Great service! Fast and friendly! We needed a repair for a screw that was in a rear tire of my vehicle. We got there right at 7 am and they took us right away. The gal at the front was awesome! She was super friendly and kept me updated as I was waiting for the repair. They had to put on a new tire and the price was reasonable. I was there maybe half an hour to 40 minutes max.Stress free experience which was nice! Vehicle good as new.Thank you!

The staff at Firestone in San Tan are always wonderful. I called for a tire rotation, which was covered by my tire warranty, and they were able toaccommodate me right away. They were quick and efficient, even though I wasn t paying. Always great service whenever I go.

The worker who I told the car issues to was very thorough and typed everything I said. They called me back sooner than expected to tell me what was wrong, all the recommended repairs and what bare minimum repairs I could get to make the car operable again. The repair costs were less than I had expected which was my favorite part, and also the cat has worked well after picking it up. All in all, a good experience!

The guys here at Firestone are just absolutely fantastic. I have to change my oil about every month and a half because I drive a ton of miles, and they are always looking out for me. They always work with me to give me the best discount possible and let me know if they ever see something that might become a problem down the road. I have four vehicles that I bring here regularly specifically because these guys are fantastic. I'm always greeted with a smile and great attitude and even some jokes to make the day go by easier. If you want your car taken care of this is the spot to go

I've been a loyal customer of Firestone for over 20 years, that is until manager Ryan Piccolo at the Hunt Highway location was very rude, offensive and demeaning when asked to correct an issue we found with the wheel alignment they performed a day before. They also recommended services that were not needed, stating they go by manufacturing mileage guidelines regardless if the fluids test good or have already been replaced previously. He basically said he was happy for me to go someplace else for service if I was not satisfied with the work they do which is exactly what I will do.This is by far the worst customer service, and vehicle service I have ever experienced with Firestone. Beware of the 259 E Hunt Highway store. I no longer trust them.

Manager Ryan Piccolo at the Hunt Highway location became very upset and angry when asked to correct an issue we found with the wheel alignment they performed a day before. We took the vehicle to another Firestone location who were able to correct the issues caused by the Hunt Hwy store. This is by far the worst customer service, and vehicle service I have ever experienced with Firestone.I don't understand why Firestone had not taken action with the manager at this location after reading all the negative reviews about him. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!! I want to be able to use this location but there are a lot of other options to choose from in this area.

First of all every one that works there is outstanding from the front desk people all the way outside to the mechanics AMAZING PEOPLE. Now I went to get my truck worked on, on a Saturday for a battery issue and had to come back Wednesday the next week same issue different battery anyway they found the problem before they started work brought me out to bay to show me the issue and I said do your thing. Now to me that is awesome second the mechanic working on my truck brought the broken part inside to show me he was trying to still get it off and it broke battery post but that was ok mechanic didn't have to show me but that was awesome third this is the only Firestone I come to and I've been coming for years now and I live in the city of Maricopa. This branch really needs to be recognized for their hard work and most outstanding above and beyond customer serviceForest FulmerCpl USMC Ret

Extremely long wait, 2 and a half hours to install tires. Went out to check out my new tires and there was white goop on all of them and all four valve stem caps were missing. Whoever did my tires was very rushed and showed a real lack of care. Luckily I have all the lug nuts. Won t be back.

We took the vehicle in to get tires and needed it for Monday morning. They said they tried to call twice and it went to voice-mail. We called 1/2 hrs before they closed and they told us it was ready. Why not leave a message??? We almost didn't get the vehicle for work Monday, we had to race over there to get there beforethey closed. I don't believe they called as there was no evidence of the call, message or nothing! I will never go there again. Oh plus they closed an hour earlier than was listed on their web page.

Do. Not. Ever. Use this company. For any reason. Please. They lie. They're incompetent. They're unprofessional. They throw literal tantrums (The manager Ryan in particular), and if they don't like what you have to say, they do everything they can to take vengeance and punish.Their "master tech", who is the only person "qualified" to do most labor apparently, can't even properly measure engine oil and power steering fluid. They had my truck from May 3 until I picked it up yesterday, essentially, and still it's not right, and now has all sorts of new lights on, suddenly. It's a very long story, but basically they messed up a job on my truck, which in turn,I believe, destroyed my engine. They lied about it and covered it up with offers to comp labor under the guise of wanting to keep a customer, literally performed labor on my vehicle without authorization, and held my timing belt hostage. I ended up buying a new engine (rebuilt with zero miles), with them comping labor, and allegedly fixing my power steering (me still not aware of how they had likely been the cause of the engine going in the first place). They messed up the second engine so much that the warranty wouldn't cover it, and they were forced to pay for another engine, but strong armed me into taking an engine with 50k instead of zero like they're was before.I now have a truck broken in ways I don't even know yet.And don't expect much better help from Thomas, I believe the franchise owner. This isn't even mentioning how Ryan, after the second engine was ruined, possibly from them over-filling the oil, which I observed personally, got angry that I was angry when they had promised to send my vehicle to another Firestone to diagnose, and to punish me and drag out the process sent me through a claims adjuster process, which was denied on his half, but still added about a month to this entire fiasco. They are so adamant about refusing anyone get a second opinion (seems likely because then another mechanic will find how they mess everything up), that they take items off of vehicles they are only supposed to diagnose, and then tell you your vehicle can't be diagnosed elsewhere because a major part in that diagnosis is gone and they're waiting for the new part to come in.They know you likely NEED your vehicle in a timely fashion and aren't above using that against you in every way they can. Then when you get with Thomas, he'll tell you there was "frustration on both sides". Guess where that frustration came from, Thomas? This likely would have all been avoided had your alleged "master tech" been able to put a timing belt into a vehicle without it then ruining an engine and your lying toddler of a manager hiding it, and then your alleged master tech messing up a second engine because it seems he can't pour engine oil, and about 4-5 more times that your staff just weren't capable of doing a proper job? But yeah. Your staff was totally justified in their frustration right? They make me sick. Please don't victimize yourself. Avoid at all costs.

I had an appointment for this morning to take my truck in for a simple alignment, and the trouble started. At the moment I pulled into the parking lot. Somebody who told me he was a regional manager, even though I know that there are no regional managers for fire stone because I ve spoken to another store this morning. Started complaining to me about my driving. Yes, you heard me right he was talking to me about the way I drive not because he had looked at my vehicle or anything just because he decided he didn t like the way I pulled into the parking lot. When I walked in, I tried to just ignore him and he s going on just joking with you, buddy, and I just kind of continue to ignore him and deal with the person at the counter. The end individual would not leave me alone I tried to explain to them that I had an appointment for an alignment and an oil change, I was trying to give them the instructions on what I needed done to my vehicle while they had it. They just seem to be really concerned about talking to me about how I came into their parking lot or in my vehicle was parked. They had a problem where I was parked the only available parking space to me at their location was a handicap space so I had to park behind another vehicle. As I m leaving, the same gentleman follows me out the door and tells me I can t leave my truck there and I m like where would you have me park it, there are no spaces he s like fine will take care of it. I guess I should ve left it there but I thought as my son pulled out of an available space to take me home why don t I just go in and put the truck in that space. Well, I went inside to get the key and that s when I started getting spoken to by one of their tech who had a beard and was Hispanic and was approximately 23 or 24 years old who literally used a foul and profane sexual statement towards me. The woman at the counter with the pink hair was trying to diffuse it, and was clear to me, that she understood that the two men in the store were being ridiculous but they wouldn t listen to her then I just decided I wasn t gonna leave my truck and I m trying to leave and take my truck and the manager follows me out again now we re in the parking lot and we re in front of my vehicle and I m just trying to leave at which point a very large African-American employee comes out of the garage and when I say large, I m gonna go with 67350 pounds, who then uses his body weight to shove me back and away from my vehicle. When I asked for the district regional managers number, the guy told me he was a regional manager whatever you do don t go to this place. I consider myself lucky because I m 100% sure the vehicle wouldn t have been done today based on other reviews that I ve read this morning , I don t have Dh being physically assaulted and I certainly don t need a manager at a tire store to tell me how to drive I will be forwarding complaints to their corporate offices and my attorney as I do believe that I have a civil claim so when you guys respond to this one, good luck don t go here you ll be treated horribly

The man working the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Autozone people across the street were so much friendlier and willing to help without ripping you off. I d never recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I can help anybody in QC or San Tan, do not go here. This is the 3rd time I have gone here with a diff. vehicle. This place is out to make a buck off you 100%. They deliberately sent my wife home with all the caps loosened on my vehicle after checking fluids. Before, it was brakes and before that was the oil in my vehicle. Whoever is running this establishment needs to be held accountable. The first 20 miles after my wife leaves, the vehicle broke down and leaked fluid everywhere. Radiator cap was barely on, I wish this guy can give me a good excuse as to why "my vehicle " just broke down.

Firestone San Tan is the best place to get your car serviced. They are very experienced and will give you an honest and exact evaluation and then perform the service with excellence. Their customer support is fantastic. The manager Ryan is awesome. I went in for a diesel oil change and tire rotation. While they performed their inspection they noted that one of my outer tie rod ends was loose. They inspected it and found it just needed to be tightened and didn't charge me to perform the service. Thanks guys, you earned my business.

Very friendly service. The 3 reasons why they get only 1 star however:1. Time. They kept my car for about 2 weeks. And the problem didn't get fixed. They didn't discover the real issue until the end of that time frame.2. They sent me back home twice with my vehicle hoping the problem was solved. It wasn't. This forced me to reschedule on their website twice and pay subsequent Uber fees to pick up and drop off my vehicle multiple times.3. After all that, they quoted me about 2 grand after I initially dropped $300 for the first "repair" that solved nothing. My usual mechanic (Spencer Auto) quoted me much less originally and diagnosed the problem less than an hour. I spent $300 to learn that Firestone was the wrong choice.

This Firestone location I have been going to for over 6 yrs used to have a very helpful and friendly manager that were good to customers with honest techs. In the past 3 years, its gone down with poor customer service, reliability and integrity according to many customers. If they have gotten a new manager or staff in the past 3-4 yrs then he or she isnt doing a better job than the last one with so many unsatisfied customers for this specific location. Corporate should consider an entirely new manager, staff & honest techs only or I am hoping they start caring instead of running this business down to the ground. As a former Firestone employee, integrity and customer service should always be their #1 priority.

Definitely the WORST experience ever. I had stopped using them for everything based on them never being able to pinpoint a problem and asking me to keep pouring money and time into their supposed fixes. However, I had purchased a lifetime alignment and went back. I was told we can't get your alignment done because the tire rods need replaced. I replaced them and then that still didn't fix it. Now it is the motor mounts and the axel....couple that with the lack of communication and the horrible customer service. The guy was on the phone with a vendor on speaker phone when I went to go get my car and pointed out that he was on the phone only to make me wait as the guy continues about week plans they should make together. DO NOT USE!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I don't know why there are negative reviews. I have always been well taken care of and the job has been done right the first time. For me they seem to go out of their way to make sure I am pleased with the results.Back in again today with my new Jeep. Rebeca and team took great care of me and they even took time to line up the letters on my spare tire. Great job, couldn't be happier.

They are extremely kind and efficient. Understandably, they are always busy so I recommend making a appointment a few days ahead of time because it takes time for them to approve it. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need like other places do.

Hello Martin, my wife went to your establishment for a simple oil/oil filter change since I couldn't do this myself being mobilized, I understand this was probably an honest mistake. 5000 miles later i get under the vehicle to change it myself but this mistake can't even be untightened with a breaker bar. It's cranked on there tighter then White House security. Really hope it isn't stripped after i figure this out. Not sure how I'm going to get this off without ruining more components on the vehicle potentially costing me more money. Firestone will forever lose my business and any individual i come across will know be warned. This isn't the first time I've had issues and i've kept quiet and had patience but no more

This place works for your business. They kept me in the loop while my vehicle was being diagnosed, approved for work(warranty), and parts being delivered. Would definitely go back, shout out to manager, runs a tight ship. Thank you

Firestone was great to work with, as they repaired an issue a prior mechanic caused and refused to take accountability for. Firestone was easy to schedule with, communicated well, explained the issue and repair in a very thorough manner and did great in-depth work. I would recommend Firestone for your auto care needs!

There is a reason they have a 3.5 stars. I walked in at 20 minutes to closing. I got a nail in my tire in the parking lot. I asked the desk jockey if they could help out and put a 5 minute plug in my tire. I could do it myself but they have air. I do not. " sorry were closing in 20 minutes" I get they are busy but that's no customer service and not the first time this location has disappointed. Definitely will never try again.

Horrible I got appointment scheduled, and told them clearly I need to get engine light issue fixed, I was recommended by another Firestone as they did not have master technician. But when I go there, I am told appointment is there but there are too many in line, so I have to drop of until tomorrow and cannot wait For diagnostics. Basically someone who took my appointment did not enter the detail I provided clearly and resulted in wasting my time and effort driving all the way. I left not wanting to leave my car to be fixed by this business.

Booked appointment online. Then called 2 days before my appointment to confirm bringing my trailer down for 1,000$ in new tires. They confirmed said I was good to bring it in. Took the day off to get trailer out of storage and take down to the shop for them to tell me they don't work on trailers. Guy in the front was very arrogant and no help at all in finding a solution. Will never go here again or recommend it.Service: Tires
