Great customer service.The Techs know their stuff and everyone made me feel at ease. Went in for an alignment on my 2023 Ram 1500 after a lift install, nothing but honesty and great communication. Will be coming here in the future with our other vehicles.

Great job on my car. Myself and car were treated like trash by a very close shop. Look at my steering wheel after an alignment at the professional????? shop I really appreciate the kindness and y all fixing the child s play done by the daycare center tire shop. We dropped off our other car for repair upon pick up. Thank again for all you do.

The service staff and technicians at Greulich s Auto are incredibly knowledgeable. My experience was very positive. I worked directly with Aaron who kept me informed every step of the way and made time to explain all of my options. He was fantastic! I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

I have had my vehicles serviced and repaired at 3 different Greulich's Automotive Repair. They have been pleasant experiences, but Aaron at the QC/STV location make this the best service/mechanic shop I have ever been to. He was very friendly and accommodating. Even when I changed my mind about a repair. I was originally going to take it to the dealer, but I decided to have them accomplish it and they still had it done by the end the same day. I was fully expecting to have to leave it another day. This is my new shop. Thanks guys.

I turned my car in for potential transmission issues and spoke with Aaron at the San Tan location about what could be wrong. Aaron was super helpful in explaining what they did to amend the issues I was having. The team took my car for a test drive four different times. I am grateful they were so thorough!

They are very honest. I have taken my vehicles 2 separate times for alignment and they said the car didn t need an alignment. They could have easily said they did an alignment and charge me for it.I had recommended them to a friend to take a truck they were about to purchase to get a vehicle inspection. Many issues were found with the truck and they recommended not to buy it. Greulich saw my friend was struggling with money and waived the inspection fee.

I really liked the thorough check up of my van, informing me of potential issues and listing them in order of importance. They kept me informed of the status of the repair. I was impressed with the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff. They made me feel welcome as I entered. I have always used the dealership, but will be returning for service as it becomes necessary. T

I am so glad that I was referred to this automotive repair shop. I've had to bring my car in to the shop twice now and both times I've been treated exceptionally well. This last time I worked with Aaron in the front office and Brandon as my tech. Angelo, the new manager, and Scott were awesome as well. Aaron was so helpful. I had last minute maintenance that needed to get done. He got me in and explained my options to me, including maintenance that wasn't pertinent but needs to get done soon. I look forward coming back in the future.

Just tried these guys out for the first time very happy I got my vehicle back which is a 2015 F350 super duty diesel I have over 260,000 miles I do 1200 miles a week on the road I do need alignment service more than usual The guys knocked it out. Also steering wheel is straight very hard thing to find nowadays when you get your vehicle back. Very happy with the service. Dropped it off early. Got it back early. No regrets here I recommend Greulichs Santan valley to all if you ve gone across the street, you ve gone to the wrong place.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

I'm going to be honest. I've had work done here for quite sometime. They treat their customers well and with great respect and do decent work. The only thing that blows my mind is the pricing. I went in to get a quote to fix on my car. They told me it would be just under $700. Shortly after, my friend recommended me to his mechanic, and for the SAME fix, he charged me $120. Luckily I had him do the repair and he did a great job. This makes me wonder why on earth Greulich's is charging so much. If a quote seems high, be sure to question them. I've always been able to get them to lower the price a bit, but apparently not as much as it should be lowered.

My husband just dropped one of our second cars off and spoke with Aaron a service advisor and had Brandon as a technician, my husband as an ex technician and service advisor was impressed with how honest and great customer service he was shown. It s hard for my husband to trust others and now has found a shop to service our vehicles. Thank you

I have an old F250 and the clutch went out. Needless to say, the truck was not easy to deal with. The team here went above and beyond and took care of every issue that came up. The Truck runs great now! Highly recommend this shop! The team here are great people.

This was my first experience using Greulichs for automotive repair services. I had my vehicle towed in non running to the shop. From the very beginning this shop has shown me nothing but kindness. They have been nothing but patient with all the hurdles they had to jump through with our particular & unique situation. Angelo was in contact with me every step of the way always updating me on what was going on with my vehicle. Technician Greg was amazing as well & explained everything in detail with my vehicle. I believe everything was fair & that he did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. Each interaction with the shop was a highly positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Greulichs !!!

Our engine light came on right before Christmas and the team here at Gruelich s were amazing to us! David kept in constant communication about what was going on with our car and they were sensitive to the fact that this unexpected expense occurred right before Christmas. Staff is very good esp Scott even Joe and David. They ll listens to you and try to help you out. They call back on the status of the vehicle. The best thing I like about Gruelich is no hidden charges. They re upfront honest with you what is doable and how much it gonna cost. I like the way all stores in valley are connected. I got the inspection done in Santan but follow up service in Tempe then again for some repair I bring it to Santan after months. They had the entire history and they re able to pick it from there. The mechanics are quite knowledgeable and they all try to get all the parts and fix the problem. Your talking to same assigned person in store so he know what s going on. Your definitely in good hands with Gruelich s. At Santan they take your car right away mostly there s no wait! My car broke on the way they helped me with tow service and took it right away!

Called a few places and got attitude. Called Greulich, and they were responsive and provided a price on quote that didn't gain additional "service fees" once you went to pay. I am very happy with the customer service and work they completed. I'll definitely be heading back for other items needed.

Our van landed in their lot over nite and our emergency 'visit' was handled in the usual courteous, professional manner. Kept us informed over the next few days so we knew what was happening. Excellent and efficient service thru to back on the road again!

Boy am I glad these guys opened up near me. Had some maintenance work done on my Jeep recently with Greulich's. Before them, we were limited to Big O, Jiffy Lube, Brakes Plus, and Spencer's for maintenance work on the three vehicles we own. Used all these shops and was just never satisfied with their work and customer service.I called for a verbal quote over the phone to replace my front brake pads and rotors, filter/oil change, 4 wheel alignment, and tire rotation. I was quoted about $650. Dropped the Jeep off, took the courtesy shuttle back home, recieved a call a couple hours later to be told that my brake pads and rotors did not need to be changed. Rotors just needed to be turned and brake pads still had a ton of life on them (was even sent a photo of the brake pads).We all know that some shops would have taken advantage of that situation and charge for the parts and labor without performing the job and never tell the customer. Not these guys though. I was very impressed with their honesty, work ethics, customer service, and integrity. The initial quote was for $650, ended up paying less than $150 for the visit.With my first experience with Greulich's, I will now commit to having all three of my vehicles serviced through them and no one else. Shout out to our Service Advisor, Cody, for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY!! That's a rare find and combo with these auto shops nowadays.

Highly recommend! The air stopped working in my car, I called and they said bring it in and they could try to fit me in (I had no appt). They got it diagnosed and fixed for me all within a few hours! So far, it's working great. I will definitely be coming back for any future car maintenance.

David was the mose pleasant and understanding manager I've encountered. I've heard tons of negative comments about this place however, it is now under new management and I will be returning for my future needs. My expectation was exceeded by far and I did not pay as much as I had anticipated.

I took my 2009 Cadillac CTS in for what I thought was a problem with starting.I spoke to Reza (Manager) who was extremely courteous and professional.Due to my scheduled work time on a Monday and scheduling of when he could get me in, I asked if I brought my car in on Saturday (for Monday's appointment) if he would ensure my Cadillac would be parked inside over Sunday when they were closed which he did.Apparently the starting of the car was more of a fluke as they could not find anything but his technician discovered my power steering, brake fluid and antifreeze were in major need of flush/replacement.He took the time to explain to me what was necessary and it was taken care of in a timely (and cost effective manner).I was extremely pleased with this service and wanted to pass this along that I will continue to bring my Caddy of 14 plus years to this store for honest, trustworthy and cost effective service when needed.Service: Auto maintenance

Greulich's is a full service automotive repair shop capable of assessing and handling a,wide array of vehicle issues. While we have had to ask for some clarity on nrmecessary repairs. They listened and accommodated our wishes to prove good value to our vehicle needs.

I'm not sure if they are under new ownership or management but their service has tanked drastically. We have taken our cars here since the opened and have always been satisfied. I've had lot of work done to my car in the last 2 years and it's always been great, until the last 2 times we've been in. We have taken both vehicles in for oil changes in the last month and both times, we left not satisfied at all with the service and with discrepancies on our paperwork. Both times, two seperate occasions. Not to mention the guys up front aren't nearly as friendly or knowledgeable as the ones that were up there previously. Not sure we will be back unless they can figure out what's going on and fix it with their staff.Edit 7/7/23 the district manager reached out to me to make things right, was very polite and understanding. If at our next 2 visits, things are made right and services are performed well, my review will be updated again to reflect that.Edit 2/6/24 I am still extremely dissatisfied with this shops service. Currently looking for a new mechanic.

Started getting my vehicles serviced at greulichs almost 2 years ago. Started at the store on Guadalupe in Mesa. Moved to STV and happy to see Reza here now. Also met Scott there. Very grateful for these helpful and honest guys. Always treated like a friend, not just a customer.Always appreciated. God bless.

Let me start off by saying I love this repair shop! David and his team are fantastic! I have been coming to this Greulich location for the past year and have had nothing but amazing service every time. A few months ago they were able to identify and repair a major cooling issue with my wife s SUV. Today I was in for a simple oil change and they did a full inspection of my Altima. They found a few recommendations for preventative maintenance items needing attention that I had been putting off. I asked David for a quote and it was very fair and reasonable. I decided to get it completed right then and there. They completed the repairs quickly and it wasn t a huge hit to the pocket book. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic shop in the San Tan Valley / Queen Creek area, this is the spot!
