I like going here as they often have parts that I need and if they don't have in stock, they'll have in by next day. Zeke is always friendly and helpful. I had to return an alternator that I purchased 2 years ago that seem to work but had an intermittent fault that was difficult to measure under the standard voltage test. Zeke provided a new replacement under warranty, so I'm very happy with their customer service!

For small business owners like us, shops and auto trades, O Reilly QC is hands down the best. Service, parts availability, prices, I am always amazed at how on top of it they are. Really appreciate Wendy and the entire team is just outstanding.

I have been coming here since I was a young boy. This is the parts store! They have never let me down. They will not disappoint you if you need a part replaced, advice, or some back and forth banter about how the car is trash.SM3

On 10/7 I visited this location and needed assistance w testing my starter system. Zeke greeted me as soon as I entered and exhibited the most professional and courteous customer service experience I ve ever had at any business. He went above and beyond to assist me which included overcoming challenges with my battery application and install on a classic car. I don t think you can train people to have the personable skills and integrity that Zeke exhibits. Management has done this location a service by hiring him. Assistance like I received here at my local Oreillys is why I bought a battery there that night and prefer to go to this location with my business. Thanks Zeke for you kindness Sir.

Ken turn my rotors, that were only one year old from the dealership. They turned out amazing! I went back later to get a cabin filter for my tundra, and Zeke hooked me up! He found a discounted filter, so I ended up buying two. These guys are always super helpful and will work really hard to find exactly what you need. I ve actually gone in there for tractor parts, and they have found me a legitimate substitute just by working hard and searching the computer. I highly recommend the shop.

The workers at this store go above and beyond every time. Yesterday two employees were outside in the heat of summer, laying on the burning hot pavement under my car, helping me diagnose and solve my problem. Knowledgeable, helpful.

Dakota, was so helpful with a return that we had and while waiting he even gave my daughter a few coins for their candy machine. Very nice. My husband travels farther to come to this store because he says their customer serivece is the best. Thx Dakota.

I went in for a specific and told them what my problem was and the item i bought broke. I wanted my money back and they wanted to warranty the tool. It broke and they want to give the same tool!

Our battery went out in our truck so we took it in this morning and the gentleman working helped us change it out. I wish I got his name but he was working Friday morning and was extremely helpful. He had a great attitude and seemed genuinely happy to assist us. Great efficient service, thank you!

I would give a zero if I could especially for customer service. I was in this store on Tuesday 10/25 around 2pm, the manager on duty was extremely rude and condescending. I will never go there again and I can promise them I will never tell anyone to go there either. I run a business and if one of my employees talked to a customer the way he did me I would fire them

Had a great experience today. Jacob was very helpful in walking me through a battery change out in front of the store. It was severely hot outside, but he didn t hesitate in helping me and made this process much quicker. Thank you much Jacob!!

I prefer O'Reilly over other auto parts stores because they are always more helpful and knowledgeable than others places I've been. They even offered to put on the new windshield wipers on for me, which I appreciated. They are my first choice for auto parts.

Customer service is on point here, which is rare these days. I used to work at this location years ago and it's good to see that it's still a great location that the regulars frequent. I moved back to the area last month and will now be using this location for my automotive needs. I've already utilized them quite a few times recently. I snapped a brake caliper guide rod bolt on my project car and these guys had it ordered and in shop same day in just a few hours. As stated I'll keep returning. Highly recommended.

The place I go anytime I need parts. Went in last night with a battery issue. They tested and found one of my two batteries needed replaced. Was handled all under warranty and didn't take any time at all. New kid had some difficulty replacing the battery but stuck with it and did a good job.

This particular store I wouldn't return to if I needed a fire extinguisher to wet down a roaring flame under my hood. The staff are extremely rude and seem to not understand dire situations some customers might be in. For example. If let's say frank, had an extremely hard time getting miles down the road when his truck broke down, just to be rudley ignored when finally reaching the oriellys on power and Chandler heights in Queen creek az. When he was finally sold a part that was absolutely the right part to fix franks truck frank was finally able to Uber back to his broke down truck were he spent hours upon hours trying to get the part to fit into his truck so Frank might be able to return to his family and continue working the next day. Ohhhh boy, but did things ever go astray. Turns out the part he was assured was the right part, well it turned out it wasn't, no big deal right?? Wrong! Frank went back with the part, now slightly damaged in hopes of getting the right part and returning the wrong one. Long story even longer, the kernel Sanders looking Richard cranium, refused to return the part, said there was nothing he could do, of course this was after a 30 min argument about the return policy. ANYWAYS. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. ID SUGGEST AUTOZONE. ID SUGGEST LOOKING FOR PARTS IN THE DUMPSTER OUT BACK OVER DEALING WITH MR. SANDERS AGAIN.... ANYDAY

Bob was very helpful on 1/18/20 at 3:00 and told me with everything I needed. He was extremely patient and took all of my annoying calls over the phone without one word of complain. It is so important to have kind workers who don't make customers feel ignorant for asking questions. I will definitely come back for help and supplies!

Thank you Ken at O'Reilly's. My daughters tire popped but was lucky it happened next to O'Reilly's. Ken came out and changed her tire for her and had her on her way in a few minutes. Great service!

Always great service.. knowledgeable and friendly folks..it's auto parts I know but when you need them...they're there...this store near my house...I'll never go back to Auto zone which is why I went here months ago.. definitely go to place

Pleasantry and great customer service every time I visit. I had a dead battery recently and a young female (yes you read that correctly)assisted me from beginning to end and I was on my way in less than 15 min! I will be back
