Very knowledgeable staff and although I had to wait a little bit to get helped initially, the employee did greet me for in a friendly way and let me know they would be right with me. The great part was that my battery was in need of replacement and the gentleman changed the battery for me right in the parking lot! Wow, what amazing service, I just can't get over how friendly these O'Reilly clerks truly are!

BIG SHOUT OUT TO JAMES @ OReilly Auto Parts Store on 7479 South Power Road in Queen Creek.My husband has lung cancer and I walked over to the store to buy a new Battery from the Home Depot at Power Rd. James sold us a new Battery and put the new one in for me. I can t Thank him enough and I know he can t do this for everyone. But he still deserves a Huge Shout out after my husband just had his Radiation treatment and he was in no shape to even begin to do this job.There s still Goodness in this World and James is AMAZING !! Thank you again James for your kindness and help !! God Bless You GO SEE THIS STORE FOR ALL YOUR PARTS NEEDS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING

I came here last week because i was having issues with my car battery. Explained to the gentleman (who was wearing an awesome hat that day) that my car turned on when I pressed the battery under the hood. The gentleman knew it needed to be screwed on tighter, grabbed his tools and screwed it tight for me. My battery wasnt installed properly by AAA. After he screwed everything tight, my car turned on and i havent had issues since.Every time i come here they are always helpful and more than willing to explain things to me and to try their best!!! Someone from this store even changed my break light.I dont mean to compare but they have been more helpful than autozone. -Thanks guys!

Car would not start. Got a jump start and drove to the store. They came right out and tested the battery. It was bad. They replaced it for free and put in a new one free. Great service!

Steve, at the Rittenhouse location, went above and beyond! My battery was dead, had to jump it to get to the store. Had to leave the car on or would need another jump to get it started. Steve immediately came out, had me turn off the car so it would not be a target to be driven off. Traded out the battery-- as I was still under warranty, then came out and replaced the battery in the engine compartment! Great service and quick service! Missed the first volleyball game but had a running car to get back home when the tournament is over. Five stars for sure!

Convenient location but did not carry the tools I needed to repair my car; staff assisted but still turned away, did not have torx tool needed... staff was attentive and showed me what they carried for my trailer electrical needs, got the part quickly to get me back to the job!

They had the filter I needed. And, the tool to open the filter enclosure. I d go back if I needed something else.

I just had the nicest young man assist me with testing and replacing my battery! It is so rare to get really great service anywhere these days, so this was a nice change! I wish I'd got his name tho! He replaced my battery on my 2014 Lincoln. He was so polite!! Great job and thanks again!!

This is what I like about going to our O'Reilly's Auto parts. Everyone on their staff even if they are busy if I ask a question I have to patiently wait and they will get me my answer. When I've gone in there for parts if they don't have them at that location they check all the other locations for me just out of courtesy. I don't even have to ask them to do this. Here's what I also like about it. They actually smile and are nice. I understand it's a franchise, however a lot goes into returning to a place of business if the staff wants to be there.

I went to this location and the employee Max was a huge help by knowing his automotive parts! I was quoted from two mechanics $150-$185 for a pigtail for my front headlight. I was recommended by a neighbor to come here before paying that much. Went into this store and Max helped me find the right part and ended up costing only $10 and about 30 minutes to put in the part. Max made our day and would definitely recommend going here if you need any parts. He definitely knew his automotive parts and I am pretty confident they will help you find whatever you need!!! I would definitely trust them in a heart beat. I really appreciates that they genuinely wanted to help and took the time to find the part I needed!! Plus he made sure it was done right. I would try coming here first and then going to a mechanic as a last result.

Went here to get my normal oil change materials and asked a question about repairing my battery terminals. Mike the manager personally got the part I needed, cashed me out, and the changed the terminals for me. After working 48 hours at the fire station serving others, it sure was nice to be serviced on. This kind of professionalism and service definitely has impressed me, and is why I will go to O'Reilly's over Auto zone any day. Thanks again Mike your service is appreciated.

David helped with a warranty replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. To the point and replaced the battery on our vehicle. My wife and I are very happy to be a customer at this store. Love the prices and product quality.

Best auto parts store. Autozone is across the street and easier to get to for me.. but I still go to O'Reilly. Better prices in general. If looking for high dollar parts I will price check. But they tend to be best prices around. ***Little note, they will price match!!!

Unbelievably great experience! Never been to one before. Always went to AutoZone. Not only did the O'Reilly guys (and gals) show an amazing sense of customer service, they went absolutely above and beyond in order to help me. In the end, I needed to connect two parts, and in an outstanding display of awesomeness, one of the guys bought some fiber fix (I think that's what it's called) with his own money so I could do what needed to be done! Worked out perfectly in the end and they got a customer for life! Thank you all at the O'Reilly on Power Rd!!

I took in a hydraulic hose to be made and Dakata the manager smiled and shook his head. I think he was the youngest employee in the store. I asked can you make a new one and he stated in about 15 minutes. His customer service and attitude is something not too many people have. He had it done in about 10 minutes. This is after I went to Napa and they were not very energetic to do it. This kid will go far. Great hire O Reillys.

My car battery died, and my husband said to get it jumped, and then go to O'Reilly to buy a new one. He figured the warranty would be long expired on it and I'd have to buy new, and because he likes O'Reilly, he wanted me to go there. But since I was in a hurry and needed to go to Costco, I just decided I'd get a battery at Costco and have them put it in for me. I phoned Costco on the way there, and they said they do sell batteries but they don't install them - Costco also informed me that most places don't install them for you, unless they charge a fee. Dang - my husband was out of town and I needed help to get it put in. So, I called O'Reilly, and the guy who answered was so nice and said to come on over, he'd be happy to put it in for me. When I got there, he looked to see if we had an account there - and to my great joy and surprise - my dead battery was still under warranty (barely). O'Reilly replaced it for free and installed it for free too. I wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me. Young, burly guy with a beard - nice as could be!THANKS O'REILLY! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Amazing !!!!!best customer service ever. I was need a of new car battery came in bought one left and went grocery shopping..... Found a cheaper battery at the the big box store. Called and asked if I could return the one I just got" he said not after installation but we can price match it for you" boom! after I already paid and drove away they were nice enough to still help me get the best price.... Thank you guys

Not good. Will not go back to this location. Had to wait an additional 5 minutes while friends finished their chatting. Sales had been completed and sales clerk just kept conversation going - not about anything relating to automotive. Very uninterested in helping me. Inaccurate info given about wiper blade sizes. Then I had to ask if he would please install them for me. Even though he acted very put upon he finally agreed to install them. Only time I have been dissatisfied with o'reillys. Will go back to the one in hunt hwy and Bella Vista. They are always extremely pleasant and helpful

As a female I often get taken advantage at most auto part stores, not at this one!! Preston was very helpful and sold me just the parts I need and even offered me advice on how to do it myself. Thanks to him I will be replacing my head gasket myself tonight on my 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara!! Thanks Preston!

We came in looking for oil and cabin filters and had to consult the big book of every car in existence with nonsense numbers in it. As we started our search through the book, an employee stepped in to make sure we didnt have to deal with the book and to also make sure we got the exact parts we needed. Staff here is always great and willing to help always making it our family's go to place for auto parts.

My technician Daniel was very professional on the phone. When I arrived he checked my battery and changed it in less than 5 minutes. This has been true of every o reilly store. Top notch!

I've gone to this location since it was built. Much better customer service than the people up the road. And they always have what I need in stock. I also like that they show you what you could buy and point out the differences on the screen.
