I came in blind and solely based on reviews. Amado and his team took my van in to replace all 4 motor mounts. They were done the next day! They did an awesome job. Professional and reasonably priced. I will be going back to Amado in the future if needed. Thank you!

These guys are awesome they handled my car really quickly and there was an extensive list of stuff to do on it. It had been sitting for 2 years and they were really reasonable on the price giving the extensive list of things needed to be done I passed emissions with flying colors and it drives like a Dream........ thanks guys I'd recommend them to everyone

This is the 3rd time we have taken our car to Queen Creek Auto, Amado has done a very good job on all. I took my vehicle in to have its acceleration problem diagnosed. The other place I went had told me that I needed an entirely new transmission. Queen Creek Auto could have said the same thing but instead told me that I only needed a couple of solenoids replaced. They only needed my car for a day. It has been a week now since the repairs and everything seems to be working normally. I am happy that the pricing was reasonable and that they were honest about what the problem actually was. Good customer service. Thank you.

My husband and I have been doing business with Queen Creek Auto and dealing with Amado Deniz for approximately 5 years while maintaining 4 older vehicles (both personal and business) We appreciate the quality of service and find them to be fair and ethical in their pricing and service. Amado goes up and beyond to make it happen. We recommend this company to anyone who needs quality service.

I just had my Cadillac repaired at Queen Creek Auto and they did a great job. Went over repairs with me and got my approval before the work was done. Queen Creek Auto is the best shop in the southeast valley. Amado goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are running 100% at all times. He s very accommodating, time efficient, and is always available to answer any questions and concerns you may have. I will never go anywhere else for any mechanical issues I have.

Queen Creek Auto is the only place my WHOLE family and myself will take our vehicles they re very kind they have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to make whatever I m getting serviced as Convenient as possible for me. Amado is the manager he is very trustworthy I never feel like I mGetting ripped off or taken advantage of thank you Queen Creek Auto for always making me feel like family.

Great experience! My first time using them and definitely will use them for all my car repair. They were honest and the work they did was superior. On top of that the customer service was excellent. I am so happy to have found them.

Queen Creek Auto staff are very friendly, fast, and professional. Their products and their labor fees are very reasonable and the cheapest among the car repairs shops I have been. Whenever I have a car problem, even with the previous car that I have, Queen Creek Auto had fixed everything I needed so that my car will last a very long time. Thank you Queen Creek Auto!

I went to Queen Creek Auto based on its positive reviews, however, I was deeply disappointed. I brought my car in at 10:30am and was told it would take a few hours to access. After being 4 hours and hearing nothing I called to check the progress and they still hadn't even looked at my car. They finally looked at my car at 3:30pm and quoted me a price that I felt was high so I called other shops to see what they would charge for the same repair. All the shops I called were $100 less than what Queen Creek Auto quoted. So, I informed QC Auto of what I found and they didn't care and after much arguing they finally said they would match the other shops ONLY if I paid cash, which the other shops did not require. Since, they didn't leave me much of a choice since my car wasn't running and it would cost me money to have it moved I had them do the repair. After all this my car runs HORRIBLY and makes horrible sounds. I would beware of this company and take your car to a more reliable, friendly mechanic.

The services were ok but my car was low in pressure in one of the wheel and i thought they could have balanced it since it was evidence in the dashboard. A little extra's in every business makes one the best.

I brought my transfer case to them to be rebuilt. They had it for 1 week and said everything looked great and didn't need anything. They must have left out the part about the broken oil pump.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Not really happy with my AC recharge. Needed a simple evac and charge of my AC system after a repair. Should've been all good, but when they tried to put a vacuum on the system, they found a leak in one of the connections that was repaired. It was a simple $.69 oring that had to be replaced. Total time for them to determine this was about 35 minutes. They charged my the full labor of $85 as if they had completed the full AC recharge (that was the agreed labor rate, plus refrigerant cost).I said OK and said I would get the oring replaced and bring truck back same day (in just a few hours) and asked if they were going to charge me again for the full labor to perform the evac and charge - guy said no, we'll make it work out.Well, fixed the o'ring, brought truck back and they got it in - vacuum held perfect and they proceeded to charge the system with R134a. Was done in about 45 minutes. They charged me labor again!! Another $45 labor charge plus the cost of the R134a, which also appeared to be very overpriced. All said, it cost just over $211 just to have my AC recharged because I had a leak and fixed a $.69 o'ring myself. Will not be going back there for anything at all..If they had done right by the customer, I would have not paid the second labor charge.

Every time I have a problem with my car I bring it here they are very honest of what is wrong and are willing to explain what the issues are and how it will be fixed. They understand most people don t have two or three cars laying around so they get the issues fix as fasted as they can. Highly recommend

Love this shop! Amado is the best and really knows a lot about cars! You can really see his intelligence. Best mechanic shop in the valley! 10/10 would recommend.

Nightmare! Had the transmission fluid and filters changed, car went less then a 1/4 mile check engine light came on and motor shaking out of control. Returned to shop was told the code on their meter, left the car there returned home looked the code up on the internet. Picked the car up when they said it was a sensor, paid for the sensor and when I was able to pull over and pop the hood could not find where any sensors had been replaced. The other option on the code was vacuum hose off.. Walked around the car found a large nail in the tire and the car following me said the brake lights were not working. The day before when I was following the brake lights worked. It is an older car and I was very upset about the check engine issues might not have been as kind as I should have and what are the chances of all these going wrong at the same time... Talk to them it happens all the time! I can not find any other person who has experienced so much in such a short time...You decide, I am not going back this experience when through repairing all the new issues and lost work is going to cost me over $1,000... Only been home 1/2 hour there may be more to come....

Its your local auto shop like back in the day. Their honest, quick, no pressure to purchase something you dont need like some places that are all about just raking in the money. Amada the manager makes you feel like family and trust worthy. I will be using them for all my automotive needs for that reason.

A gave a quote and stuck with it finish the job in an hour I was very pleased to add a lounge to sit in for the TV a typical mechanics place but the service is what counts. I'll refer them to anyone who asks and I will go back when I need him

The only mechanics I trust with my cars, me and my family go to shop. They have worked on multiple cars, we highly recommend.
