Very happy with my experience here. I came in needing a deep scrape repaired and repainted, as well as a miscolored rear bumper repainted to match the rest of the car. I worked with Ryan, and he was fantastic. Everyone on the team was friendly. These guys did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations with the work that was done. My car was also finished 2 days early.

Great experience!! They replaced my drivers side mirror that was broken in a car wash. Whitney was our advisor and he was prompt with communication before we came in. He quoted us a fair price and kept me in the loop as I waited for the repair to be done. Thank you!Service was quick and super friendly!! The gal at the front desk was really nice and professional.Really impressed with the work and the service. Highly recommend!!

Needed to get the front bumper replaced on our Highlander as it was damaged in a parking lot; no witnesses, and no note from driver who hit my vehicle, so I went through my insurance company.I was referred to this center by my insurance company. The staff was friendly, and professional. I came in on a Tuesday for the initial inspection. After the inspection, I was told that they would need to order the part and it would arrive approximately by either Thursday or Friday. It was also explained, at that time, exactly what would be done, an estimated time of completion, and I was given a written quote.I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for a week later (this also would allow any extra time if there were any shipping issues). I arrived the following Tuesday and dropped off the Highlander. Again, I was given an estimated time of 2-3 days to complete the repair. I was kept informed of the repair progress by text. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call the next afternoon informing me that the repairs were completed as well as the sensors were readjusted.Outstanding customer service and professional work. They guarantee their work for the life of you owning your vehicle.Placing photos of the before and after images of the damage and repair.

Had an issue with my windshield and mirror, went in asking for a quote. They didn t have what they needed on hand, but told me exactly what to do and sent me across the street to Napa to get a $8 product that would address the issue. Will come back next time I have a body or glass issue.

Quality repairs completed in a timely manner. Great paint matching. Customer service was above and beyond. Brenda helped with securing my rental reservation. Whitney went out of his way to complete my estimate and kept me informed. Steve was able to secure all OEM parts. Everybody I worked with was professional and kind. Great job over here guys. I was in an accident, and I took my 4Runner to this place. From the beginning they (Whitney) were nice and explained everything and the process. When I was able to drop off my car for the repairs, I was advised 10 business days. It only took about 8 for it to be finished. I received a call every couple of days letting me know of the progress and just an overall update. I was so thankful for the calls as it set my mind at ease. When I finally got the call, it was ready to go, I was so excited. I finally got my 4Runner back! I did notice the steering was off, so I took it back and they immediately sprang into action and got the alignment corrected. No questions asked! Upon final approval, Whitney took me for a drive around the block just to make sure I was happy. Overall, totally cool place and I was treated with tons of respect.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance

My experience here was absolutely amazing, very quick and great customer service here! The front desk woman I didn't catch her name unfortunately but she was very nice and easy to communicate with. Steven Littleton was the main guy i talked to my entire visit and he was absolutely phenomenal. I was a newbie to this kinda stuff when i came in but he got my estimate and helped me out a bunch, sped up my repairs to help with my work schedule and everything. I had my undercarriage falling out and the service representative, Courtney, was quickly able to identify the problem. I was able to get in and they swiftly took care of the problem. Just wanted to give Moses a shout out for some of the best customer service and he showed that he honestly cares!! Our car was fixed efficiently they even went above and beyond to fix a lot of the paint chipping up front of our vehicle from rocks hitting it from the Arizona freeways! Gerber has got to be one of the worst places I've taken my car after a wreck. They were supposed to fix my car which they did in some areas, but after taking it to my mechanic after I picked it up and there was weird noise coming from the car which they refused to fix. My mechanic said they didn't re-attach any wires or lines back to their brackets, one bracket was on wrong and hitting the strut, they didn't put the tie rod back on completely which my mechanic said "I'm surprised it didn't come off and cause a bad accident." Don't take your car here.
