I had someone rear end my bumper and took off. I have a Lexus GX 460 and broke my heart to see it bashed in. I got 2 estimates from auto body shops.. I went to Genuine Collision because they had great reviews and they went above and beyond! They are not just courteous but fast and reliable! They got my vehicle scheduled and did an amazing job! The vehicle was detailed inside and out and looked brand new when I picked it up. I can t say enough about their service and professionalism!! I love they are family owned and felt like they treated me as if I was family! Excellent service and work and hands down the best!

Was recommended to use GCC for the repair of my Honda. I think I will look elsewhere if I need repairs in the future.Pros: The paint quality seems ok and matches the original areas that weren't damaged. The timeline pretty much aligned to their original estimate. They handled all the interaction with Gieco.Cons: The paint needed a small touch-up when I arrived to pick up the car. It was small but obvious. The fog light was not attached. They fixed it quickly while I waited. Upon a detailed inspection at home, the quick fog light fix left some fasteners and wire clips incorrectly attached. Some push fasteners were missing. One trim area was not aligned properly. The body seams don't align great. The communication was only one way, when I called them. Most of these cons can be improved pretty easily, so maybe they'll get better.Photos are of trim incorrectly installed and seam alignment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a few phone calls with various body shops, I found Genuine Collision. When I called in, I spoke with Joe and he was very informative and transparent over the phone. I decided to go in and I spoke to Mike and Joe (confused at the fact that I didn't realize I spoke to two different people,twins.) The customer service was genuine between them and Kathy. I was given my options with up front pricing and as they worked on my car, I was kept up to date up until I had to pick up my car. The work was perfect. Color match was amazing, coming from someone that works with detailing vehicles, I've seen some bad paint jobs and these guys delivered exceptional work. I would highly recommend you come here for your services!

Poor customer service. I had to keep calling to get an update after they kept telling me vehicle will be done. They missed there promise time by 4 weeks. Totally understand stuff happens but when they keep telling me it s going to be done a certain day and keep pushing it back, very unprofessional. Once I got my vehicle back, trim piece was just left on cowl, right rear trim piece missing, bumper is barely holding on will not clip in. Once I brought it back they saw right away they did not repair my bumper correctly and would order a new one and call me when it arrives. Still have not heard from them and it s been almost 3 weeks. do not recommend this shop for any repairs. They left my car half fast.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I heard about genuine collision through a friend of mine, who said the work was very good, so I took my show car over there had custom pinstriping and custom paint they matched. It got all new parts, not aftermarket the paint match really good. The pinstriping was right on that goal leaving plus pinstripe whoever did it did a hell of a job on it went to pick it up. It was clean. My wire wheels were clean. My white walls were clean. Interior was immaculate. They took good care of my car. I will always use them again.

So I bought a car from CarMax a few weeks ago and they swapped out the front bumper. It's a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT when I got the car back the top of the bumper by the hood was sagging down like almost an eighth of an inch away from the hood, looked awful. I brought the car to them and their service manager just shook his head and said "all he could do was put new parts on the car, it looks fine."I argued with them about this and they refused to acknowledge anything so I called the Dodge dealership they referred me to Collision Center. I brought the car in and the guy was really nice he was in the middle of working on something and he stopped what he was doing came over and before I even popped the hood on the car he looked and said "your bumper is a different color which" (I already knew) He's says "it's not painted all the way" (which I already knew) too but he had a quick eye we lifted the hood and within a second he told me exactly what was wrong with the car so I went back to CarMax and told them what he told me and the argument was over they ordered the part and the car is getting fixed. I'm going to paint my car and have a few other issues and I am definitely goin to these guys. They know there stuff.Myke.V

I took my car here after an old guy hit the whole side of my car. Guys!!!! My car looks brand new!! The whole side of it was trashed. I couldn't even open my rear door before. Thanks so much! I'll definitely be returning in the future if the need arises! Highly recommend! My husband used to work for a custom body shop and was very pleased as well.

Needed a shop to fix my window and their hours suited my schedule! Ramses and his Dad are super nice and fixed my window mechanism actuator. Best of all....they had a nice clean and organized shop! A good tell tale sign of how they operate and do business. Would recommend. Would use them if I needed body work. But, hopefully that wont come soon.

Great family owned business! They were able to get us in and work with the insurance company quickly to get the repair process started. Most other shops we called were a month or more out just to get an appointment. Highly recommend these guys, quality work and friendly employees.

The customer experience of this family owned business is outstanding! Very friendly and professional. They did a great job replacing our bumper, and they worked directly with our insurance. They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and at a reasonable price. My fiance Sue was very happy with them too!

amazing service!!!! Jesse and his son did an amazing job on my car! they were very prompt when responding to any questions i had and they handled the whole thing! My car looks better than new. I even had a small issue AFTER paying and picking up my car and they handled it quickly and without complaint. If you have any collision or auto body needs i would HIGHLY recommend this family owned establishment. They also saved me some money on my insurance deductible which is always a plus. They are also approved by most insurances as a collision center. Thanks guys appreciate all you did and continue to do.

These guys are the best! I went in to get my rear end pulled out and after calling around all other places were over priced or wouldn t even do the work. I took it in to them and they said give us 30 minutes and we will be done well I was in there office for maybe 10 minutes when they brought me the car all done! Customer service, price, and the quality of the work couldn t get any better! I will definitely be back and recommending all my friends and family to these guys! Thanks again!

I knew when I first communicated what I needed to be done to my car that I had made the right decision to go to this shop. I was totally confident of the quality of work that would be done. I was very pleased on the price that was agreed on. I was told how long the work would take and was impressed with how quickly it could be done. I was kept informed every step of the way and the work was completed in the stated time frame. The work was perfect. Jesse is very detailed oriented and is a perfectionist. I am as pleased as I can be with the work done to my car. Jesse will make sure that the finished work is not only perfect, he will make sure that you are 100 % satisfied. I highly recommend this business.

These guys are AWESOME !!! This family run business has the secret sauce CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!From the moment I spoke to these dudes on the phone until I met them in person to have my vehicle assessed, it was nothing short of TRANSPARENT!!!Did I mention that they dropped off my vehicle as I was out of town when the repairs were finished?One first class experience !!!! Had a great experience dealing with Ramses here, he was very good at keeping me informed of my car's status.I was very thankful Ramses was attentive to explaining everything that would go into the repair, as opposed to some shops that barely talk to you before handing you a paper quote.Will definitely go back for any body work I may need in the future!My car looks better than it has in years

I was looking for a place to get some body repairs on my Jeep and found Genuine Collision Center had all top reviews. So I decided to take my Jeep there to be repaired. I was not disappointed. Father and son team, both very nice and did a perfect job on my Jeep. If you need any body work done this is the place to go. Great people that do a great job..

Body and PaintI have nothing but good things to say about this company! I was always being updated throughout the whole process, I had my car in no time. Jesse and his son did the job super clean. My mustang looks brand new after being hit and chips of the rocks on the bumper. If I ever have any problems I'm definitely coming back. I'm very pleased, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had some damage to the bumper and frame of my Jeep in an accident and I was worried that it would be totaled but they fixed it. Both of them were incredibly nice and easy-going, just absolutely wonderful to work with. They were decently fast and were able to get me in right away, hopefully nothing else happens but if something does I will go here.Service: Body & Trim

I was so impressed with the customer service and the work done on my son's car. The owner (Jesse) and his son (Ramses) did everything they said they would do. They repaired it better than it was before the accident and they even fixed a few issues that was not part of the repair that enhanced the finished product. I have definitely found a body repair shop that I will not only recommend but come back if I need any body work done. I visited five other repair shops and decided to go with Genuine Collision Center. Thanks guys. Job well done.

Words can t even explain how satisfied I am with the work that was done to my vehicle!! I was driving back home to El Paso and someone hit and ran my vehicle , genuine collision was the nearest shop , the work done on my car had it looking brand new, my quarter panel was repaired in 3 days ( just in time to make it back to EP) and looks like nothing happened ! I recommend this shop to anyone living in this area, and the employees are so respectful! Thank you guys again

A totally dishonest business owner. I took my 76 Trans Am to their shop because they said they would work on it. The owner told me they were a month out and if I ordered the parts they would get it in. So I come back because I never received a quote and to check on the status of getting the car into the shop and I was hit with a big surprise, they no longer work on older cars. Normally I would say this happened by chance, But it seems like all these body shops are very dishonest brokers because this is not the first time my car is been scheduled for repair in the body shop at the last minute decides that they don t want to do the work.
