I m so happy I found this place! Josh was amazing from the moment he answered the phone. He had amazing energy and he was very patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. All of his staff was friendly as well. I was quoted $200 by Christian brothers and Josh was able to do it for $99. That was the price Josh quoted me before he even knew anything about all the other places that I ve visited and called. I knew in my heart that the $200 quote was inflated so, I left and called around. I ve been a customer at Christian brothers for years and let s just say that I will not be returning there. I will be bringing both of my cars to Josh and telling all of my friends and family. So happy I found a place that I can trust and who appreciates their customers. Thank you Josh!!

My first time getting an oil change at Greulich's. I made an appt and came in day of. My appt was later afternoon and there was 2 other ladies in the lobby. I asked how long I was told less than 30 min. I didn't need the full check on everything, and they had my car to me in 20 min. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and had fair pricing. I will be recommending to my family and friends. I love that I now have a place where (if needed) I can take my car for repairs and feel comfortable leaving it in their hands. Great experience.

I have gone to Greulichs twice for my automotive repairs and both times they have been extremely helpful, honest, and trustworthy. The first repair I went for was my battery which was only a problem because the battery that my dealership used in their repair was for a smaller car than what I was driving. The other issue I've seen them for is a spark plug and ignition coil replacement. I had an issue with payment and they pointed me to the right financing to help me in paying. These guys welcome your business and will let you know what the problem is directly. Josh, Andrew, James, and the rest of the team are really great and honest guys.

Very professional people. They were quick to find what was making a weird noise in my and explained everything to me that needed to be done. I was sure it would take a week to get my car back but Greulich's got it back to me in 2 days! The staff were all very nice and kept contact with me through the whole process. It was great to know I could trust them to fix my car and be so professional about it. Thanks Greulich's, hopefully my other car won't need fixing but if it does, I know where to take it.

I ve been going to Greulichs since 2017 and They do nothing but amaze me every time with their service and work. They really do treat your car as if it s their own and won t beat around the bush like I ve experienced with other shops. They also treat you with the same amount of care. This is my first review ever and Greulichs is more than deserving of it!

This is easily the best shop in Phoenix. If Chick Fil A were to open up a chain of auto shops......Greulich's would be it! There's not a better mix of talent, personality, and affordability maybe in the country but for sure in Phoenix. I watched for 45 minutes while people came in and were treated like neighbors. Thank you guys for being the best!

The quality of work here has been very good. When I have had continuing issues following repair, work was continued and warrantied when appropriate, which is infrequent.This is an operation which diagnoses, repairs and stands behind their work. I know it s sketchy when shopping for a mechanic, but the guys here can be trusted. This is who I go back to on all of our vehicles. Prompt service as well. Fair prices.

Greulich s is a reliable, honest auto repair shop that I feel like I can trust! They do a thorough assessment of the car and don t try to push anything that isn t necessary. They do a great job and are always warm and professional anytime I walk in!

The price and availability is what drew me in. But the customer care was unparallel: clean and welcoming waiting space, indoor and outdoor seating, transportation provided from and to the shop while my vehicle was being serviced, clear communication, and even online payment for my convenience. Next time I need automotive work, Greulich will be the first place I go.

My experience here was nothing short of exceptional. They were able to get me in same day for an oil change, which was a major relief as I have a busy schedule. They were very friendly, honest and open about the service I received. Greulich s is my new go-to mechanic!

They backed my car into another vehicle after doing a simple oil change. Took a week to get it fixed after I was told 1-2 days, gave me a rental for half of that time that wasn t comparable to my jeep. They did not go above and beyond like I believe a business should for there customers, they simply just cleaned up there mistake. The whole process was a huge inconvenience for me and my family and NOTHING above and beyond was done. This was the second time I had an incident with them after my AC went out and I was lied to telling me they could fix it, they held it for 2+ hours then told me to go to the dealer instead because they don t have the machine to fix it. I would recommend NOT to use them at all and just to the dealer. They take better care of you and go above and beyond.

I am so glad to have found such a great shop near my house. We moved to Gilbert about a year ago and unfortunately, have needed to visit Gruelich's more than I'd like. But each time, everyone has been so friendly and communication is great!

I had to bring in my car because a check engine default was popping up saying my engine was not working at full capacity. The team at Greulich was able to diagnose the problem, get the parts and do the repairs in about a 24 hour timeframe. They were priced right, efficient and courteous throughout the process with an online link that showed me the fault codes so I could see exactly the problem. I generally shop Greulich s to change oil on my Infinity G37 and have found their service to be very satisfactory in the past. This time I expresselly requested that the tread on my tires be checked as I was concerned for my safety. I was told by staff they are concerned for customer safety that s why they perform a complete safety check.However, once I left and reviewed my service report I did not see where a tread check was made. I called back and was told a tire rotation was made and I remarked it could not have been because on my car front and back tires are different sizes and are not rotated like other vehicles. At which time I was told they pulled up a different car and a tread check was not performed as I requested and to bring the car back. Instead I brought the car to Big O Tires and learned that my tires were red lined and dangerous to drive!So much to be said about Greulich s concern about their customers safety!

Hands down the worst automotive experience ever.Mr Spanfeiner has answers for anything but why after $2500 of repairs that were definitely the problem but, problem was not resolved. And now my daily driver has to be towed to another shop for additional $6500 to fix what he s not able to.

Same day service for a nonfunctioning window with rain in the forecast. Clearly explained the estimate and potential issues. Tracked down broken wires in door frame and repaired in a timely manner. Tip notch service and helpful staff.

So many of us have been burned by the auto service industry resulting in putting off simple repairs or inspections that lead to more costly repairs for fear of the dreded "up sell". This shop and our dealings with James were far from that. We were treated with respect and honesty. We simply needed a battery for my son's car and it was a smooth transaction with a competitive price and probably the best warranty around anymore. 5 year free replacement is getting more difficult to find. I was going to purchase a battery from O'Reilly like many times in the past but decided to reach out to James and he was able to offer a quality product with two more years of free replacement! In AZ that is a must with our heat! I will without a doubt return and feel I have found our home for all of our service needs. Clean, professional honest and fair. Beware of this company very shady try to charge me $1,000 for one wheel bearing and parts I don't need their labor rates a joke plenty of other shops that are more reasonable

I had an engine replaced at Gruelichs it lasted one year for 3600 miles and had a radiator leak. Gruelich s would not stand by their work. By far the worst experience I have ever had getting a car repaired. I will not return to Gruelich s again.

I love bringing my cars here. Great service and good people. But recently they gave me back my truck after installing new struts and the backing plate was rubbing against the rotor. I was on a road trip the day after and had to stop at a local shop to have them fix the issue. I feel like the truck could have been diven farther to test the installation.

Really friendly, awesome staff! They do great work and they don't talk to women like they're clueless! Absolutely recommend!
