I got no complaints. Went to Big O tire for my other truck and paid $900 for 4 tires that were buy 2 get 2 free. Came here and got 4 new tires for my newer truck and Papa Red's was $400 for all 4 at full price. I won't go anywhere else. Love the speed and quality of service here.

They cracked my wheel & tried to blame it on a pot hole. You can clearly see the machine markings on the wheel itself. Zero integrity. Buyers Beware!

We went here about a few years ago. Pretty quick and affordable. So I wanted to go back for tires to be replaced again. However they said it would cost 100. After asking the rep went inside for literally 3 seconds, came back out and said it would cost 114. Do not trust that. Won't be going back

Best tire place by far! This place is FIFO first in first out. Longest wait I ever had was 20 minutes. Today change out four tires on my 2 ton trailer. Done in 15 minutes!!! Did I mention 15 minutes!!!! And what so difficult about cash? Ya, old school you say. Well I like old school at least I learned how to count $$$$$

Papa Reds is a awesome old school locally owned tire place that gets the job done right! Wish I had known about this place sooner in Queen Creek. They were friendly, courteous and fast too, around 10-15min and I was in and out. Called ahead to see if they had my size of 225/65/17 in stock used for my Chevy Equinox . I just needed 1 used tire to get me through a few weeks til I fixed my struts. I had a really bad tire and didn t want to risk a blow out. Heck this used one I bought from them is practically new at a amazing deal! I will be purchasing my set of new tires from this place for sure. Also fun to watch the whole process of tire changing live. Removal, installing new one on rim, balancing and checking for leaks. Cool to also watch some workers installing multiple large tires for a farm truck. They take cash and some checks I believe. Call them up or stop by, very easy to talk to and provided great customer service. These small businesses are the backbone of the community, make sure and support them!

Papas Tire Shop Hours are firstly INCORRECT. The store closes at 5. The owner s son, or whomever, made me drive ON A FLAT more than 15 minutes to his shop, I updated him on my time along the way and he made it clear he would be available to change my tire. I reached to the store within the timeframe and he was gone and had locked up the shop and answered no calls, His dad had to tell me he left with no apologies. Absolutely rude service.

I have a few questions. My daughter brought my car there yesterday to patch a flat. 1. The repaired tire was at 46psi and the rest at 33. 2. My factory cover is gone, now I have 3 Grey and one black. Please advise, and I'll be by Monday for my factory cover.

Rude and condescending staff. Brian The owners son was really rude and refused service when I asked about there attitude. Would not recommend. Ran by thugs . San tan tires less than a mile away is way better

Papa Red Is Very Friendly , His Workers Talk Like They Don t Like There Job Or Care, Service Was Great! Gave Me 90% Of My Money Back After I Told Them The Wrong Size Tire , But Then Again Shouldn t A Tire Shop Be Able To Tell When A Tire Does Not Look Or Fit Right On A Wheel

I am really disappointed with these guy s. They gave me great service the first go around and not so much on the second. I recommended your company to a vast amount of people, boasting on your quality of people. Nope not today.Today you guys chose to shut up shop 20 min early, pretty much right after I called. Denied me service, even offered to throw in 20 bucks. Mind you this is still 8 min before there said closing time.By the way your closing time on Google says 6. Well it s 5 buddy and I need my tire.Politely, screw you!

No frills, fast, great workmanship, excellent service, great prices. You won't get a smooth, high pressure salesman here but you'll get great tires, honesty and quality workmanship. You can sit and watch them work and they tell you how it is. They'll fix a tire, work on a trailer or backhoe tires, whatever you need, no hassles.

This shop is typically really great, my dad has always used them for any and all tire issues. I ve been using them for years as well, however today was the worst experience. Just needed a flat tire fixed or replace and the tone of the guy working there was absolutely horrible. Maybe hire different people or teach some people skills, I decided to take my business to the shop on the corner instead.Sad to see a small business miss out due to customer service/care.

I appreciated the service I got. I didn't have a vehicle for 1 week due to a popped tire. These guys patched my tire and got me on the road faster than a damn nascar pit team. Thank you

I pulled up and got out of my car. An employee looked like he was organizing things, didn't say anything to me. I waited patiently. After a couple minutes a guy came out and said they were done for the day. It was more than an hour before their posted closing time. Will not return.

I needed 4 new tires and a spare tire for my SUV. Mike was very helpful in what brand of tires to buy for my SUV and when I asked about me getting the tires online and Reds installing them, he had no problem with that, but he also mentioned that he could get the same brand for me through his supplier at no additional charge, and Reds even honors the warranty that the manufacturer gives on new tires which makes it easier down the road if there's ever any damage. Mike was also kind enough to mention to me that he had a used spare tire which had lots of tread left for a very low price rather than buy a new one just for a spare. The installers were great also, very efficient and knowledgeable. You just have a good feeling when working with Papa Reds that they're honest and upfront about everything. Down to earth good Patriots. I highly recommend Papa Reds for new tires and tire repair.

Stopped by and they had me pull straight into the bay and started working on my tire with a nail right away. I was done and out within 15 minutes. So much faster than discount...

We've used Papa Reds shop for a few years now and for a while we liked them a lot, so they get at least two stars. Unfortunately our most recent couple of experiences with them have been disappointing to say the least so I don't feel I can give them a better rating.The most recent time being that I researched some new tires for my vehicle, a 2015 Ford Expedition, and found the tires I wanted, Michelin LTX AT2 275 70R18's. They were highly recommended as replacements for my vehicle for what we use it for. We tow a toy hauler multiple times a year along with some other towing, so we look for higher ply tires that will last us a long time. I purchased a set of these tires and swung by Reds to have them mounted. The first guy came out, inspected the tires and told me to go ahead and pull into one of their spots and they would get started. As I did so another guy came walking out and said something to the first. He walked back, looked at the tires and then proceeded, in a very rude tone, to tell me that they wouldn't put them on my truck because they were ten ply. I asked him why not and he tried to claim that it's because they are only for heavy duty trucks. I told him that's simply not true, you can buy these tires at any shop for my vehicle, its a half ton SUV, and the only issue would be that the ride would not be as cushy and smooth. He replied with basically "well I won't do it." So I said fine and that I would go to a different shop because I know for a fact I can put them on my vehicle and he rolled his eyes. So I went to the shop (San Tan Tire) that is on the corner across from them, where they were very happy to help me and do the job. This is the second time in the last few months that we have gotten a rude response from this same worker. The first time was when they messed up on how they mounted some quad tires and when my husband took them back to get them fixed, this same worker argued with him. The decline in good customer service here sucks because I love being able to use local businesses instead of bigger chains. So unfortunately for Reds we will probably take our business to San Tan Tires where all the workers I interacted with were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Mike's Papa Red's is an experience not only in dealing with the quality guys who there, including Mike himself, but having them change and rotate tires like a pit crew. Waiting outside in an Arizona summer for no more than 10 minutes is way better than hours at a chain store. You get what you pay for at Papa Red's, and that means you get quality. Today was my second visit and I'd go back again! Highly recommend!

Love this place! To fix a flat, you're in and out in ten minutes. They will fix flats that the big stores claim are "outside the repair area". Lots of cheap used tires to choose from and they'll order new tires for you of they don't have them in stock. Great prices. Good local people.

I called ahead to inquire and showed up a bit later after an ATM pit stop (they take cash only). Upon arrival I noticed they had set the tire aside for me. It was a good used tire with lots of life left, mounted and balanced at a reasonable price. They had me in and out in about 10 minutes and thanked me for my business. I'll surely visit again. First of all, I called to see if they had my size tire, which they did, and the guy was super pleasant.I went the next day and the guy was even nice enough to show me all the nails in my tire and the damage on the inside from it being flat. Got a good, used tire for cheap and i was out in less than an hour. Very pleased!
