, and looks even better now...You definitely get what you pay for, which is quality, professional service, and a stand out business....Don't go anywhere else!!
