I called the queen creek location and as usual got a better quote on 4 new tires. The service was on time and they did great work. I really liked the manager Dylan for taking such good care of me. As a woman that really matters that I can get reliable and trustworthy service. They always treat me with respect and I can trust I will get honest work done there. I even send my daughter to this store for her car repairs. Dylan was helping us and he is doing a great job and I was really happy with his service.

Nick went WAY above and beyond for me today.. I can't tell you how professional, caring, and how courteous he is!! If you need tires, you would be crazy not to go to him!! I truly appreciate and thank you so very very much and appreciate that there are good people out there still!!! Thanks Nick and keep up the amazing work!!

This Firestone has the best customer service. Dylan was extremely professional and caring. You can tell that he cares for your wellbeing and any car issues. I called in panic when I had a flat and he was able to get me and take care of me super fast too! Dylan is just the best and I highly recommend this location!

This shop is fabulous. The appointments are easy to make and quick in and out. The app and site are very usable. Nick was great, he was very patient to explain everything and listen to all the concerns and provided only needed future recommendations. I feel it s much better to get here than the dealership unless the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty.

Came in with a flat tire that needed a patch. Dylan found the damage quickly and repaired it. No upselling or nonsense just a quick and courteous interaction. Definitely recommend

First off they don't honor appointments even with email confirmation. I called in for an appt to mount 2 tires on my 15 Porsche Macan, came in the next day only for them to tell me they dont do any tires on Porsche since they're scared of scratching wheels... I told them the car already had curb rash and is a high mileage work vehicle, they still refused. All the while a brand new 100k Genesis SUV was getting tires done in their bay... Unprofessional mess, took time out of my day twice to be turned away.

These guys here are beasts at their job... awesome service, awesome attitude awesome everything and very honest!!! Dylan, Erik and Stewart went above and beyond!!! All this happened on a Monday too... The lobby is very clean, cooled, stocked with water, comfortable chairs, TV that works and bathrooms are clean also this location is awesome too it's surrounded by restaurants so waiting here isn't as painful Thank you guys!!!

This location recommended brakes when I didn't need them.Nine months ago when I got new tires they told me our rear brakes were low... but I hadn't had any issues and chose to hold off.Needing an oil change, I decided to take care of the brakes too, but Firestone couldn't get me in this weekend... so I took the car to another shop and was told the rear brakes still had 5mm thickness and they don't recommend until 3mm.I've been using Firestone exclusively since 1996 (Georgia and Oregon)... won't be using this location going forward.

Just moved to San Tan Valley area and was happy to see a Firestone close by on our corporate listing for places to service our fleet vehicles. Filed my request and made an appointment and was not happy with my service. Filled out survey and was called by Nick the GM couple days later. Now since Nick the GM does not return calls, left 4 messages for you over last 3 weeks, guess I'll just list the issues here...Asked for oil change, air filter, tire rotation and fluid top off especially windshield fluid. Now I didn't mind too much yall didn't replace the mileage sticker but when I was on my 600 mile work road trip that next day and got my window splattered by mud, how fun it was with no wiper fluid! And now for about the last 2.5 weeks I get to see the big yellow light up oil change required every dang time I start the car! I work out of the car and I am in and out of it all day for 8-10 hours a day and every time I start my car.....I think of you Nick and how much y'all screwed up! But you know I understand you're busy doing things, as I'm told. Pulling your location from our corporate listing for sure dude.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Love love working with this firestone Location. Everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable. Aaron, the store manager is incredibly knowledgeable and honest, I feel like I am being treated like family when I visit. I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs. I send all my friends and family there.

Ordered tires online for my trailer and Firestone was the installer. Went to have them installed but was told that they don t remove the wheels from the trailer because it s a liability. That makes absolutely no sense. So I took the to discount tire.

More like FireSTONED. Horrible Service. Lie Upon Lie. Use ANYONE but this business. Do it yourself. Hire a gerbil. Run your car into a ditch. The outcome will still be better.

I've been going to Firestone for a number of years. But this location goes above and beyond all the other ones that I have seen. They're always willing to squeeze somebody in or help out and they are always perfectly willing to explain everything to the detail you need in order to understand the problem they are talking about. I would highly recommend anybody with car problems go here as I trust that Dylon and the rest of the crew will take great care of you.

First, previously very happy with this store for numerous repairs, tires and oil changes. Firestone Credit Card Holder, 3 family vehicles, all oil changes and tires (more than 6 here and more than 10 tires at all locations) come from Firestone, mostly this location over a six year period.. Called at 6PM Friday from the 202 with a flat tire, said I was coming in by 630 with a donut and asked, could they look at a my flat tire prior to a 7PM close, keep in mind, it was in my trunk, not on the car.. Arrived at 630, give or take a minute, and asked if they could work it in or could I leave it to be repaired. Was politely told, could not look at it any time before Sunday at 1PM, sorry about that. I said, you wont even look at it, again told no so I said I would leave. These are Firestone tires with a warranty but the gentlemen wouldn't know that because he did ask for my name or account info. I never raised my voice but did express my disappointment, mostly to myself. Pulled out of the lot, went by Discount Tire who was closed, left to get dinner, came back by Discount an hour later, 1 1/2 hours after they closed and they were there. I explained the situation to the manager, including my disappointment in Firestone after so many years of loyal service, and he said 'where is the tire'. He grabbed it from the trunk, pulled it off the rim in less than a minute and found a razor blade. Walked inside the store, pulled up the tire, offered me the prorated discount that I would have received at Firestone and it will be done by noon the next day. I understand Discount wants my business so I will likely reconsider keeping my Firestone card active or returning for any of my 3 vehicle to get oil changes either. I completely understand that my problem is not the service writers problem but with nobody in the store, he could have looked me up and said, hey thanks for all the business, let me see what I can do. BTW, just purchased 4 new tires last fall here, if Discount is going to honor those warranties, why should I return to Firestone for anything, at least to this store.

Excellent shop. The guys are honest and the few time I ve been here I thought I needed a whole new tire. They fixed or resolved my issue at no charge. Come here first, these guys are honest and capable. Rarely do we find people who want to do their jobs. The staff at Firestone complete auto care are 100% ready to help! Stop by today

Very nice on the phone and in person. Got my oil changed, drove home, car sat in my garage for 3 hours...then went to drive to get dinner and two lights on my dash are on. Took it back immediately and they were unwilling to diagnose it for free. They said the only way they would waive the diagnostic fee (of $99!!!) was if the problem was related to their oil change. I literally drove it 2 miles home. It sat for 3 hours...went to go get dinner and two lights visible on my dash. Took it straight back...how can you tell me it isn't related to their work? The least they could do was look at it for free and waive the diagnostic fee regardless of the outcome? It's not like I brought it back a week later after driving it for 100 miles. Such poor service. Like I said, super nice in person, but not being willing to make it right drives me crazy. NEVER GO HERE for an oil change. There are plenty of other places to go.Service: Oil change

Completely rude, said he didn t have time today to have oil change and tires rotated, there was only one person in the shop doing work while the others were sitting watching videos on their phones.. only one person working the desk.. complete lack of care for their customers, first time coming to a Firestone and will be my last.

Totally impressed with Firestone on Ellsworth!I ended up with a bolt in my rear tire and with a busy day running three grandkids to events while their parents were out of town I was a little stressed as there was no one else to help.I stopped at Firestone and explained my situation. The gentleman at the desk was really helpful and said they would take a look at it quickly and get the tire fixed ASAP. They were able to remove the bolt, patch and fix the tire in 30 minutes! Amazing work!Thanks for the quick response and saving the day!!Highly recommend coming here for all.your car needs!
