This shop is excellent! Tanner and the crew helped me out big time for repairing my Kawasaki ninja. It was affordable and great service. My ninja rides excellent and it s back again getting more excellent work done again. They originally fixed my dirt bikes and now they are fixing my motorcycle thanks guys. Keep up the great service.

This is the very first time we have used San Tan Motorsports. I can t yet speak for their quality of work. However, when we dropped off our quad we were told expect about a week . A week and a half later no call from them so we called. We were told no more than another week. WE had to ask what our pricing looked like. They never even advised what they would be charging us after looking it over and ordering parts. Again no call! Another week passes and we call again. They advise they are waiting on a part and will have it done for us by Saturday (this was on Tuesday) at the latest. Here I am the following Tuesday (another week later), 3 weeks total now and still no word from them. As far as their communication and customer service go I am more than disappointed. I sure hope their work is 10x +++ better than their communication and customer service.

Awful place to take anything. The tech's are not certified and have very little knowledge. Not to mention slow turn around time.Poor customer service. They cross thread bolts. You would be better off taking your thing elsewhere. Do not recommend.

I've had San Tan Motorsports mount and balance tires for me several times now. I bring in the wheels loose. I always call ahead to make sure they can get me in on a wait basis. They have always taken me in and taken good care of me. My Harley Davidson wheels are chrome plated and expensive. Matt always goes above and beyond expectations, he's a very conscientious Tech and has never even left so much as a single fingerprint on the chrome. Kind of amazing to be honest. I've never had a bad experience here and would recommend San Tan Motorsports to anyone. Chris is a good guy, he runs a tight ship and it shows in the work they do.

I took my son's Yamaha R3 in for an oil change and after picking up the bike I realized that the oil had not in fact been changed. I was charged $102.90 fraudulently, and no service was rendered. What a rip-off. I know that times are hard, but these guys are straight crooks (San Tan Motorsports). I took a picture of the oil's coloration for my records and forwarded a copy to Matt via text and email. He failed to respond.I called them to inquire about the situation to request a refund, and even sent them pictures of the black oil (seen through the level window), and Matt said the technician told my son that you could not get every single drop of the oil out during the oil change so it would still appear to be black even after adding the Full Synthetic (Gold) oil. This conversation never happened as I was present for both the drop-off and pick up of the bike. Not to mention that's an odd thing to say. After I questioned his comment and asked to speak to Chris the owner, Matt proceeded to call me "ridiculous" and hung up on me 3 times. He refused to take my call and I am out $102.90 of my hard earned money. I guess they need it more than I do.After picking up the bike from San Tan Motorsports, I then took the bike in for a chain service to Reparto Veloce, and without disclosing the oil change incident (were San Tan Motorsports ripped us off), Reparto called me right away to say that the oil was in bad condition, low and needed to be changed. I authorized the service, and now the oil's coloration and levels are now good. A complete contrast from San Tan Motorsports.A word of caution...I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all. They have been dishonest, non-responsive, and condescending. A poor recipe for being in business. If Matt worked for me, I will get him customer service training of some kind. Clearly, he lacks it, and I would tie his pay to performance and customer retention. To Matt it's okay for the owner to lose customers because he still collects his paycheck regardless. What has this world come to?

I took a side by side in for possible stator problem. They could have easily replaced it and had a few more hours of service and Mark up $$ and I would have been none the wiser. They found a simple connection repair and was within the initial diagnose charge. They had it completed in the predicted time frame (2 days) where another large service center was 6 weeks out to even get an appointment. They have gained a future loyal repeat customer. Professional and friendly. Shop local. Thank you SanTan Motorsports

Got my bike serviced here. They repaired it, kept me informed of progress. There were 2 other issues with my bike, one we addressed while I was dropping it off and the other they called to let me know what was up. Great communication. Reasonably priced service. I'll take my bike here again in the future.

The worst business I have worked with!!! I just brought my 400ex back for the second time and after 2 weeks in their shop on two different occasions, the carburetor still leaks fuel all over the place. I brought it back for warranty work and they said they could not duplicate the problems and the moment I take the quad for a test ride it leaks all over the place. They said to leave it in reserve because it was almost out of gas but it was leaking in the on position. As soon as I put it in the on position it leaked non stop. So much so that I feel it may run out of fuel on long rides. They were supposed to complete the work in one day and it took a week and they didn't even fix it. Beware beware beware. After I got angry and expressed my frustration, the manger, Jerry, accused me of trying to get out of paying for labor on the front brakes($37). I of course paid the bill and was even more insulted. The carb is under warranty here but they are incompetent crooks and I would rather take it to a real shop I can trust. They even have unpaid, untrained interns doing the work, sorry Nate, your a nice kid, but I am a paying customer who has paid over $400 in repairs on two quads and expect it to work and to be treated fairly. They also lost a piece of the quad on a test ride and took no responsibility. I have to look for it down the road. Luckily I found it. Never never again to San Tan Motor Sports!!!!!!

I've been going to San Tan Motorsports for years now. They are reliable, friendly and above all else they are honest about what needs to be fixed. I recently used them to repair a quad that I've been struggling to repair myself. They quickly found the problem and fixed. They can fix anything!

These guys are awesome! Love having a local shop where the guys are honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Not out to just make a buck.I was in today looking to replace a fuel injector and the mechanic suggested it could be a bad o-ring instead. Replaced it and I m up and running again. Saved me some money.

This place is great. I have had my Victory Vegas 8 Ball in twice now in the last year and have always had a good experience. One of the only shops left that don't try to charge for items and repairs not needed. They don't really stock parts or tires for my bike but can get anything next day. Thanks guys.

I had a flat tire on my Victory Magnum and needed to replace the tires. I called San Tan Motorsports and they could do it and promptly sent someone out to pick it up. All good but it went south from there. I was told it would take about 4 days to get the tires. Thirteen days later I got my bike back after numerous stories about when the work would start. Granted the Thanksgiving holiday slowed things up. Each time I called them all I got was a surley response on the phone. The clincher was when I picked it up there was a huge paint gouge on top of the gas tank to go along with the small one that was there and documented by photo by the fellow that picked the bike up. When I called to talk to them about it I was told that they would get to the bottom of what happenned and call me back. That call never came! I would caution anyone thinking of doing business with these guys!

Dropped off my Rhino because it was pulling a few weeks ago. Eric diagnosed it pretty quickly and gave me an estimate. They got the parts in and fixed the problem in the promised time. Eric is very approachable. So a big bonus is the awesome FREE advice. I picked up a belt last week for a spare (went to Coke Ovens) and Eric showed me how to change it in the field if needed. Little tricks like where to find the right bolts to make it easier or what NOT to do if it fails. Sounds like they all play in the desert a lot. IMHO, that makes it the best people to shop with. San Tan Motorsports is an around great find for a weekend warrior like me.

Have you ever heard of an oil/filter change costing over $158??? One Yamaha filter, five quarts of synthetic 20W50 oil and three crush washers. I feel like a fish who ate the hook, line and sinker. I should have asked for a final bill estimate before moving forward. It is my own fault.

Great customer service! I purchased a new exhaust for my RZR from an online vendor (not San Tan Motorsports) and ordered crush gaskets with it. The gaskets from the online vendor were completely wrong so I had to find locally, so I went to San Tan Motorsports. They had two gaskets that would work perfectly. They didn't have part numbers, or a price on them so they just gave them to me for no charge! As a result, I was able to get my RZR fixed today in time for my planned ride this weekend!I've been trying to find a mechanic to do some work on my RZR. Looks like I found one! I will be returning soon to have some work done!!!

For anyone living in Queen Creek or San Tan, San Tan Motorsports is the place to go for any repairs or general questions. I'm still new to motorcycles and learning about mine. Anytime I have an issue I can't solve by myself I can walk in and ask all I need to know free of charge. Repairs are also fairly priced as you are ultimately paying for convinence. Their stock is rather limited but if you ask for a particular part or item they will 99% of the time be able to ship it in and get you riding again. Very satisfied!

San tan motorsports has to be my go to shop on the east side. I'm almost in there weekly getting any parts for dirt bikes, street bikes, lubricants, etc. They can order you most parts for any modern 2,3,4 wheeled machine, and pretty much solve any problems I have looking for parts (especially living in queen creek). Prices are competitive, and just over all a great small business to support. Jesse is definitely the guy to talk to as well. Very knowledgable and no B.S..

this Place Might have good prices But They Have Horrible Costumer Service, not only have they gotten my friends order. Messed up two times but yet again my order was messed up ! The guy seam to not care in trying to do something to compensate the delay on my expected piece not only that but the communication level sucks I hate having to get the run around. From companies whom I'm just trying to support when they aren't giving the best quality care !

If you value your safety and your life please do not go to San Tan motor sports. On April 10th 2017, my boyfriend made the mistake of trusting this shop to work on his motorcycle. The shop was only supposed to change a front tire, and replace the rear brakes. We called in to voice concerns about how the bike was riding immediately after picking up the bike, and Russell the counter manager said it was because new tires run slick until they're broken in. The bike sat from April 10th until may 13th, 2017. On this day my boyfriend called in to advise that bike still felt off. Russell said that we would have to bring the bike in to be looked at because he changed and bled the brakes personally. On the way back to san tan motorsports, we took the bike to the local tire shop who advised the tire pressure was at 72 psi (for this motorcycle the max psi is 42) and they corrected the over inflation. We made it to San Tan motor sports, but the location was closed. On our way home the brakes gave out and caused an accident, putting not only myself and my boyfriends life at risk, but also our unborn child. (Talk about a unique way to find out you're pregnant.) When my boyfriend went to San Tan motorsports on may 15th, 2017, he had me on the phone and was greeted with barrage of racial slurs by the staff, he was threatened by a baseball bat, and lied on to the police. He was denied the ability to talk to a manager or the owner, and San Tan motorsports refused to honor their work, saying it has been over 30 days. When we advised not even 25 miles were put on the motorcycle since the day they worked on it they did not care and said that it was out of the warranty time frame. When he called in at a later date, someone claiming to be the manager said he would re bleed the brakes if we brought the motorcycle in, and when we advised that we didn't trust their mechanics to properly do the work we were cussed out on the phone. This is a very unprofessional and unsafe shop who will not honor their work and admit to their mistakes.
