Service was good, however I was misled in the part I needed. The tech/customer service rep was very polite, but I renewed up buying parts I did not need. I needed a 1/4" NPT petcock valve to replace the broken plastic one that I had brought in with me.

This is the place to go when you need something automotive. More expensive than a AutoZone or O'Reilly's but not by much and I'd rather spend some extra coin to keep it around as they've saved me in a pinch more than once.

Uninterested in my business, or the so called warranty on my parts without a receipt. Told me to go to auto zone or orielly if I wanted to check my check engine codes. Really disappointed. My Napa battery is supposed to have a 5 year warranty and it is shot after only 1 year. Pretty sad that Walmart keeps a record of purchases and stands behind their products and Napa doesn t. This is an independent store and hopefully doesn t represent the Napa brand nation wide. Save your receipt and hopefully you should be fine. That s my mistake, and I take responsibility for it. But you shouldn t need a receipt in 2023 when they have a computer system that tracks every transaction and takes your name email and debit card info when you make a purchase. I recommend going elsewhere if you want to be treated well for being willing to spend more money for a better product.

The Queen Creek Napa just went above and beyond to make my day. Their hours are a bit restricting so when I reached out to them to let them know I may be getting there at last minute to pick up a part, they were more than accommodating. Jared was simply pleasant and professional, I am just completely impressed. Thank you guys!

This is the best place to get your auto parts hands down. These guys are very good about making sure that you get exactly what you need the first time and they sell high quality parts. Tremendous old school customer service with a smile. They may not be the cheapest, but in this case you get what you pay for!

Specifically asked for 17/8 ID exhaust piping they said they had it. Showed up and it is not the right diameter and I specifically asked if they were smooth bends they said they were and they were not their crinkled. very disappointed with my experience here they do not know their stuff

The location is convient but did not have auto tool that I needed to fix lawnmower. Was like pulling teeth to have the staff assist. Two counter staff were on the phone the whole time I was there, the third helped as able...

This store is one of the best auto parts stores around. I live in North Mesa and always prefer to drive to this store for my parts. Ed is probably the best parts person ever.

Great friendly staff. For a small store, they have alot of stuff. They also carry quality paint and body products (fillers, epoxy primer) and can custom mix paint. I was very impressed.

Great place for all your Automotive and Tractor needs.The oils and fluids they sell are recommend by many Major Manufacturers.Also, the sales counter is almost always staffed with very knowledgeable people.

I bought a $200 starter for my sons truck and it went bad in less than 4 months. My son took it to their store and they told him they couldn t warranty it because he doesn t have the receipt. Now days, what parts store do you know of that you have to keep a paper receipt. Evev receipts ware out in less than a year. I will not be buying parts from Napa because of this issue. I give Napa an F in customer service because of this issue.

They had what I needed but gave it to me in a plastic bag with no packaging and it is a replacement light bulb. The store reeked of spray paint to the point of feeling dizzy and nauseous.

It is a very good source. Usually good people on the counter and they dont have to use a computer to look everything up. These guys have a strong automotive background.
