I can not recommend this place. Have a Toyota pickup that has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. Took it to this place for an oil change and have had to go back 4 times in 2 months. The last time I picked up, I was welcomed by a loud screeching noise when it starts. I don't know what they are doing wrong (intentionally or unintentionally), but never going back!

1 star is still too much to give this place. Believe me everything I m about to tell you is not a narrative, it s all facts. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GET REPAIRED. Yeah their cheap and affordable, but THEY WILL NOT REPAIR THE ISSUE THAT YOUR VEHICLE is having.The manager GERALD and his crew will cause even more problems to your vehicle other than the original reason you took in in for. They ll be polite and tell you what what they ve repaired, send you away. Believe me your gonna think in your head wow great service and it was affordable And right before you blink an eye the same issue will pop right back up again.Only this time it s something else wrong with your vehicle other than the 1 main reason you brought it in for. And when you have more issues with your vehicle. They don t care about the customer. They play dumb and play the victim so that they could charge you more money.Please believe me I will never let them touch my vehicle again. Never recommend them , and never advise anyone to let them near your vehicle.

Why can't Little O Tire put prices in on the internet like everybody else. I definetly don't take the time to call to find out they are not competitive with their prices.

Brought my car here twice. The first time was to repair my burned camshaft and battery installation which wasn t bad. The second time was in the beginning of the year and I supposedly got my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced and fixed. After two months my brakes starting making a squeaky sound so I took it to another mechanic and they told me there was oil leaking from my rear brakes so my front brakes were doing all the braking. Not only do I have to fix my brakes but because of the oil leaking I have to get new axle seals. The mechanic ended up telling me whoever fixed my car used bad parts which caused the oil to leak in the first place. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We needed codes read in one of our vehicles, and Little O Tires cheerfully read and then reset an errant code, without charging us anything. Excellent customer service, will return when we need tires!

I called before I came in for 3 patches on 3 tires just to get a price and make sure they had the time.When I arrived they had my jeep in back within minutes and had me on the road in less than 1.5 hours. This was during a busy saturday so I was thrilled.Very friendly staff, a great area to hangout and wait out front or inside.Got me back on the trails quickly.

This is my 6th time buying tires here for either one of my vehicles, ATVs or trailer. They never disappoint. Staff is awesome, have always had the best pricing, but more importantly service has been amazing and they are committed to taking care of their customers

This place is not run like it used to be run. Placed my order for 2 tires. Was quoted $504 for 4 tires. I was told to arrive the next day at 10 AM. I arrived at 10 AM and was told my car would be on the lift in 30 minutes. I explained I had a ride and my kids got off at 130 and I would be back after I picked them up from school. I arrived at 230. Paid $392.05 got into my car and left. Didn't get to the stop sign before I realize my back tire is at 26 psi and that's what it was when I dropped off the car. I turn around and go back to find out they had never even worked on my car. They charged me for services they never did. I demanded a refund. I asked how my vehicle had an appointment with pre-ordered tires and had been at there shop for 4.5 hours and no work had been done on it. She shrugged and said she didn't know and said I refunded you.

I went in there to get a tire it took at least 15 min for someone to acknowledge my existence. They ordered my tire and told me I could go and pick it up the next day. I ended up having to work and I called to let them know that I wouldn't be in until the next day but it took 3 tries to even get them to answer the phone. Then when I finally went in on a Tuesday morning there were 2 cars in the parking lot and I couldn't find anyone. Then one of the employees walked by me and when I tried to get his attention he said he'd be right with me and walked off. 10 mins later still nothing so I walked out and went across the street to Reds where they immediately greeted Me with a smile and took good care of me.

We bought rims for our truck about a year ago. About three months ago one of the rims cracked making the tire go flat. We took it back and they made us buy a new rim and said that was because of the manufacture. Now the new one we bought cracked again. Same problem. They said there s nothing they can do and we d have to buy another one once again. How do brand new rims crack and the company who sold you the product does nothing to help or fix the situation. Doesn t even offer a spare to keep the tire from going flat. Terrible customer service. Won t be going back!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! So I brought my car in a week before thanksgiving to see if I could get the transmission fixed. They said the check engine light code read as a bad solenoid. So I told them I needed my car before thanksgiving for work. They said no problem. I called Tuesday the week of thanksgiving and the guy that answered the phone said they hadn't taken the transmission off the car to take it to the transmission shop. I asked what they were waiting for and he told me that the owner/manager or his wife usually takes the transmissions to the other shop, but that they had been busy with opening another shop. So I said ok. I knew that I wasn't going to get my car until maybe the following Tuesday if I was lucky. So the monday after thanksgiving I called and asked for an update and they told me that the other shop hadn't given them an update, and they told me they would call the other shop and call me back. I waited, never got a call back so the next day I call again and ask if they got a hold of them and they said no, I asked if they could update me as soon as they hear something. They said ok (I never got a call back). The next week I call on a Tuesday and ask if they know what's going on with my car and they tell me that the transmission shop said that a solenoid and a band needs to be replaced and that's going to be $2200 but that they were going to take it to a different place to see if they can get a better price so I said ok. (I never got any sense of urgency to get my car fixed) so that weekend I went to mesa and found a shop that would do a rebuild for $1000 no hidden fees no jerking around. I would just have to find a way to get the car to mesa. Monday I call Little O tires and tell them I found a shop that'll charge me $1000 nothing more nothing less. So the guy that took the call said he was going to talk to Raul (the owner) to see what the other shop said. He calls back 10 minutes later if that, and says the other shop would charge $1996.95 so I told them I was going to take it to the other shop instead they said ok. Today 12-11-14 they called and left a msg saying to call back ASAP. So I call and they tell me its going to be $200 for the labor of removing the transmission. So I said ok (what choice do I have right). Then they call back later and told me that the other shop is charging $100 for taking a look at the transmission. So I asked if they could wait til I fix the transmission because it would really help me out. So the guy calls Raul and calls back 30 minutes later and says being that they're not getting job that Raul just wants the $300 immediately.I later find out that the shop that charged me $1000, was the same shop he said would charge me $1996.95... Now today 1-14-16 I went in because my tire blew and they were the only place that was open that early in the morning, immediately Raul(the owner) tells me he will not help me because of the bad review I gave his shop on Yelp. I said ok and left. Luckily reds across the street was opening up and the helped me out.So if your looking to get ROBBED and or SCREWED, this is the place for you. I had been coming here for 2 and half years, but never again. If I could I would give this place 0 STARS on every review place I could find. They don't care about you or your car. All they care about is the money they're going to rob you of 1 way or the other. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Very unhappy with them. They put on new tires on my truck. Knowing they was to big. They was rubbing the inside of my truck. Them being a tire shop knowing that the tires was to big for my truck. I figure they would make things right by exchanging the tires for the right size. They told me won t exchange them. To make matters worse it mess up my front end of my truck. That cost me over $1200 to fixed. So paying $800 for the tires and $1200 to fixed my truck. I wouldn t never go back or recommend anyone to get tires from them. Not professional at all. Reporting them to the BBB.

If you are Mexican I am sure you will be treated more than fairly. White people, you should certainly avoid this place. It should be called Little Mexico. The morality and ethics are simply lacking.

I love this family owned business, they are a lil slow moving but I respect them and they have the best deals on tires in the valley
