San tan took my '23 Silverado from busted lip, to brand new. I got in a fender bender that the required the front bumper, quarter panel, and grill to be replaced and painted. As insurance pushed to just use the soonest available parts, the San tan team made sure that my truck was fixed like new, with parts that ACTUALLY fit my truck. The care, follow up and attention to detail on my truck and as a customer is the reason I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I have an older car, 2004 Lexus RX, silver metallic paint (hard to match). Significant body damage. Following repair, it looks brand new!!! San Tan Auto Body does work that is beyond outstanding. Worked well with the insurance company too. Highly recommend.

Our Subaru got hit and based on reviews/close-ish proximity to my house, I decided to go with these guys for repairs. Greatest decision Ive made when it comes to an auto body shop... These guys were awesome!!! I constantly and consistently got updates on my car repairs. I never had unanswered questions, and felt everyone I interacted with was on top of it!Bonus, they detailed my car. My car was cleaner than its been in the last few years. Very much appreciated!Ill be back for any future auto body or painting needs!

I had a fantastic experience with San Tan Auto Body. Tony was very helpful in understanding working through an insurance company for repairs. Once the repairs were approved, I was given a specific date to bring the car in. I received a call to remind me to bring the car in the afternoon before my appointment. Tony maintained excellent communication throughout the repair, and the car was finished more quickly than I expected. The car looked as good as the day we bought it when we picked it up. San Tan Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend, and they exceeded my expectations in every way!

Great Experience. They got my truck in and out in a timely manner. When I got the truck back, the repair matches the original perfectly.I used to use Allied for my business trucks. When I got a quote for my personal truck, Allied tried to add something to the quote that I new was not necessary. San Tan Auto body didn't try to price gouge me.San Tan Auto body for the win all around!!They will now get my business for everything!!

Tony and his crew did an amazing job on my brand new Mustang that was severely scratched. My insurance company was the worst to deal with but they made it easier by keeping me in the loop and getting the ball rolling. My car means the world to me and they definitely went out of their way to make sure it was perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about them and their services. I would definitely recommend and will use them for all my car needs from here on out.Service: Painting

Highly recommend! Super helpful in directing me in the insurance claim process, they were more help than my agent. They frequently kept me informed on the progress of my car repairs and my car was returned to me super fast and cleaner and shinier than the day I bought it. Tony at San Tan Auto Body in Queen Creek provided remarkable service. The best I have ever had at an auto body shop.We were in from out of town. Our car was bumped while parked and the plastic side panel was peeled off. They made a quick appointment to see what might be done. As it turns out, Tony took 15 minutes and replaced the clips, then reattached the panel. All at no charge. We would have happily paid for such great service. We were treated with respect and kindness, rare in this day and age.This was extraordinary service, above and beyond and I would recommend this company without hesitation. Their office is clean and comfortable, decorated in an old-style diner motif which made us instantly comfortable. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. If I have a need for their type of service, I would travel some distant to seek them out.Service: Body & Trim

I was in a tight spot, and San Tan Auto was the only body shop that would see me with an urgent estimate. Tony was able to do an estimate for my car after I was hit by another driver while traveling through Mesa the same day, expecting nothing in return. I will come to San Tan Auto any time I need work done while in Arizona.

Best customer service EVER!!! My tesla had pretty bad scrapes on the bumper from a construction cone that came out of nowhere. I called and Tony agreed to look at it even though they don't service Teslas. In 15 mins he had them buffed out and it was good as new. Thank you Tony!!! Now my husband isn't mad at me anymore.

I scheduled appointment with them based on their reviews. All I can say is Wow . I brought my car here because my lovely adult child broke my rear view mirror on my BMW. The BMW dealership wanted a fortune. I found this collision shop near me. When I went I was immediately greeted and Tony Palmire came out to my car. He looked at the damaged and fixed it in 10 mins. I was so happy. I asked how much and he wouldn t accept any payment. He wanted to do what was best for me while providing good customer service. Tony you provided more than good customer service. You provided exceptional customer service. It s refreshing to have a place like this that is honest. I will recommend this place to anyone . Please bring your vehicle here. From the initial call to the execution of the repair the customer service was over the top at San Tan Auto Body. I got my seat belt stuck to the point that I couldn't open the drivers door. After numerous calls to mechanics and getting outrageous quotes, only one mechanic said I needed to go to a body shop. I contacted San Tan Auto Body and was told to bring my car in right away to see what they could do. Tony Palmire was the guy!!! In less than 5 minutes he found the issue and got me on my way. So many wanted to charge me to do what he did. Tony wouldn't take any money from me and with that said it only goes to show how honest he is and their shop. They could've charged me alot. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them for any other issues I may have. Honesty is the key for any business to be trusted and San Tan Auto Body is that business!!!

We're from out of state & staying in Florence. Tony did our estimate & explained everything in great detail. He was straight forward & honest with us about the time frame to fix our 2018 Traverse.They did an awesome job replacing our hood & grille. They even detailed the Traverse which was a pleasant surprise.I would highly recommend them. Absolutely the best service i've ever had. The nicest staff we've ever dealt with in the car business hands down!!! They go above and beyond helping customers. The most honest and straight forward people, and very fair prices. They don't nickel and dime you nor give unnecessary repair quotes. Our repair was very timely and they treat you like family!!! Used San Tan Auto Body after my sister mentioned her great experience with using them. A monsoon storm blew my sons portable basketball hoop into my new truck. They worked with my insurance company no problem and made it look like new again. Tony was really helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Greeted when we walked in door and interaction between us an really anyone we dealt with in the desk area was professional, courteous, and explained all that took place. So extremely pleased with the customer service and quality of work by San Tan Auto Body. I had major body work on the rear end of my Toyota and through Tony's thorough evaluation of necessary repairs he assured me I would, and did, get authentic Toyota parts. The service by all staff is exceptional and Tony is very professional and helpful throughout the process. I am taking my car back there for a minor repair and working with Tony turns a concerning event into a very pleasant customer service experience. Do not hesitate to take your auto concerns to San Tan Auto Body!

After running over a ladder on the freeway I decided to take my Toyota Sienna here to get fixed. They worked marvelously with my insurance company and I didn t have to worry about a thing. I was even able to leave my Enterprise car rental there and assured me that it would be taken care of too. They a great job putting it back. Everyone is so friendly and wonderful... even the dog! If I m ever in need of another repair from a body shop, I will be back! Thank you Cory, you are the best!~Michele

I had just moved to the area and in the first week got rear ended. I researched some autobody shops and decided on San Tan Auto Body. I talked to Cami, who did a wonderful job of looking over the car and giving me a rough estimate which was very accurate. Cami was great with communication throughout the process with me and my insurance company. There was a delay in delivery but sometimes things don't go as planned and ultimately the repair and service I got were worth it.
