This is my second time dealing with Kaizen and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Their service is second to none. Taylor and Amanda were both great when it came to communication on my vehicle s status. Even when the insurance company took forever to respond to me, Taylor and Amanda were both on top of it to make sure my vehicle got the service that it needed. Everything was done on time and done to perfection. Overall, 5/5 in every category.

Honestly blown away. I just needed a fender and mirror cover painted and I was turned away by three different shops until I came here. Not only were they willing to paint my part, but I had bought a textured mirror cover instead of a glossy one and they went above and beyond and sanded it down for me to make it match better than I could have hoped. Even without having the car there during painting, the fender matches perfectly. I will definitely be coming to these guys any time I need any body work done in the future.

This place was great in fixing my wife s car and straightening things out between two auto insurance companies involved in my accident. I will definitely use them again if I have to. This place also specializes in electric vehicles as well which my wife has. A lot of other shops in the area won t touch them and referred me to Kaizen.

Wow! Let me say how incredible this shop is from the warm welcome from the front counter girl to the repair process with Joe Decker every thing was handled smooth with great communication with a positive, helpful attitude. You can tell the synergy that is created and maintained in that shop because my car was delivered to me way better than even expected. I recently hit a javelina on the way home and took my car to this location to be repaired. I just want to say the front office staff was truly so helpful and amazing with getting me through this stressful time. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was handled. Kept me informed with everything going on and great communication.
