Amazing that a tech will come to your house or work site saving you time and allowing you to focus on the things you need to. Good communication, easy scheduling, super convenient. In addition to the oil change he was able to change my valve cover and replace spark plugs saving me a trip to the shop.

While visiting my parents in Phoenix area, I needed a check on my Jeep. They were able to get me in same day. Super friendly and helpful. A great experience, and now I know dad has a great place to get his vehicles worked on for years to come. Thanks!

If you want to be treated like family this is your shop. I called in on Friday the 6th because my car was making some awful sounds. I was able to make an appointment and as I suspected my rear bearings needed to be replaced, along with my pads and drums. They called me to give me the bad news and quoted me a price the was reasonable for work that needed to be done but I wasn t excited to pay it. When I came to pick up my car they told me they were able to get the parts much cheaper than I was told on the phone and saved me $700. That is the kind of honesty Im looking for in a mechanic. They could have easily just went with the previous price and I would have paid it, because I wouldn t have know the difference. My car is running great and I now know I have a mechanic can trust.

I took my 5.3 Engine block over to the shop off of Williams Field and Higley to be cleaned, great service and great guys, very helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. They answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed, they took their time to explain their process as well as how much it would cost. Edit 10/30: Lindsey has completely rectified the situation which is a huge relief. All of the times I've gone to Ooroo have honestly been great, I was just disappointed with our last interaction at the shop. The customer service I received is greatly appreciated.Ooroo has been really disappointing. I miss Stamps. I'm a member of their subscription, it includes a discount on all purchases as well as several perks like free oil changes (not free because I pay for it...). Not only have they "forgotten" I'm paying for the membership, they overcharge for things like installing a new battery.

Great people - fast and friendly service - fair prices cars - trucks - you name it. Serving chandler Gilbert Queen Creek San Tan Valley. Batteries fail this time of year. They've got that covered too!

I can't say enough good things about OOROO Queen Creek. On a Friday night about an hour and half until they closed, they were able to send someone to get a part for my car AND fix it within that time. They could have easily told me to make an appointment but instead were accommodating, friendly, and straightforward. This shop is a model for all other businesses. Take your car there immediately!

This place is fantastic and they really do care about doing good, honest work for customers. I have an 02 Tahoe and this is one of the only shops I trust with it. They don t try to sell me things I don t need, and when I do need something replaced, they have always been willing to look around for cheaper parts if I decide not to do the regular top-of-the-line OEM products they use as standard. I've been going to this Stamps Auto for about three years now from getting my regular oil change to getting a whole new alternator, new AC, and new harmonic belt. Every time i've came in to seeing them, they've always done an amazing job! i dont feel like i trust any other car place other than this Queen Creek location!Jake and Russ are very informative, they are great at communication and they care about you. I feel like they are people who are genuinely caring. so if youre gonna go get your car fixed, go to this one ! Highly recommend !All techs that worked on my car are also very careful and amazing, I have my full trust on technician Bill who recently did my car. i really appreciate the hard work that Bill did on my minicooper and i just want to say thank you !Thank you for everyone that helped me ! Honest, affordable, and incredible workmanship. I had to do a full replacement of my crossover SUVs brakes (pads, rotors) as I had deferred the maintenance due to COVID. I also had to get my tires replaced. While the amount of work was rather large, the final price was reasonable and felt like a new car after the work was done. I've been going to Stamps since about 2016 and they've never disappointed me.

I came in for an oil change and to change the brake pads. They demanded I do extra work that I didn't want done. They said I didn't have a choice because the technician recommended it. Usually I have Honda service my car and I knew they would not have forced that extra service on me. Unfortunately I was leaving out of town the next morning and couldn't take it to Honda. The guy mocked me and was condescending.When I went to pick up my car the price was hundreds more than what it would have been had they not tacked on the additional work. I paid the over $600 charge. Then the guy told me to sign a form that said Stamps is not responsible if they caused any damage to my car. I refused to sign the form and the guy lied to me saying it is just a warranty. Again I refused to sign and asked for my car keys that he was holding. He said he wouldn't give me my keys until I signed the form. I asked repeatedly for my car keys back and he was like a school yard bully refusing to give me my car even though I had paid for the repairs. I asked to talk with the owner and he said he wasn't allowed to give out the owners phone number. I started to call 911 for auto theft. As soon as the guy knew I was calling the police he tossed the keys down and told me to take my keys. I could only describe this guy as psychotic. The entire time I was polite and patient and asked repeatedly for my keys. He seemed to take great glee in withholding my car from me. Carefully read the negative reviews on Yelp and other places regarding this company. I had been here many times when I didn't have time to take my car to the Honda dealership. Every time was fine until this time. Do not make a habit of going to this place! Eventually it seems they will stick it to you good and you will wish you never trusted them with your car and wallet.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I have a bit of trust issues with letting my vehicle in a shop's hands but when I tell you that I have had the absolute best experience I have ever had here, I sincerely mean it. Belinda and Dan have been incredible in explaining everything and any questions we had. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday and my vehicle was ready to be picked up Monday morning. So quick! My family member's car needed a last minute inspection as we were leaving the shop and Belinda said to bring it on over. She is AMAZING! Every staff member here puts in their hard work and efforts to take care of you! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Would give this 10 stars if possible!!

This is the second time my wife Jennifer and I have had our expectations exceeded with quality customer service. Our service tech was Josh and was very friendly, honest and informative. I strongly recommend anyone who has an issue with their vehicle, to obtain a second opinion and estimate from Stamps Auto, you may save hundreds and even thousands for the same parts and service. Tim and his staff were able to get me in on short notice on a holiday and make it seem like I was doing them a favor. They did a great job with the brake job I needed and charged a fair price. I ve taken my car there for several years and have always been happy with the work. I highly recommend Stamps Auto and Tim Adams.September 9, 2019Another great repair by Tim and his staff. - - - Stay Away - - - -Set an online appointment for 10am. They didn't honor that, and said the earliest they could work on it it 1pm. That was very inconvenient, however we needed to get out front interior dome lights fixed so we decided to wait. They ended up checking engine error codes, and the rear interior dome light and said everything was working fine. I had even given them the paperwork from Toyota Precision of Tucson explaining the issue with the front dome lights and console electrical problems. Unfortunately they just said the car was fine and didn't check the front lights. Very disappointed to wait so long for something to be done so wrong.

My son was driving the and is just stop on the road so towing to near shop about $ 159 diagnosis next morning they tell me I had to change the battery. The battery is cost over $400 +200 for the labor. After that. They said no pressure, then tell me to change the fuel.tank for $6000 dollars I call towing to towing my car home after work I check car is just running out of gas don t go to this shop not horned . If you guy did diagnosis the car why why you don t know is no gas at allAnd I never has recommended from Mercedes before about my fuel pump

Very charming and accommodating people at the front desk they offered me snacks, drinks, a ride to and from work in a very comfortable vehicle. Service was done at a fair affordable rate and no gimmicks what so ever.

Our 1990 pickup we purchase new and never had to do any repair. It was having problems starting and also the red engine light come on regarding smog emission system failure and also fuel pump problems. Being old a number items began failing in several places of the truck.That spent a lot of time having to fix an item before they could test existing system of addition functions of the truck.They got everything working better now that it has for some time.I recommend Stamps Auto repair to all of my friends and family members.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance, Auto emissions testing, Wiper blade installation, Battery, Oil change

Fantastic experience. I had some heads cleaned, check and milled. I've such a hard time finding a good machine shop with a reasonable turn around time. Finally, I found Stamps. They were polite, friendly, and had my heads done in a day. Just in time to spend time with my son reinstalling them while we were off for the Thanksgiving break. I don't have a lot of machining work, but when I have need, I will definitely be using Stamps.

I went to Stamps on the recommendation of people in a local Facebook group. There were multiple people who recommended them and having someone vouch for a company is paramount. The experience was great! They were able to get my car in to have the A/C recharged so that I could take it on my upcoming road trip. Very professional, very clean! I will definitely use Stamps again in needed!

I had a great experience with Stamps Auto. Took my truck in for a diagnostics test knowing it may take a while for them to figure out what was going wrong. It took a couple days but they stayed in contact with me all the while updating me on their progress. I left knowing exactly what was going on with my truck and satisfied with how I was treated. Tim gave me the uodates( solid guy) and Sam was the mechanic, also a great guy did thorough work.

We tried Stamps Auto for the first time and they did a great job with our oil change. They are quick and have great customer service. The check engine light came on and they worked with us and fixed the problem and were more than fair when it came to the time and costs. We d definitely go back if we needed to

I arrived early for the appointment for an oil change that I booked the previous week and was greeted promptly. The work was done in a short amount of time and everything went smoothly, they even took pictures of the vehicle and made service recommendations based on the mileage and age of my vehicle. That was all great and they did a good job, I just felt that $50 for an oil change and tire rotation was on the high side.
