They were very kind when I called about my flat tire. They got me in for an appointment the next day. They made time to change my oil as well after my husband requested it when dropping off my car. They called to let me know my car was ready. This was all in less than 24 hours of me finding my flat. I appreciate the care & expertise.

Well I went I'm for a front end alignment and I thought it was going to be a good one but they came out telling me I had a coolant leak. It wasn't once I looked at it they punctured my steering stabilizer because they didn't put the tie rod clamp back correctly. Also I'm missing hardware and they didn't even give me a sheet with the results on it. I'll update if they cover repair costs for new steering stabilizer and actually put all hardware back on.

Set up an appointment to have two tires put on my stepson's car. I paid online then called the store to make sure everything was ok. Sent my stepson to the store. I received a call from your store saying I needed to come down with the debit card and ID. That wasted an hour of my time and half an hour of my stepson's time. I could have just ordered the tires from amazon at a cheaper price and picked any tire store to have them installed. I will next time as we both have jobs and our time is very important.

Did not take the time to properly align my vehicle I had to take it to the dealership to be done correctly, I no longer use Firestone in queen creek for anything lazy techs who don't want to do the job they are paid for

Tried and true; any time I ve had car issues I ve brought it to them and they provide comprehensive and complete information along with options for service. Never pushy and does great, fast work I don t go anywhere else.

Caitlyn P. went above and beyond for me! She helped me with a warranty company to replace my tire which was such a hassle. She was able to get me in and out of there in a day and handled everything herself. Most people would of turned me away and asked me to deal with it myself and she took care of it without hesitation. Because of her dedication to helping me, I will always go to Firestone for all my car needs. Thank you Caitlyn

Back in April, I had 4 new tires and brand new breaks put on my car. The price was reasonable, and I felt completely taken care of, with no surprise problems that needed to be fixed. Today, I had to bring in a tire because of a puncture, and since it was covered under the warranty, the repair was free. A friend had put on my spare for me, but it was flat, too. Before I left they aired it up so I could safely drive home, repaired the tire, called me back, and then even put the tire back on the car for me, checked the pressure on all the tires and the spare to make sure everything was good, all without any hassle or making me feel like it was an inconvenience, even though they were clearly very busy. I absolutely LOVE Firestone, and especially this location!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Came in for Charging issues (alternator) and electrical wiring repair that went from alternator to ECM (computer)Told them the whole situation over the phone, what I've done so far, exactly what I was looking for a mechanic to do.. they said it shouldn't be an issue. I did cut the wrong wire somewhere (totally my fault), but it wasn't cut in a way that made repair impossible.After they had my car, they refused to attempt any repair (after I was told twice attempting the repair was worth a shot) and slapped a $1800 replacement quote on the table for the entire wiring harness that connects to any/all electrical components to the entire car. I had 1 wire in a weird spot that needed to be reconnected, they wanted to replace any/all wires on the entire car.---Took it to a reputable privately owned mechanic, he listened, was straight forward about his plan of attack, and was able to make the repair for $300.If you're getting new tires, oil change, other basic things, Firestone could probably get you handled. I'd never recommend coming here for anything else. They'd rather just tell you to spend more money replacing more than what's broken because it's less complicated for them.

Long time patron of this location and after today I will not be returning. We purchased 3 sets of new tires in the past year. One of the sets just a couple of months ago and one those tires caught a nail. We were informed the newly purchased tire wasn t covered under warranty and we would have to pay another $400+ to replace it!! We chose to go with Firestone for this set of tires resulting in $800 over a competitor because we believed in the peace of mind that we would be covered. We were sold a bill of goods. I no longer value this company and WILL NOT EVER recommend them to anyone. I caution all future customers to be sure what they re getting for their moneyService: Tires

Did a great oil change .. HORRIBLE at following directions .I m went in for oil change plus two new tires . Asked for both to be put on front ( I know new tires go on the back ) I also asked for tire ( good tire ) back to make spare tire out of it .Oil change was $120One time alignment $180Two tire disposalsTwo new tires on the rearTold need a new battery at $210NEVER AGAIN . Staff was polite

Avoid this shop at all costs. The only reason I used them in the past is because they're inexpensive and close, but everyone at this location has an attitude and they work extremely slow. The last straw was setting an appointment days out with email confirmation, that they wouldn't honor, essentially having me lose an entire day of work.On top of this scheduling fiasco, the last time I brought in my car for an inspection they told me I could wait around as it should only take 20-30 mins, it took 1 hour and 30 mins... The tech inspecting my car was visible through the window and was hanging out bouncing from car to car, vaping, talking with his friends, etc. Took another one of my cars to the other firestone location down the road for the same inspection, in and out in 15 mins.. Management at this particular location needs a wake up call, I am not one bit surprised at the other poor reviews for this locationServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Very bad service, Get away from this shop,if I can give zero star I will give zero, got appointment to balance my tires and and rotation, it took more than 2 hours and when I checked my wheels there's a lot of scratch on my four wheel with the same pattern and they don't want to admit that their technician damage it, keep on saying I was the one damage it,I will not go to this shop again

I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation). Some how they didn't put the screws on correctly for the plate protecting the underside of the engine. A couple of days later I'm driving around and the plate starts dragging and screeching on the ground. I brought it back to shop. They put it on the lift and started to secure it. They secured the front, but backed it off the lift with the back side still dangling. We pointed it out and he looked at us like it wasn't his problem, but put it back on the lift. We then proceeded to wait another 10-15 minutes while he wondered around looking for screws that would fit. He lowered the car and said okay, i put a washer on the last one. I don't feel confident that the screws he placed are going to hold for long so I ordered my own to do the job correctly. If they can't seem to remember secure some simple, I don't have confidence that they can do major repairs.

Brought my Camaro in for it's routine Oil Change. A simple 30-45 minute thing. I arrived a few minutes ahead of my appointment time and had let them know I was here for the oil change and some air in my tires would be great. I also did the complete car scan report to make sure I was ready for the winter months coming up. I am getting up to pay and they tell me that after my oil change they noticed the check engine light was on... When I brought the car in there was no check engine light on. They then argued with me for sometime that their technician noticed it when he first got into the vehicle before they did my oil, which is a blatant lie! There was no check engine light on my vehicle when I brought it in. They then told me that they could not really do anything about it and told me what it maybe could be, very vague and told me to make another appointment.DO NOT COME HERE.... Went in for an oil change and walked out with a check engine light and them telling me it is something with knocking in my engine when there was no issue when I pulled up.Untrustworthy and irritating to say the least.Service: Oil change

Dyllon was extremely helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better rep. Called this morning due to a dead battery with my wife at 38 weeks pregnant. He checked inventory and scheduled me a service slot an hour and a half later. I was able to jump the car, brought it to them and was back out the door in under 30 minutes. Thank you for removing a big stress from us with no hesitation and no questions asked

Called for an oil change and would be dropping it off sid no problem. Brought the car in at 3pm on Friday and heard grumbling from the shop about more work, and it better be a drop off. I walked and told the salesman I had called earlier and was wanting to leave my car for an oil change and they I could even pick it up the next day as I knew it was later in day. Was told there was no way he could get me done this weekend and he couldnt guarantee Monday either. So laughable, will not return here again and will advise anyone against them as well. I was in the automotive business for 20 years and salesmen like this that don't want to take in business are what ruin shops.

We have been to a handful of Firestones in multiple states and we have never had an experience before like we did here. We looked up a nearby auto shop and saw this one. We called in and a gentleman named Aaron helped us out. He asked us a lot of questions on what was going on with the car. He answered every question we had and told us the best time to drop in. Aaron gave us a rough time frame of when the items would be complete and he would keep us posted once we dropped the car off. He checked in with us when they found the issue. He was so thorough with explaining the cost of everything. We were worried about price and he provided us with several options and with the information that Firestone offers a military discount. He thanked my husband for his service as he applied the military discount to the total. Once we got the call that everything was complete we went back to pick up the car. Aaron went through everything that was done. We felt 100% confident that it was fixed and done well.Shortly after our first visit there, we got a nail in our tire. Instead of taking it to other auto shops we wanted to take it back to the place we got excellent customer service and honest pricing. We called again and Aaron was happy to help us out. We brought the tire in, he rolled it back and it was right before they were closing. It was on their list as the first tire repair the next morning. Sure enough, we got a call first thing in the morning that they patched up the tire and it is ready for pick up. We got so busy with work and life, that we forgot. Aaron kept our tire for almost a week and followed up with us to make sure we didn't forget. We came to pick it up and Aaron rolled out the tire and showed us where the nail was in the tire and were it was patched.Overall, we have never experienced the level of honesty, quality and excellent customer service that this Firestone and Aaron offered. I would recommend this location and Aaron to anyone.

Everyone there is so friendly and courteous.Clean facility with a nice waiting area that has a tv, phone charging station, drinks vending machine, mini fridge with complimentary water bottles, and a LEGO table for the kids. My son loves that they always give him a balloon.I have been getting my car serviced here for the past two years and have not had any issues. They also offer competitive prices and are always so accommodating to my time and availability as to when I am able to bring my car in. They always give me an accurate wait time and keep me posted on any delays. They always do courtesy checks on my car to let me know when something needs to be replaced.I trust their expert advice and have recommended them to other members of my family, who were also pleased with their experience. Definitely recommend. Always an A+ experience

Greg did a phenomenal job on solving my flat tire issue. I called first to tell him about my situation, he told me there will be a wait since its a busy Saturday, however he will try his best to take care of me first. Which I didn't mind waiting! I head over and Greg fixed my flat tire within 5 minutes. That what I call outstanding customer service!!!

I had the best experience I've ever had buying tires from here! Eric kept me in the loop the entire time and was very nice. He offered cold beverages to all the customers while they waited which was very nice on this hot Arizona summer day! Will recommend all of my family and friends go to Fletcher's on Queen Creek for their auto needs. Great people and honest prices!

Over past experiences at multiple auto stores i am hit with a blockade and a sense of contemplation. Especially during these more difficult times. However being able to go to a location and not feel pressured by corporate pricing. Sure prices on parts are absolutely expensive depending on your make BUT ive found Dyllon is alway keeping it a buck with me and helping me find the best prices. Even amongst local competitors, and business partners. Fantastic service and very educational experiences. All luv to this location and especially Dyllon in particular. Thank you guys.

Would recommend to anyone. Company listened to my questions and gave me multiple options. They hit a snag with a mistake made by a nearby tire company that I have recently stopped going to and were able to work it out quickly and effectively. They have competitive pricing and, everyone there was glad to see me. They were quick to guarantee their work. Compared with other Tire and Auto Service companies I have worked with it is a complete 180 degree change. This was my first visit and I had a lot done, so I cannot speak for wait times on smaller matters but I doubt it will be an issue, they called me to update me throughout the process.

Outstanding customer service from Aaron. The technician that helped me out, Zach, squeezed me in with no appointment and I was in and out with an alignment fix. Definitely recommend getting an appointment, because this doesn't happen all the time, I got very lucky and greatly appreciate the outstanding service. These guys are great and helped me out tremendously.

This place is awesome. Great customer care. I came in last week after having run over half a tire on the freeway and jarred something loose. Aaron took a look and spent about 30 minutes doing some under the car repair then said there would be no charge- without me hinting or requesting a deal or favor for the service. Super cool. Good people working here.

Have been coming here since it was Fletcher's. Use them for my personal vehicles, plus my PANDA Carpet and Tile Cleaning 16' box truck.The service has always been top notch, with a friendly, knowledgeable management staff & technicians.Was a little bit worried when Firestone took over, as the level of service can sometimes suffer when that type of business ownership transition takes place.However, those concerns have been put to rest, as the level of service and commitment to quality seem to have remained in place.Very happy with this auto service location, and would highly recommend - ask for Luis when you go, he's a good guy & will definitely take care of you.!
