I just had my wheels aligned at Network Automotive in Queen Creek. Just wanted to say their staff were So nice and friendly. They quickly aligned the wheels on my car, and I learned they provide all the services a person needs to maintain their car. Prices are reasonable too. Great people, straight forward professionals with quick diagnostics that shows all the details coming to my phone with what was checked, what is good to go, what's not ok and how much to fix it. It is the simplest approach to business and most professional garage in my opinion.I also love how nice they all are. No bad moods in that space. Flexible pick up times and drop off times, affordable and they always make time for my questions and concerns. So thankful to have mechanics like Network.

Had a stripped lug nut on our 2003 Aston Martin Vanquish. We were told these guys were the best in Arizona. They let us come in right away and had it removed in 10 minutes flat. Thanks guys for being the best!!!

Friendly, great service! I m usually skeptical when it comes to taking my vehicles to places for oil changes/services. I am happy with my experience at Network Automotive. They handled my car with care and the service was done in a timely manner. Thank you Network Automotive!

I am new to Network, my good friend at work referred me after he got an alignment done. I Went there today, I recently purchased new tires and wanted an alignment done myself. I made an appointment, they got me right in at my scheduled time. Nice and friendly staff, while my truck was in work and up on the lift they looked at my mileage asked if I wanted the break fluid drained and filled. I knew it was definitely passed due for this so I was thankful for the reminder and had it added on. All work was done professionally and in a timely matter, at a good rate. My truck drives wonderfully and I have peace of mind that my break fluid is refreshed and new tires will last even longer thanks to the alignment. Thanks Network, I ll be back again when I need you!

I was visiting a friend in the Gilbert/Queen Creek area and we had taken my Jeep out for some fun on the trails. Unfortunately, my rear differential was frozen in the locked position and I couldn t disengage it! I went to a local Jeep dealership and they had a 5 day wait. I had to head back to Texas the next day. Fortunately, I stopped at Network Automotive, an hour before they closed. And they were able to get me in and they fixed the problem! They were so friendly and helpful, and I am surely grateful. I HIGHLY recommend them, and send all your friends. Thanks all!Service: General repairs & maintenance

* 3.75 * Like all car service centers, they know their stuff and will get the job done but don't be afraid to and be prepared to cross check them. Especially if you're a woman. They had only diagnosed my car with the computer and were wanting to charge for labor that wasn't even done yet. However, my car was serviced pretty quickly, they were friendly, and communicated the whole way through.

Thought i needed an alignment. Turns out i didn't. And they told me. Very honest. Could easily have charged me for something i did not need. But they told me and charged me nothing. I will 100% go back should i need service in rhe future.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Network Automotive is the first call I make when I need service, been using them for years. They've replaced my wife's A/C, helped with my suspension, and performed many routine oil changes on our vehicles.They provide excellent and reliable service, highly recommended. The tech ( Neal ) did my front end alignment and a filter/oil change. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL and gave me that warm fuzzy feeling regarding his knowledge and ability to complete the work on my 07 Jeep Wrangler JK.I've gotten work done here before and WILL have work done in the future.I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO OTHERS!!!

Had a Dodge Journey whose serpentine belt snapped. It damaged the water pump and oil crankshaft seal. They replaced both of those at a very competitive price. I had used another repair shop locally. Look at my reviews if you want to know their name. The difference was night and day. If I have any automotive problems, Network Automotive is my new go to. Thank you guys.

I just had my vehicle in there for AC repairs. They did some repairs and I picked it up. The AC wasn't as cold as I expected it to be so I took my vehicle back. They found another problem that they should have caught the first time. They handled it like true professionals, admitting they should have caught the issue the first go around. They took care of the problem at no extra cost to me because they let the vehicle out of their shop still having an issue. I was very relieved they owned the mistake and they kept me updated and happy throughout the entire process.

The staff at Network Automotive are a bunch of awesome people. I always feel comfortable taking our vehicles there knowing the repairs will be done correctly. I trust Network Automotive with both of our vehicles. I've taken our vehicle to a couple other shops and Network Automotive is the best. They're honest and don't try and sell you service you don't need. Their mechanics are the better ones I've had service our vehicles. I have used NW twice now for repairs on my 2005 Dodge PU. 1st repair was ball joints and the second visit was for AC. Price was far and so far the work is good quality. I needed one of my rear taillight bulbs replaced and my brakes checked. Even though I found out later they were short handed, they got me in and out in under an hour! Fantastic service at Network Automotive Service Center. Kudos to Dave and Rich for service, diagnosis and repair of our car's HVAC system with honesty, integrity and professionalism. The dealership service center had told us the repair would require complete replacement of the system at a cost of over $3,000. Network's diagnosis and complete repair of a faulty part and sensor resulted in the system now working perfectly at about the tenth of the price!!! Will be recommending them to all family and friends and continue to use them in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I dropped off with no appointment and was lucky enough to have my car back within 24 hours. I also felt that the pricing was very reasonable in my circumstance. I've used Network QC for many years with several vehicles and they've always served me well. I never mistook them for the cheapest in town, but their repairs are always solid, the work is guaranteed and the staff is friendly. Just be prepared to pay for it - they were about 30% higher in price than other shops. I'd say they're pretty close to dealership prices.

Pretty disappointed in this place. Been using network for years not to mention amount of customers I send to them every week. Simply brought my truck in to figure out why engine light was on. Turns out to be cam shaft sensor. Quoted $370. Seemed high. Also recommended new spark plugs due to milage even though they checked out fine on their inspection. Another $700.Told them no thank you. Charged me $130 when picking up truck due to the diagnostic . Should ve taken to oreilly s and they would have read the codes for free. $70 part and 30 minute job in the garage. Fixed. Usually I work with Shawna but she was off. Surprised this is how they operate now.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Have you ever had a bad day, and wished someone would brighten it up a little? Network Automotive did just that for me yesterday. I was driving my pickup to ensure that our van, which has a failing transmission, was going to be towed to the right place. While I was driving there, my pickup transmission started slipping. I ended up in the Network Automotive parking lot. When I checked the Automatic Transmission Fluid, the level was dangerously low. I went into Network Automotive kind of dog-faced and sad, because who wants to deal with not one, but TWO failing transmissions at the same time? Anyway, I asked if they would sell me a bottle of ATF, and they asked "Do you just need a top-up?" When I said YES, they got my pickup in there right away, and topped it up for me. When I asked how much I owed them, they said NOTHING! Fantastic service. I love this place.Service: Transmission repair
