I came in last night to get a new battery for my 2016 Ford Focus. Dakota was there to help me. He made the experience as pleasurable as possible. He was quick and efficient, while taking care to not damage my car. Getting the battery into my car was a bit of an ordeal, but he didn't complain once. I truly appreciate the time he took to help me. It doesn't happen very often anymore, that customer service is at the forefront, but Dakota had it in spades! Thank you again, Dakota!

Staff was more than helpful. I was unable to resolve my license plate bracket issue not because the staff didn't try but because the vehicle hardware itself is damaged. Staff went above my expectations and I appreciate the effort.

I ve been shopping at O Reillys for years. Mostly good experiences. The ones that were not, they usually helped out in other ways to compensate.THIS experience was a JOKE!! I called in to get my parts. Told the guy that took my order my father was going to call in and pay for the parts for me to pick up. Didn t get the parts that day, called the following day to make sure the parts were still there and available for my father to call and pay for them. My father called, they wouldn t let him pay for the parts over the phone.Second fail:I was about to order all the parts from AutoZone. Called this O Reillys to see if they would price match my order. They said yes, just show us your order total and verify the parts I m ordering are in stock. I just arrived and was told they the parts showed a discount, so they/he (he stated he was the manager) would not match the price.Short version, they will bait you over the phone, and switch up when you show up in the store. Bait and switch is bad business! I recommend finding another auto parts store.

Want it done right? Do it yourself! I came in to get a battery swap for my SUV. (I usually go to NAPA for all my parts, but my battery was warranty through O'Reilly.) Super fast service, there was only me and one other guy in the store and I got help right away! This must be one of those "self serve" locations? I'm glad I've been working out on my legs and arms! If I had been carrying that 50LB battery from one side of the store to outside with no help to open the door I would have looked pretty silly!EXCELLENT customer service. For the non sarcastic version;I needed a battery, the guy behind the counter walked me to the battery rack and went "here you go" and dropped the battery in my arms. No offer to help carry it, and no offer to open the door. Bonus points for me for carrying a battery with no handle. Thanks guys.

My daughter and I took her car to get a new battery. It was after 9pm already and I was so glad that you guys were open till 10pm because she had school early in the morning. Royse went above and beyond to help us out! He tested the old battery, determined it was bad, and then installed the new battery for us! Royse had a great attitude and was cheerful the whole time. He made what could've been an unpleasant experience into an enjoyable late night visit to your store. My daughter and I felt like we made a new friend.Thanks Royse!We will keep coming back to this store!

With the newer GMC I had not changed a battery on yet since it has a fuse panel now attached at the + terminal. So I asked if they could help. Rob was awesome and helped swap out the batteries and walked through the new steps. Thanks guys.

Love this place. Used to go all the time before I moved to mesa. Austin is great, known him a while now. Not sure if Joe is still the manager but he was always helpful as well. Price match guarantee as well so you won't find better prices locally. They will even sometimes price match online products or give you a deal if found cheaper. They have more parts for more cars in my experience as well.

I had the great opportunity to meet Rob and Chandler. My wife drove in at 9:30 with what was thought to be either a battery or alternator problem. After examining the battery/charging system, and after consulting with Rob, Chandler was able to quickly diagnose the most likely problem, the battery. He explained his reasoning and helped my wife to understand the situation. He was pleasant and smiling while installing the battery, Rob was keeping a watchful eye and giving suggestions when appropriate to help Chandler. Both Rob and Chandler are a credit to your store and deserve any recognition available. Pleasant, helpful, and professional during the whole visit. I will be using this store again. Great job Chandler and Rob.

I am giving a HUGE shout out to Rudy and William at the O Reilly s Ironwood location. I ordered two pieces that needed to be attached to the trunk of my car in order to keep the door from slamming back down every time I opened it. I picked up my order and asked for directions on how to remove the old pieces and replace them with the new ones. Both William and Rudy immediately came outside and did that for me. They treated me like a queen! Hey, that s what kings do! Thank you both for being such gentlemen. I had one heck of a stressful week and you both made it so much better for me. Manager Rob was so helpful in helping me find an engine intake hose for my car and then replacing it for me because mine was falling apart. Always such a good experience at O Reilly.

Best Experience Iv had in the last 2 years at a Buisness!! William at the OReilly s on Ironwood was the BEST! He was born in 1965 same year as my dad so he s a good #1 So down to earth easy going nice guy!!!! I came in because my head lights were out it was late like 20 min till close. He waisted no time asked me the year of my vehicle, I couldn t remember he said let walk out and take a look then asked me to pop the hood pulled the light bulb to ensure it was the correct one and even made a recommendation on a product I needed. He even changed the lights out for me as a women in need you have no idea how much that meant to me!!! If I could give this guy a 10 stars I would he just went the extra extra mile even wrapped up the remaining product up for me that was recommended. Definitely coming back for all my auto needs!Thank You!!!!

I hope I don't get his name wrong, but I believe his name was Trevor, and this dude was awesome. Had my kids with me and my battery died. He hooked me up with what I needed and then he changed the battery for me. I had my kids with me and it was very hot out and he was able to get it done quickly so we could get the ac on. Thanks so much.

O Reilly s has always been our Go to automotive store. The team at this store has just reinforced our previous years of experiences with fast and courteous service. Chandler was a huge help on short notice, we called late this evening and he was ready as soon as we arrived to help us by testing our vehicle, even providing tools to assist so we could take care of a battery change without the worry of the car dying again elsewhere and being stranded, thank you Chandler! Rob was helpful also, great team and we just really appreciate your quick response to our needs! We ll always recommend O Reilly s and this store specifically.

Wife said her car had trouble starting and was acting weird while driving enough to make the check engine light come on. When I got home from work I did some minor trouble shooting and instantly knew the batter was a major factor. Nicolas helped me out start to finish, cleared the buildup and replaced the connectors with new ones while swapping out the battery. Easily a couple hundred dollar job had I brought it to a shop. You don t find quality workers like Nicolas anymore, would rate higher if I could. Thanks for the help man! The check engine light did go off after a few miles like we figured.

Amazing customer service especially from Clint. They got me taken care of so quickly and kindly. They even helped me remove and install my battery and take care of the old one!! I love this place and have had great service for years! I will definitely return!!

Good store for most things needed for automobiles or mass-produced vehicles, but for specific repairs on horse trailers and odd mechanical things that need fixing, it's a challenge to get the right parts required here.

Harley went above and beyond to help me with my battery this afternoon. Its 118 outside and he had to do a little extra work to move stuff to get to the battery and never once acted irritated. I truly appreciate his help and positive attitude

I'm pretty loyal to O'Reilly's for the typical automotive odds and ends. I have been coming to this location pretty regularly for 3 years now. However the last few months or so I have watched it go downhill. Every visit, the same group of about 3-4 employees are usually found goofing off at the front corner of the store. My last two visits consisted of hearing their conversations complaining about customers, calling them all sorts of profane names. You can stand at the counter waiting to checkout for quite a while before the gaggle in the back quit giggling and help you, then they make it clear by huffing and puffing that you are clearly a inconvenience to them.All isn't lost, there are about 3 employees there who are super helpful and overall great. You'll be able to tell who they are cause they are always found as far away from that group as they can get and actually being productive.Trutfully, I try to avoid this location now, but if I do go I just make sure I wait for one of the helpful ones are available before going to the counter.
